The staff at this hotel are wonderful. They were very supportive when my mum needed help on a recent stay there. The lounge and bar areas are very comfortable, the prices are reasonable too. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean & modern.

We arrived by car and walked into a lovely grand lobby (good start) when at reception we waited to be welcomed by the two members of staff behind the desk...and waited and waited and waited unfortunately they must have been having far too much fun on the computer, finally after what seemed like 10 minutes of being ignored we managed to ask where we could park the car, to which one said we have a car park at 16 euros a day - 224 euros for 2 weeks!!! Obviously i said no thanks and asked if i could... Read more

The hotel is beautiful especially the lobby and bar area and the pool is spacious with lots of sunbeds and seating areas. The staff are very helpful and check in was very easy and a smooth process. The hotel is amazingly clean and the cleaners work tirelessly to keep the hotel to a high standard in all areas including dining area and the bedrooms. Personally our only issue was the thinness of the walls. We sadly had noisy neighbours which disturbed our trip however this isn't really the fault of... Read more

Hotel lobby area quite breathtaking. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room was fine overlooking the pool and could watch people saving a whole row of sun beds and using 8 parasols along one side which was a tad irritating. Why would you hog prime sun spot to sit in the shade!! luckily we had better things to do as we were on a Soul Weekender so not around all the time.Pool area was excellent (2 pools) didn't even get to go in the other one, both with Jacuzzi's and lovely waterfall. Very friendly staff hotel clean and inviting I couldn't find fault with anything even though tried.5 mins from beach and main streets.I found hotel bar prices are in line with local bars the buffet breakfast had more choice from full English, continental, fruit, cold meats and cheese and sweet pastries.Only stayed B&B so can't comment on lunch and evening food choices. Will be booking for next year

To rating this hotel as 4 stars is a complete lie. The star rating system indicates quickly what to expect the H10 Delfin is far from 4 star standard. The staff are just plain rude. There is zero excuse for this! I always make it my business to be polite however I was snapped at on my first day when I took a water for my meal, insinuating I was stealing. It was not explained to me that you pay for your food (at the hotel reception) and your drinks (in the dinning room) separately. Which is ridic... Read more

Have just returned from this hotel. The hotel itself is very impressive, with a lovely reception and bar/lounge area with another reading/t.v lounge with card tables and very comfortable. The pool area was OK with lots of sun beds, however, despite the 'no reserving beds' policy there was still the mad dash once the doors to the pool were opened, beds were reserved and guests up for breakfast and the towels were not removed from the beds. One morning we decided to lay by the pool just after 9am ... Read more
