This was the second year that I have stayed in this hotel and both times it has been good, the first year we had a room that looked out over the boat yard to the side and was very quiet and also very cool, the rooms have air con and there is no extra charge. The second year we had a rear facing room and the only gripe would be the entertainment for the hotel at the back which started early and finished late and would sometimes coincide with siestas! We had half board and the breakfast was the s... Read more

First time in Ibiza... this hotel put me off going again, hotel grounds look great, pool lovely... however no organisation, party of 4... rooms couldnt be further apart... random drunk youngsters playing music and knocking on your door at all hours of the night... while I was there, there was a poolside fight.. window smashed and nothing was done, could do with security around. I found the staff rude, unfriendly and uncooperative. Also why advertise late check out on departure day, if no intent... Read more

I stayed here in 2014 and rated the hotel 'Poor' because of the terrible customer service, other that that it was actually pretty decent. I returned in 2015 and there was vast improvements! My 2nd visit was with 6 of us spread across 3 rooms. We were pretty loud and rowdy in all honesty but we weren't disrespectful to the staff or hotel. In all honesty I was surprised we didn't get kicked out as we received numerous warnings for loud music etc etc. We sweet talked Night security and became frie... Read more

Stayed here for the HRH event. Hotel is in a fantastic location, ideal for the beach and the strip (if that's your thing). Unfortunately the aircon didn't work in some of the rooms and we were told that it was set to heat rather than cool and couldn't be changed. Bearing in mind it is in the mid to high 20s, that seemed ridiculous. Other than that, the rooms are basic but clean. The pool area is nice. Breakfast is plentiful and I found the staff to be friendly too. Sort the aircon out and I'd ... Read more

We stayed at the Azuline Pacific Hotel in May 2016 for the Hard Rock Hell Ibiza Road Trip 7 and were very pleasantly surprised. Check-in was quick and easy and we were sent up to the third floor. I have to admit the view from the room wasn't great, looking out over phone masts, car parks and a clinic, but above those, the views out to the forested hills are lovely. The hotel is situated close to the town centre, marina, shops and clubs are all within easy walking distance or the receptionist ... Read more

I've stayed in a number of different hotels in Ibiza and this is the 4th or 5th time I've stayed in one of the azuLine ones and acne again I was more than happy with everything. I've stayed in hotels before where the smallest bit of noise you got a warning! But unless you're being a complete dick, they've been more than accommodating with the noise levels. I would definitely stay here again, pool area was lovely, rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

After reading reviews about this hotel I was worried about staying here. If you are not making a fool of yourself you'll not have any problems here. Staff were very nice and helpful. It's situated just down the road to the bus station. And less than 5 minutes walk to the west end. I would recommend to anyone. Looking to book up again this year.

Part of the Azuline group of hotels this hotel is in San Antonia west side beside all. The bar cafes n restaurants though a 5 minute walk into the busy side of town the hotel is set far back enough so you don't get bothered by noise. Clean modern comfortable , the staff are great very friendly, We went half board and couldnot fault the food. Rooms are cleaned daily, Small though adequate pool I would definatly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was what you paid for, food was adequate and cleanliness was substantial enough. I have given this hotel a 2 star rating however as their idea of a 3 bed room was a small room with 2 beds along with a mattress on the floor which they somehow deem acceptable.

Good hotel, very clean! We went half board and the food was decent with different things on offer every night so always something for everyone.. Pool area is nice with big beds as well as sun loungers. Would definitely return, security a little strict on returning home at night there was about 5-6 groups kicked out when we were there and twice I thought it was a bit unfair and the girls had returned at the same time a group of guys were kicking off and security just took it that they were togeth... I went here for a week with a friend and the hotel was brilliant. There were two beds and a lovely bathroom fully tiled with a wardrobe, dressing table and mirror. The facilities at the hotel were standard a nice pool, sun loungers etc. The staff were lovely as we had a few issues with the couple next door blaring music all day and night so security asked them to turn it off without any questions. The bar staff were lovely as they were quick and their English is brilliant. The staff tidy the hot... Read more

For the third time in three years we returned to this hotel. We were received very well and it was good to be back. Breakfast and Dinner are OK with lots of things to choose from in a buffet. We were upgraded to the recently updated Superior room which was very nice. These new rooms have been updated completely which is very nice.

We vistied this hotel on the last week of june and stayed for 7 nights, half board. We were a group of four girls so we had two rooms which we were more than impressed with. On arrival we were dropped by our shuttle at the bus station round the corner, at first we were confused but a 30 second walk round the corner showed us the hotels flags waving about so we headed over. The staff were lovely, we were given a wrist band and were told they didnt allow outside guests into the resort which we we... Read more

Went to this hotel at the start of June on a girls holiday and it was really great! Staff were polite and food was ok, drinks at bar very reasonable. You get what you pay for - it wasn't luxury but that's not what we were there for! Loved it, would stay there again for sure

Stayed here for 4 nights, 9/7 to 13/7. Check in was really simple, paid for a safe which is 3? per day and a 10? deposit. We were in room 105 which was absolutely lovely. Really large balcony with 2 sun loungers as well as table and chairs. The swimming pool area is really nice. Nice chilled out music on during the day and there was a DJ playing choons one day too. One of the 3 of us purchased the wifi at 20? for 3 days (7? per day if you needed it less than that), it wasn't the great... Read more

Me and 3 friends stayed here for one week. We are all girls and felt very safe. Anyone who enters the hotel without a wristband is approached immediately. Its a 2 minute walk from the "egg round-about", which everyone seems to use for navigation and a 2 minute walk in the opposite direction for the bus station. The west end is an easy 5/10 minute walk, as is all the other bars, restaurants and Eden is practically next door. If you are heading towards cafe Mambo its reachable in 15/20 minutes wal... No hairdryer, no kettle, no iron. Very basic room old and tired. We were kept awake most nights due to the paper thin walls, doors slamming and people screaming. For a 3 star hotel it's closer to the standards of a hostel. This is the worst place I have ever stayed! It has completely ruined the whole experience and I couldn't wait to get home.

Rubbish food cold and stale! Rooms have paper thin walls so was kept up every night by security chasing people down the halls and woke up early every morning by the cleaners talking and slamming about! Didn't have our bed sheets changed once and was left without toilet paper for 2 days, all the cleaners done was make our bed, had to take my own rubbish in bags to the bins. The aircon was warm and the staff was extremely rude. Would not stay here again if someone paid me!!

The hotel is in a good location, it's close to plenty of bars and the beach. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired though. On first arrival I thought the lobby area was clean and looked well presented. Sadly the good first impression doesn't last long when you go up to your room. The elevator is small and there is only one. If you've got more than 4 people with cases you'll probably struggle to fit in the lift. The rooms are a decent size but lack the basics. There is no hairdryer, ket... Read more

My friend and I travelled here 13 July for a week just the two of us for a girls holiday. Having visited Ibiza last year on a couples holiday, we stayed over the water in San Antonio Bay. This involved getting a water taxi or a 45 min walk across to the main West End clubs, so this year we decided staying in San Antonio itself would be best. We booked here knowing it was a 3* hotel as this is more than adequate for us. Last year we stayed in another azuLine hotel, the Mar Amantis I & II so knew... Read more

A friend and I stayed here for one week in July 16'. Great location for clubbing, right near the bus station which takes you to where all the larger clubs are (amnesia, pacha, space etc) and only a short walk away from the west end. Food wasn't great but it doesn't cost much to eat out so I wouldn't suggest half board. Room was clean and comfortable we had a pool view so that was lovely. Room was cleaned and tided everyday.
