We visited this hotel from the end of September to early October. First impressions as you walk in the lobby and reception area are great. The location the hotel is amazing as is very close to the beach, shops and Portaventura. The staff were polite and accommodating minus a member of staff from the restaurant. The room was pretty basic and the mattresses were really quite hard but was very clean and there was enough space and storage for the both of us. The walls were very thin and you could h... Read more

I like this hotel bar and swimming pool. Coffee could be better though. Reception area is stylish. Not nice to see some people with obvious skin deceases laying near the swimming pool. In general good hotel, but entertaining is not so interesting.

Stayed here in Aug! Nice location and hotel was very modern and clean! Food was lovely and couldn't complain about the choices! Loads to choose from as we went half board! The only thing is you can't even bring in a bottle of water with you when you go for dinner! I got told my water bottle was prohibited and had to purchase a bottle which was expensive! The pool is lovely however it's impossible to get a bed. There are signs saying they can't be reserved however everyday they were all reserved ... Read more

Hotel lobby and pool area lovely but rooms are small and basic. Walls paper thin you can hear everything next door and for that reason I would not come back. Breakfast buffet is very nice with a good variety. This hotel was grand for a short stay (5nights)

First impression is wow at the decor etc. How ever,. We went in one night and made our way to a window seat for Dinner. Only to be told we have to be given a table and to sit at the same table through out our stay. Which was fine, until we went down the next night, we proceeded to OUR TABLE only too be told it's not your table tonight as we are busy, just absolute cheek. The staff in the restaurant are glum never smile talk or even approach your table to see if you require a drink , well not u... Read more

Todo mal. Se escucha todo de la habitacion de al lado. Muy ruidoso. Habitacion pequeña y fria. Te cobran por todo (mando y nevera). Y lo peor de todo, el servicio. Malas caras, poca educación y muy poco profesionales. Everything was wrong. Thin walls in the rooms. Very noisy. Cold and small room. Many services you have to pay for (fridge and remote). And the worst, the Staff. Bad faces, not education at all and very unprofessional.

Pros: great location, hotel very modern & nice decor, very clean. Food nice. Pool clean, Cons: walls thin, staff unsociable & look miserable (don't converse with you at dinner), have to pay to have access to your fridge in room, no tea/ coffee facilities In room,

We visited this hotel for the first week in May. Our first impressions was of the hour long check in time when there was only one hard working girl on reception. She was completely swamped. This was completely unacceptable as management must have known that there would be a lot of guests arriving at the same time. Not a good start. We complained to the Thomsons rep but it's doubtful that anything would have been done about it as we were told you should just have gone to the bar. Not an appro... Read more

Nice looking hotel from entering the lobby but just a few negatives very hard beds no kettle & tea & coffee facilities had to pay for bottle of water with our evening meal which was 1-50 euros every evening.could not even have fridge on so we could put our water in unless you payed again also payed a tourist tax which we weren't aware of 1 euro each per person per night .The entertainment didn't start till ten o'clock on an evening which we thought was a bit late so don't think we will be going ... We stayed for a week's break on the 1st May. The hotel is very popular and very busy. Our check in was swift and we had a lovely room 553, which overlooked the pool. The whole hotel is very modern and boutique style. The room had a LCD tv, plenty of storage, bathroom, shower, toiletries and a lovely balcony. Our maid Annie was very efficient and our room was made every day, by the time we came back from breakfast. The dining room was very spacious with nice seating. There was great variety of ... My husband and I have just returned from a ten day holiday at this hotel and I have to admit it is one of the best hotels we have ever been to. First of all they took note from an email that I sent two weeks before requesting a low room because of my husband's walking problem. We were allocated a first floor room just along the corridor from the dining room which was perfect. The food was great - although like most Spanish hotels, no British bacon [you can get it at The Venus in Benidorm] fo... Read more

Could not fault the hotel for cleanliness and amenities. Very well positioned for shops, bars, sea front etc. Entertainment every night was aimed at the slightly older guest, but still worth a look. Food was as expected, buffet style, reasonable selection and quality. Two minor gripes....Restaurant was a bit busy at times and the beds were extremely hard. But.....on the whole, for a decent week away, you wouldn't go too far wrong with the H10 Delfin.

The hotel upon arrival into the reception is stunning although the bus drops off around the corner from the hotel. We were checked in fairly quickly although there were only 3 couples checking in...collecting the tourist tax takes most of the time and Inoticed if a large group arrives it can take a while to check in. Room clean and more than suitable for a couple towels changed upon request and maid service everyday. For food the restaurant was great and despite some reviews going on about miser... Read more

First time visiting Salou and having returned yesterday we are already longing to return. The hotel is stunning!! Reception/ bar area is open plan and bright and staff are just lovely. We arrived in the morning so we had to wait an hour or two whilst it was prepared, so we just went to explore. The rooms again are bright and clean. Daily maid service and towels are changed whenever you need them. You can hire a mini fridge and safe for your stay if you need them. The food was also lovely with p... Read more
