me and my partner and friends stayed here for 12 days, soon as we arrived we got a safe, three days in estimated 1000 euros was stolen from inside the safe. We went and told reception they shrugged it off and showed us on the map on how to get to the police station. refused any responsibility and were so rude. All staff were so rude and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Arrived on the 25th may at 18.30 and went straight for dinner and was pleasantly surprised with choice of food . We had looked at reviews before we arrived which mentioned how bad the food was all I can say is ignore this we found something to eat at every mealtime ok some of the food was repetitive but if you are not prepared to try something different then it will get boring. Booked here only a few days prior after we had to cancel our holiday to Maderia. Hotel is only about half an hour transfer from the airport, and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach (when you know where you are going!) The hotel has 4 pools and a good number of sun beds. 1 of these is a small kids pool. The hotel is clean and tidy. Can't comment on the food in the restaurant as we were self catering. Hotel is very clean and basic. Reception staff are pretty unhelpful and grumpy. The rooms are pretty tired and need refurbishment. Two weeks wifi costs 30 Euros. This hotel is low star cheap and cheerful so you get what you pay for. Its clean. Rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly. I brought my own fan as theres no aircon. Bring earplugs if noise of people having fun at night bothers you. The food is ok. Basic but something for everyone. You cant stay at a low key hotel and pay little and expect 5*. All in all cant and wont complain.

We stayed here from the 5th to 14th of September. it wasn't as bad as what most people say, the rooms were spacious and cleaned 5 days of the week. We had a room facing the Irish Bars, it is fairly loud but could easily fall asleep, if you are a light sleeper would definitely ask from another room. The only negative parts of this hotel is that the food is awful, we ate here 2 times out of the 9 nights. Plenty of sun loungers but it did lack in parasols, kids pool was dirty on occasions. hotels i... Read more

The apartments were nice , freshly decorated and clean. The pools and the grounds were well maintained with cleaning of pools every morning. The rooms were regularly cleaned and towels changed. The Housekeeping staff were lovely and very friendly and worked hard. I don't tend to give bad reviews but working myself within the Hotel industry where customer service skills are the most important thing that can make or break a Hotel I felt the management had to be made aware of the awful way the cu... Found this hotel through trip advisor, it was clean and basic but that's all I paid for, good choice of pools to use, staff very helpful and great base for your holiday. Would definitely stay here again. You have to pay for WiFi and safe but this was made clear before booking and is quite normal in most places

Our apartment was lovely and clean very nice hotel staff on front of house were very cheerful and helpful but the girls that worked the two small bars were quite miserable but that maybe because they worked very hard and long days as they had to work the restaurant as well. The restaurant was very small to the size of the hotel and if you didn't get there when the doors opened you had to que in the corridor to wait for a table so although we were all inclusive we ate out most of the time as I fel... After reading previous reviews prior to coming I agree 100% with the bad ones. Staff are rude, never seen one smile and actual ruined the atmosphere of the bar at night. The night time bar had no atmosphere and no brand names in the all inclusive. Entertainment at night was absent and none through out the day by the pool. Music played at one of the pools but so low it couldn't be heard. The breakfast was the only good meal provided for all inclusive. Fried breakfast and continental available. ... Read more

The truth about this hotel. if this hotel was run by the cleaners this would be the best hotel around they all are very helpful an polite. And that's a lot more than you can say for the rest of them. We payed for all inclusive and couldn't get for meals all the time as restaurant is very small so we went out alot of the time. On the last day we had to be out of the room at 12 o'clock but we didn't set off to airport till 16.40 so we had to go for a walk as they tuck the band off us at 12 o'cloc... Read more

We booked this hotel with good expectation. We stayed in Maspolamos Oasis Club last year which was great!! This hotel just didn't seem right. The staff aren't welcoming, and their miserable behind the bar. We went to play tennis and expected to pay a deposit but no, we had to pay 6 euros even though we were all inclusive. They do food during the day at the pool bar which isn't included! The hotel holds roughly 300 rooms, but the dining room holds roughly 40 tables, which is ridiculous!! So you h... Read more

I stayed here with my partner and son and 2 friends and their son. Got home yesterday. I am not one to complain or take note of bad reviews but I just had to write a review about this hotel. Upon arrival at 1030pm we went straight to the bar (which closes at 11pm) but were only allowed one drink each, we sat in the bar for a couple of minutes and then the lights were switched off and we sat in darkness. The staff are so rude. Our plates were taken from us before we could finish our meals, the re... Read more

Firstly I must say the hotel is very clean and the apartments is really spacious and has everything you need. The pool was really clean and big and there was no fight for sun beds! We were facing the Irish centre and we didn't find it noisy at all. We noticed at reception. You could upgrade from self catering to all inclusive for 20 euros per day each. We did this but big mistake .. The alcohol is all served in plastic cups and the cocktails were out of a machine. The soft drinks were lol chea... Read more

Rooms were adequate, but very hot at night with no air con or through breeze to cool it down. We were all inclusive and found that the food was decent and drinks fine. Ok, the hotel isn't going to win any awards for its food, decor or cleanliness, but I can honestly say, this holiday wasn't about the hotel, it was the company we were with and the hotel did its job perfectly. For what we paid we got really good value for money, better than some of the higher starred hotels we've stayed in.
