Just returned from a 7 nyt stay at this hotel. I had got such a good deal with Click and Go I was a bit dubious about what to expect. Well I need not have worried. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Location..two steps and you were on the beach. A good spacious bedroom with very comfy beds. Excellent food for breakfast..lunch and dinner. Wine by the bottle full brought to your table and loads of bottled water. Lovely helpful smiling staff. Fridge in bedroom also. It would be hand... Read more

A gem of a hotel with friendly staff, pleasant bar area and helpful receptionists. Perfectly situated for beach, shops and bars but not noisy. The pool area was rather small but this did not detract as the beach was so close

very clean dining room staff amazing, food of a good standard. Location beautiful. Ideal for water sports. Cycling and walking to Palma the views are amazing along the coast. For the brave a walk to the cathedral is well worth the effort, 7km, from can pastilla, or bus ride is only 1.50euro.Limited entertainment and pillars obscure view of artists. On the whole very good value for money.

Just back from a week at this hotel, and found it to be very clean, efficiently run,and well positioned, right opposite the large beach.we stayed half board, and the self service breakfast was superb, with fantastic choice.the evening meal choice was less to our taste.it was OK, but we chose to eat out most nights... The housekeeping was faultless. Sheets and towels changed frequently, the room cleaned, indeed, all the public areas and toilets were spotless.! The pool area is small, but we spent our... Read more

Fab location. Room clean. Food ok. Unfortunately the 2 male bar staff let this place down. In the 3 days we have been here they have been extremely rude to us however they are extremely polite to the German guests and would serve them before us even if they were behind us in the queue. They muttered to each other about us and unfortunately this was very obvious and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We have been made to feel very unwelcome and will not be returning. Easu access from the airport. Excellent location. Caters for all ages. Shares upgraded spa facilities with neighbouring sister hotel. High level of cleanliness. Friendly efficient staff. Good choices of superb food range for each meal. Thoroughly enjoyed seventh visit recently and looking forward to eighth later in the year. Been to many previously but never better than Las Arenas.

We stayed at the hotel for a week commencing Wednesday 18th May 2016. We had read the reviews on trip advisor so knew to expect the other guests to be mainly German and there were issues with the food. We paid approximately £25 each per night, all inclusive. Having arrived at the airport, we caught a number 21 bus at 5 euros each to the hotel which took about ten minutes. On arrival at the hotel, we were met with very friendly staff, and noted that the public areas were very clean. We were giv... Read more

I recently had a spring break with my wife at this unexpectedly good hotel. We arrived to a warm welcome and shown to a pleasantly spacious room. Our first meal was delicious and this carried on for the rest of our stay. Well done to the Las Arenas for a lovely all inclusive break. Easy access to Palma from the nearby bus stop and lots of bars if a night out is desired all helped to make our stay better. The Manchester pub which is nearby is a great choice particularly for sports fans.

My wife and I stayed here the last week of May and found the location to be perfect as there was a lovely clean beach across the road and lovely cycle and walking paths beside the sea. We could have if we were so inclined, have walked the 10 kilometres to Palma but we walked along this path every day as far as a lovely juice bar run by two very friendly young men and they served juices, cocktails, and beers etc. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the food at all the meals wa... Booked direct on an A.I. basis, again. Excellent hotel and professional staff. about the 5th visit over the years. An excellent location, right on the beach. A one way road runs between the hotel and beach, but no problem whatsoever. Very low key resort on the edge of Playa de Palma. many bars and restaurants within walking distance. A nice local town with a good variety of all kinds of shops. We always go for a sea view. Like to spend time on the balcony some afternoons. A great experience. Goi... Read more

We travelled to the Las Arenas in Ca'n Pastilla in May, I had read the reviews and mostly they were good but, as always there are some negative reviews. I will only give you facts, I don't make assumptions and I always treat people the way I like to be treated. So, lets start with the staff. They were simply fantastic! No issues at all from the reception, the bar, the house keeping and especially Estefanie from the entertainment team. Everyone was polite and friendly. Yes there were some niggles... Read more

Hotel has a great location, right on the beach at the end of Can Pastilla. The bus stration is 2-3 min away, so it is very easy to go to Palma. The food in the restaurante was ok, nothing special but nice. We had a room on the top flour, looking over the pool. It was a room with a door leading to a next room, of course the door was locked but you could hear everything what was going in attached room. Hopefully our neighbours were quite. The biggest problem was the central AC engine, which was p... Read more

Now i'm a man of honesty and I tell it like it is with no nonsense. So where do I begin with this montrosity of a hotel, possibly with the good points, which if you are hoping for some then you really should book elsewhere as there are none. By all means If you're looking for a 4 star then your out of luck as I assure you that this barely scratches a 2. The hotel as a whole is just awful, it looks like the hotel that time forgot. It may have been fantastic back in the 20th century, but unless ... Read more

Hotel is in a great location, 10 mins from airport by taxi, right by the beach and close to shops. Our front-facing sea-view room was very clean & comfortable and was cleaned daily. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was great, lots of variety and plenty of it. One small suggestion, my daughter is vegetarian and wasn't always sure whether there was meat/animal products (gelatine etc) in some food. Maybe vegetarian food could be marked as such? Overall we really enjoyed our... Read more

Just returned from a quick 4 nights break. The weather has been fantastic which makes up for a few things. The pool is the smallest I've ever seen on any holiday I've been on ,I counted 32 sun beds around it and it was full. The bonus - the beach to your left a larger beach but we preferred the one to the right a couple of mins walk this is a horseshoe bay beach spotless with toilet facilities fantastic for children as shallow water. Arrived at the hotel on 17-08-2016. We stayed for 5 days and it was amazing!! Great hotel situated right next to the beautiful beach and harbour. The area was clean and the views are amazing!. The hotel food was delicious and plenty of choice. Our room had a lovely sea view as well as over looking the harbour. I do advise you take a plug extension to accommodate for lack of plug sockets in the room. The hotel pool was never busy due to the beach just a stones throw away which is where we spent o... Our holidays destination this year was Mallorca, where we have chosen Hotel Las Arenas in an all inclusive flight+hotel offer of the largest Romanian booking company.. Thus, I, my wife and my 6 year old daughter stayed at Las Arenas Hotel for 7 nights, between 11th and 18th of August 2016. We have asked our booking company a see-view room, but they explained that the only thing they could do is to kindly ask the hotel to give us the desired room, if they have one. We ended up at Las Arenas through an overbooking at the owners sister hotel. We found the hotel to have dated decor and in need of a makeover. The location is great, the beach front facing room we were given had a great outlook and was of a good size but it was just so 1970's. I felt like I had been flipped back 40 years. The breakfasts were fine. The evening meal was typical all inclusive hotel fare. The wifi in the hotel was great. The bar area was OK although the entertaining was, well..... Read more
