Hotel Tagomago's restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. A poolside bar and a bar/lounge are open for drinks. The hotel serves hot/cold buffet breakfasts each morning in the restaurant (surcharges apply). Recreational amenities include an outdoor pool, a children's pool, and an outdoor tennis court. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas and the hotel has an Internet point. For a surcharge, shuttle services include a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and an area shuttle. Complimentary guest parking is limited, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional property amenities include a rooftop terrace, a library, and a coffee shop/café. Guests have access to a partner property's recreational facilities. This is a smoke-free property. A total renovation of this property was completed in October 2011.

114 air-conditioned guestrooms at Hotel Tagomago feature safes and ceiling fans. Furnished balconies or patios offer beach, sea, or garden views. Beds come with down blankets. Bathrooms feature showers. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. In addition to desks, guestrooms offer phones. 22-inch LCD televisions have satellite channels. Rooms also include windows that open and blackout drapes/curtains. Guests may request hair dryers and wake-up calls. A nightly turndown service is offered and housekeeping is available daily.
