The room and the location were good but otherwise the hotel wasn't very nice. The lobby and restaurant were shabby. The personnel was unfriendly. It works for a short stay but is not good value for money.

Our stay was for 2 weeks. We love to enjoy a balcony. Although an excellent location for exploring the island by buses, this location is noisy on the balcony. A major 4 lane road runs right in front of the hotel and the traffic is constant. Also, late night partiers can yahoo on the streets below well into the wee hours of the morning. Luckily, we were on the 4th floor; anyone staying on a lower floor, would certainly have to contend with more noise. This hotel has very poor Wi-Fi. It was ... Read more

For what I have paid (£280 for 3 night) this hotel was a real disappointment. Firstly the staff was giving the least infos possible about the hotel and its services, secondly despite they could have spoken in english, they were speaking in spanish even though we were not understanding much of what they were telling us. So the check in was a big struggle! After the first approach we headed into our room....where we found some pubic hair in the bathroom and the whole room really dusty, clearly it... Read more

Location of hotel is excellent - balcony views overlooking marina. Very good sized clean rooms with excellent views. Went with friends and got rooms next to each other as requested. Reception staff friendly and helpful but not a very welcoming bar area. Could perhaps just do with a bit of an update but very good value. We went room only.

My husband and I recently spent eleven nights at the Mirador. We stayed in room 403 which was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the marina. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and replaced toiletries when required. The sun deck was a good place to relax with fantastic views - the sun beds were very comfortable and clean. We frequently used the indoor pool and spa area, often being the only ones there. The staff on reception were friendly and polite - Tony was very helpful giving advice o... Read more

Our room was on first floor with soundproofing that worked very well against traffic noise. Good, clean, large, twin room with air-con overlooking the marina. Staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. It's opposite the marina and a 20 min walk to town centre. Get no.3 bus at back of hotel to Cala Major beach. 1.5 euros flat rate, pay on bus, takes about 15 mins or another 5 mins onto Illetes which is tiny, packed but a pretty beach. It cost us 20 euros from airport in a taxi. The no.1 bus ... Read more

We booked in here because it was close to the marina where we were to pick up a boat. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small, though we booked the 4 person suite there were only three beds. No additional bed available and three of us slept side-by-side in the "queen" bed which was two doubles pushed together. The breakfast was sketchy, with stale bread and crusty eggs. Would not stay here for more than a one night sleepover.

Ideal location in Palma, helpful reception staff. Large bedroom, great bathroom, powerful shower, clean towels every day, and beds made. Good sunbathing terrace. Range of breakfast available, hot and cold. We definitely got value for money and would go back.

This is a large hotel overlooking the harbour and promenade. The room was spacious and well appointed with lots of space for hanging clothes. The bathroom and shower were a good size. It was disappointing that there were no tea/coffee making facilities and also that the safe had the lock removed (I think one is supposed to pay and they will then put the lock back). Wifi worked well. There is a general lack of attention to detail. Toiletries were not replaced when empty. One day the lift from t... Read more

We stayed only one night, but we were pleasantly surprised, especially after reading some of the reviews on here. We had a room with an unobstructed view of the harbour (302) which worked perfectly because we were with our 15 month old son. We felt we could experience Palma at night, watching the sun go down whilst having a few drinks on the balcony. Room was clean and spacious and staff were helpful. Also a short stroll to the main sites. We would stay again, but it was the view that really mad... Read more

Everything in this hotel is correct. The location is perfect. The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are big and some have a balcony with a nice view. The rooftop terrace could be a little bit better and cleaner so people actually enjoy the views. This hotel is also a gym in Pokemon Go for those of you who play.

Friendly reception , the room was excellent and clean, pity there was no coffee or tea facilities in the room. The roof terrace and room underneath were tired and had the look of the 1970's with dark wooden panels and orange furniture, also there was no bar and we only found out the last night there was a service button! We tried the breakfast on the last day... a great disappointment for 15 euros each. There were flies all over the food and my wife complained, but the staff didn't seem to get th... Read more

We didn't quite know what to expect after reading some reviews about the Mirador on Trip Advisor. We had a great stay. The room was large and cleaned daily. The bed very comfortable and bathroom a good size, loved the shower and toiletries were plentiful. The reason I didn't give an excellent was because the bar and restaurant area was a bit uninspiring - we only used it for one drink. A great location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay at The Mirador again.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are modern with self controlling air condition. Great views from the balcony of the marina. This is a welcoming, spacious, slightly quirky hotel with an old fashioned air. It is also ((and Tripadvisor should pay more attention to this) a very accessible hotel, in terms of physical access. The Tapas at the hotel is very good, and you can eat until 11pm if you wish. The hotel is about 25 minutes walking distance to the cathedral, but if you cannot walk very far there is a taxi rank outside of the hotel.
