me and my partner and friends stayed here for 12 days, soon as we arrived we got a safe, three days in estimated 1000 euros was stolen from inside the safe. We went and told reception they shrugged it off and showed us on the map on how to get to the police station. refused any responsibility and were so rude. All staff were so rude and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Arrived on the 25th may at 18.30 and went straight for dinner and was pleasantly surprised with choice of food . We had looked at reviews before we arrived which mentioned how bad the food was all I can say is ignore this we found something to eat at every mealtime ok some of the food was repetitive but if you are not prepared to try something different then it will get boring. The staff were friendly enough and our room was clean and cleaners did their job three times a week .The hotel is well... Read more

Booked here only a few days prior after we had to cancel our holiday to Maderia. Hotel is only about half an hour transfer from the airport, and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach (when you know where you are going!) The hotel has 4 pools and a good number of sun beds. 1 of these is a small kids pool. The hotel is clean and tidy. Can't comment on the food in the restaurant as we were self catering. However if you do self catering you literally get 3 of everything (as supposed to be 3 person oc... Read more

Just returned from this hotel . A basic but spotlessly clean hotel that does need updating. We were self catering and managed with the facilities As a couple but would think if you had a family the two ring hob no oven would be a struggle. The hotel is in a great location near the beach 5mins lots going on around bars etc. I read the reviews prior to going and lots were on about the irish bar noice this was not a problem for us to be honest but if you had young children i would recommend you a... Hotel is very clean and basic. Reception staff are pretty unhelpful and grumpy. The rooms are pretty tired and need refurbishment. Two weeks wifi costs 30 Euros. The wifi is very slow and the signal strength is very poor on the 5th floor and around the hotel. You have to keep reentering the username and password. There is no wifi reception in the bedroom at all. I have stayed in other hotels in playa del ingles and maspalomas where the wifi is perfect. I agree with the other reviewers who sa... Read more

This was our first time in gran canaria, just me and a friend of mine..we booked all inclusive for 5 nights. We had a late flight out from Gatwick so we didn't arrive at the hotel until gone midnight. Check in was easy and quick. We were given 2 room door cards and directions to our room. There are lifts and we were on the second floor room 238. These are situated above reception leading out to the Irish center, bars restaurants and clubs over the road. As we were late arrivals there were no sho... Read more

So I am currently here with my Partner. Staff are very rude, except for one guy on Reception. Don't acknowledge you, too busy talking to locals. That's where I am more annoyed. This is not just a hotel but also a living residence as well. Many local people hogging the pool area, and also putting towels on the loungers. BAR Awful. It was all inclusive, but we went out most nights. Service is slow. In the evening you have the Manila saloon bar. One person behind it serving , cannot understand a ... Read more

We stayed here with Thomson from the 27th June to 4th July. We were lucky and got allocated a room at the back of hotel so noise was less than at the front due to the noise of the bars. We stayed for 4 nights this July and the hotel is clean, and the rooms are fairly basic. For the price of £132 for 4 nights is is good value. I think some people expect too much . If you want 5 star quality and service then you pay the price. Overall, much better than some of the reviews on here.

Visited here a last week. Very poor complex. We visited IFA Buenaventura for the first week there and would recommend that over this joke of a place any day. Absolutely no entertainment in peak season (end of June). We chose the all inclusive package but you'd go thirsty waiting on drinks from staff who take ages to serve you, even when you're the only person in the queue. As people have mentioned if you are looking for a 5 star Hotel then this is not the place, but if you are like me and my boyfriend and just wanted a cheap holiday in a fairly live area then this is a great place to go. The room was not to bad, but the lack of air con can be a struggle and renting a fan from the shop is very dusty! Firstly apartments are spacious but bedrooms are on the small side with 2 single beds, there is no aircon (but you can rent a fan in the shop), there is some noise on a night from the bars opposite if you leave the window open, kitchen equipment is adequate if you tend to do your own cooking (which we don't) just used the kettle and toaster. Can't really complain really, you get what you pay for. The room was relatively clean, there is a decent sized balcony over looking the pool area. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't really rate the food. There are 4 pools in total at the hotel, all pretty well maintained and clean. There is a shop in the hotel which is handy for some essentials and a supermarket opposite. All in all a decent hotel to stay at which is close to the beach!
