First of all please be aware when booking this hotel that Arenal and Playa de Palma are German resorts , if you are looking for a Magaluf / British type of holiday , don't come here . As a couple in our 40s and 50s it didn't bother us in the slightest , we had a great afternoon in the mega BierKeller nearby , and a long walk down the prom , but the whole area caters for our German friends . So for the hotel itself , we arrived late at night , and were greeted by the friendly night manager who ... Read more

Stayed here for 6 nights with my wife and first time ever to an adult only hotel. Arrived at 2pm and greeted by a lovely lady on reception who checked us in and gave us both a chilled glass of cava which was a special touch. The lady said for an extra 10 euro per night we could upgrade to a bigger room and was no pressure, the lady gave us a key for our room and a key for the upgrade so we could look at both ourselves. We went with the upgrade as had bigger room with sofa and wardrobes and extra... Read more

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel, we did get off to a rocky start as on arrival at reception on day one we were told there was a problem with our room and we were to stay in another hotel for one night, the receptionist took us to the door and pointed to a hotel up the road. We had no problem checking in to the hotel as they expected us along with another 10 or more couples. The following day we checked into the Mediterranean bay hotel and was able to unpack and start the ho... Read more

Really unhappy to find out on arrival that the hotel is definitely not anything like a 4 star as it said on the Lastminute and TripAdvisor websites. The room are very small, no pool towels or facilities worth a mention, very small pool with very few loungers and 3 star food. I will say that if we'd intended to book a 3 star hotel and arrived here then I would be over the moon with the place, the staff are really very helpful, friendly and make you feel welcome. The hotel was very clean throughout, with very friendly staff. Room was clean but lacked draw space for storing small clothes, but was not a problem. Food was very good with plenty of freshly cooked items available, fresh fish cooked to order. Drinks on all inclusive option was very good, served in glasses if not for pool area. Both pool areas were clean and we never failed to get a sun bed. Ideally situated close to Palma, where bus service to and from was cheap and regular service, every 20 mi... Read more

First of all this resort caters for mainly young Germans getting very drunk and very vocal from late afternoon until around 6am. When they have finished the cleaning team come in from around 6.30am, so take your earplugs. The hotel itself was clean but definitely not 4 star, ok for 3 nights but not for a week in my opinion. The rooms are small but adequate, good shower. The food was average and the restaurant small, drinks were ok not too expensive. The pool area is small, and didn't open until... Read more

Although there was a sauna and jacuzzi, there were no tea/coffee making facilities, no toiletries in the bathroom (which was the tiniest one I have ever been in, the walls were very thin, and the food left a lot to be desired. There was a sameness at every meal, and we weren't happy about the way it was cooked. It looked very unappetising and I had a tummy problem (maybe no connection). The staff were wonderful, which made up for the other "problems" and the atmosphere was great. Beware that... Read more

Our holiday experience at this hotel was actually ok during our stay but we were visiting from the UK and unfortunately we accidentally left our house and car key behind in a drawer in the room and returned home. I stayed here for my hen weekend from 1st - 4th July and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel isn't huge but it doesn't need to be. Firstly, the hotel is very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived early so couldn't immediately check in, but we were swiftly given our bands and somewhere to store our cases and could start our holiday. The pool area was clean, not very big, so therefore there were limited sunbeds but 12 of us managed to grab one. The food and drink is very typical... Read more

The room that we were allocated was not the biggest but it adequately full-filled our needs.
