We stayed at this complex for a four nights, arrived at reception checked in all very smoothly, we had a ground floor apartment on the left side which was perfect no real noise from the bars across the road, only props was no air con, but with windows open and what we paid for the room this didn‚??t bother us, The room had everything needed for our stay we stayed all inclusive other guest were half board, b&b etc. so the food was good, point to note dinning room is small so get in the queue ea... When arrived I was given room 100 which was apparently a new room, it was nice and bright, lovely bathroom with a walk in shower, the downside to the shower was it took ages for the water to dribble away in the foot well leaving you standing in water. There was ample drawer and cupboard space. I was on my own and the was a tv which you had to pay for if you wanted to watch anything....that's fine I have experienced this before however as it was a new room the tv was not connected to the machine ... Myself, partner and 9yr old daughter stayed here for 1 week over Christmas Staff friendly enough on arrival, paid ‚?¨11 for safe & ‚?¨20 for tv, rooms very basic, little out dated, but had anything we needed..fridge, toaster, cooker, coffee machine, kettle, plenty utensils. We did hear music from the pubs across the road but tbh it didn't bother us too much. We were self catering therefore can't comment on restaurant/food in hotel, though we did have snacks by the pool which were very nice and ... Read more

First impressions were "where the hell are we?!" Purely because it is a very old hotel. The rooms are VERY basic but that's where the negativity ends. Staff, fantastic. Food, lovely and homemade. Absolutely spotless everywhere. We quickly came to realise that this hotel is all you need it to be. Only criticism would be bar area isn't very lively or welcoming and staff have to come from restaurant to serve you so sometimes you wait a while. Also the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. But the n... Read more

2nd stay here - feel free to read my first review from 7 years ago. I thought it might of changed but not really. We had only booked for one night as we could find a room for our whole stay. Check in was quick and very good. Room 553 on top floor in the first building meaning the bedroom was facing the irish centre! Clean and big ish rooms. But with the bedroom on the front meant that we could hear the music again from the bars opposite! If only they spent money on sound proofing the small w... Read more

We booked room with double bed - on arrival learned there are NO double bed rooms in the whole hotel Rooms look like they were designed and renovated in 80s Furniture is very poor quality, beds have terrible mattreses, pillows are thin. At least closet is big, but in living room all furniture is on a lowest possible level Hotel restaurant is very small and not able to fit all guests. We didnt have any meals purchased so just ate one breakfast and gave it up for the rest of stay Cleaning could be... Read more

Stayed here over christmas with my daughter. We did not choose this hotel as original one we booked went into administration. Very good location. It's right in the heart of Playa Del Ingles so handy for beach. The room was a good size, very clean and well equipped and good quality items such as kettle, toaster and crockery. Had a lovely balcony with a view of the swimming pool which was immaculately kept. Staff I spoke to were friendly. We even got a little chocolate and personalised card from the ma... Read more

You don't choose this hotel when you want to eat here. The rooms are fine and there is no free wifi. I recommend it for overnights only. The area is beautiful though. Looking for good food? Not here..

I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago in November and it has drastically improved, when we first stayed there was a lot of building works going on which made it a lot worse. This year I went on holiday with my sister, her husband and my niece. They in fact stayed at this hotel and I stayed somewhere different as previously I had not thought much of it. Well... I was totally wrong to do so. This hotel has improved massively from rooms to the pool area it's cheap to stay and probably one of the mos... Read more
