We went there in november 2015 for a one week half-board holiday with a 6yr old girl. Very large family rooms. Well equiped. Sometimes some loud music until midnight because our room was close to the bar and reception. Restaurant buffet is excellent - lots of choice and variation - typical delicicous spanish dishes every evening. We did'nt book all inclusive but this is no problem - drinks in the hotel are relatively cheap. In this time of the year there is only sun at pool between 10:30 and 1... Read more

we spent in this hotel 7 days. For the price we had to pay it was really poor. The hotel looks old. Bathroom: - the ceiling was damaged and disgusting - the pressure of the hot water was extremely weak - for the first 3 days our towels was not replaced with the fresh ones although I put them on the floor! - We are 3-member-family and we received 3 tiny soaps which disappeared after 4 days of using them. They were not replaced! my husband had to go to the reception and ask for new ones! - no sh... Read more

No problem with hotel, lovely hotel and room. Great week apart from one night when we had visitors, who asked the male at reception if they could buy drinks and sit with us, which he said was fine. The female reception came up to our table later and accused us of getting drinks for them, as the barman had reported it. There is no way we would have jeopardized our stay in doing such a thing! My husband was totally embarrassed! The following night we felt we were being ignored at the bar and we... Read more

Just returned from a 10 night stay at the Hotel Escorial, and it was, in our opinion, mostly fantastic. On our arrive which was about 9pm, reception was very friendly, actually the service we got from reception was always fantastic, with smiles and staff there was always helpful. They offered us food as soon as we arrived which we declined but was a nice thought. Our rooms were nice, the best element was our nice size balcony with a comfortable sofa lounger. Beds were quite comfortable, we ha... Read more

Have been to this hotel many times but it is living in the past. Firstly the bad points. Food, much the same every day, quality has gone from very good to very bad. Rooms are fine but the bathrooms need a good revamp. The shower is awful, also some cracked tiles & hardware is rusting in places. Only world news in English on TV, then after a couple of days no TV reception at all Garden area for sunbathing is like a ploughed field with a plague of flies. Surely they can spray it Good points are t... Read more
