This was our third time here and it was just a good as the last. Lovely modern spacious rooms, good shower. Food excellent, lots of choice, our favourite is the 'Steak on hot stone!' Clean pool area, lovely rooftop terrace and amazing spa. Excellent wi-fi in all areas of hotel. All staff are hardworking and never stop from cleaners to bar staff. Excellent value for money and can't wait to return!

Will start with the positives: Free Wi-Fi, Modern Rooms, Well equipped Spa, Good sized pool. Now for the negatives. The staff can be quite awful. You are at times made to feel like you are a hindrance when being served by the bar staff, who rarely get your order right. If you attend in a large party you basically have to eat apart as you are repeatedly told, sometimes abruptly, you cannot move tables to dine together. No assistance will be provided to help you find somewhere suitable to dine ei... Read more

I've never been made to feel so discriminated against. The staff are extremely rude. Would serve a dozen off people that were clearly turning up after myself. My drinks would be served the opposite to how I asked for them. I'd seen a non English guest drinking a sangria in a small fishbowl style glass all fancy and asked for 1 and I was served the same drink but in a standard small glass. I asked for a Manhattan one night and the waiter told me no you don't want that I'll give you a pina colada.... Read more

Just returned from holiday a this hotel, well hotel is really nice but staff are very ignorant exspecaly the tall thin grey haired waiter, ignore you and serve other guest, food wasn't that good pool bar on afternoon was best, restaurant catering for more Dutch,German guest, we paid good money to go there so should be treated like everyone else felt like outcasts, it wasn't just us every English person we spoke to felt the same. It's a shame really because hotel and wellness centre are good, ver... Read more

We stayed at this hotel on 8th to 18th September. We had a lovely room number 4 ground for near pool. Sometimes a little noisy at night but we were near the outside bar. Problems no air conditioning just a fan in bedroom and sitting room. The hotel had recently been refurbished as told why oh why did they not put air conditioning in as very hot at night and we had trouble sleeping. The hotel itself was spotless and no complaints there. The shows in the evening needs to be refurbished as well as ... Read more

Me and my husband have just returned home after 12 nights. The hotel is very clean the rooms very spacious and all face the pool. The reception staff are very polite and efficant. I have to agree with other guests reviews. The sunbed situation is very annoying,if you dont set your almarm before 8AM you will not get a sunbed around the pool. The pool is lovely, clean. Tiles are slippy and i did see a few falls. They are very german oriented ,all the entertainment is directed for them, having live... Read more

The room was big and clean but they didn't have shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. The food was ok, not too much variety and it wasn't really fresh, lots of froozen food. The stuff was super friendly! specialy the girls working in the poolbar! Really nice, happy, talkative and hepfull! ALmost all the guests of the hotel are from Holland, so Dutch was the first language to be spoken in the pool activities and you could find a lot of Dutch food. Was walking distance to the beach (15min) bu... Read more

We just returned from a 2wk stay at this hotel. 10/10 for cleanliness & by god do they work for their money. Air conditioning is non-existent & VERY much needed. Sound proofing is bad btween rooms. Food very repetative. Most of the staff were friendly but there were a few who were "grumpy" to say the least. Highly recommend lunches at the main pool restaurant, menu might be limited but the quality is excellent. Alot of German & Dutch at this hotel so leave your manners at the airport as alot see... We have just returned from 12 days at the hotel with friends. I was very apprehensive about our stay after reading some of the reviews here but I can honestly say we have had one of our best holidays. We have travelled a lot and have stayed in many different places and this is up there as one of our favourites. Yes we Brits were outnumbered but it was nice to chat to people from other countries and all were friendly. Reception - check in/ check out friendly and efficient. No issues. Rooms - spac... Some of the bar staff are so rude particularly to English speaking guests. I speak Spanish and understand what is being said. I think it is a shame that some people spoil the reputation of a good hotel.
