Spent three nights at the hotel in April 2016. Found the staff at the front desk very friendly and helpful. Assisted us with directions and places to visit. Very helpful when we asked to consider changing rooms. Breakfasts were exceptional - the egg chef gave us a friendly smile and chat each morning and set us up for the day. The hotel is in a residential area about a twenty minute walk (along the sea front) from the old town area of Palma which offered numerous restaurants and places to get a ... Read more

Very good standard hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. Had a terrace room number 114 which had a large terrace looking over the pool area. The terrace was very large with two chairs, loungers and a table and really added to the experience. The room was comfortable and modern and well maintained. Comfy bed and good quality bathroom. The standard of housekeeping in the room was really terrific. Usually for a Spanish hotel there was tea and coffee facilities and a free safe in the... Read more

A superb hotel at a good price for a 4 star. The rooms were large and fresh quality as well as a large bathroom! The Breakfast, which were optional was excellent as well. Has two swimming pools which were both excellent and refreshing and the staff were friendly & welcoming. Parking was good either on site or outside the hotel and was very easy to reach from the main roads if you are reaching this hotel by car.

Have just returned from a weeks stay. Really nice hotel, friendly, helpful and professional staff. Good food and drink offer, nice clean modern rooms and great facilities. Would of liked to have been all inclusive but offer was half board, however food and drink offer from the bar pool was easy to order and reasonably priced. Nice central location and lots of lovely places within short walking distance, highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean and good sized. Bathroom was nice -again good size with good shower. Bed was really comfortable. Little short on storage space but enough to get by. Spa looked good with a gym we discovered on last day and what looked like a really nice indoor pool. Outside the sun decks are smallish but there was more than enough space for us to find sunbeds each day and pools are small but big enough for a dip - you just won't be doing lots of exercise in them. Nice and clean, in a quiet location. The pool area is nice, with two pools. People didn't reserve the sunbeds at the crack of dawn, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good gym with air conditioning. Good breakfast, but I thought the buffet dinner was not worth the price (18?). My wife and I returned to the Isla Mallorca in September 2016 having stayed there first in 2011 and then again in 2014 and 2015. The hotel seems to operate a policy of continuous improvement. A new addition in Summer 2015 was a glass lift running up the outside of the building. This is a great way to get up and down to the upper floors with fantastic views. This year an extension was added to the outdoor seating area which allows a roof to be opened and closed and sides to be added if the weath... Read more

I spent a few nights here with some friends recently. The hotel is immaculate and the service is excellent. The 2 pools are on the small side but the sunbathing areas are roomy with plenty of sun loungers. You can hire a beach towel for ?10 to save packing one. There's a poolside bar that serves drinks and snacks. We only ate there once but the club sandwich was delicious. The rooms are clean and most have a small balcony or terrace. However the bathroom is a glass room so not a lot of privacy... Read more

This was one of my worst stay ever... The hotel looks great in the pictures of course but in reality it's completely different. My business partner and I did a reservation online for 3 night throw Booking.com,the reservation didn't indicate that it's not include breakfast. A rude stuff lady (won't mention names),looked at her list and saw I'm Not in the list so she decided to take my plate away and throw all to the garbage, what a waste, what a disrespectful behavior!!!!! The hotel is half hour... Read more

Lovely hotel. Clean. Friendly. Enough sun beds. We were on the the 3rd floor on the main hotel which I was not happy about as I wanted views of the port. I had no reason to be worried the views we got were of the castle in the day or night were just as beautiful. Hotel is 5 mins walk from port and 20 mins from Palma town. It's easy to find and a 5min taxi ride into the town if your tired.

When I booked this hotel I was excited about the pictures and the location. But in reality the hotel doesn't look amazing. The suite is comfortable with a big bathroom but no Balcony in the room for a big price :( The swimming pool is great and the pool bar also! Great food and very nice breakfast

This hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the sea front. Not central but ok. The pool, food and room-providing you ask for the new block are fine. There was a mistake with our booking through Expedia and the reception staff were very helpful, which is more than we can say for Expedia. Room service and cleanliness was excellent. Rather on the pricey side for the location but would return. Not a hotel to stay in if you are female and unaccompanied. The surrounding walk back is a little intimidating... Read more

We stayed 3 nights and chose this hotel as pictures of rooms looked nice and it had a pool. In our view it was comfortable but nothing special. The 'executive' room was ok, the bathroom had no bath but large walk in shower that was a bit elderly looking. The breakfast was good and food fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite a way 20-30 minutes walk. Cabs were around ?6 to the centre. It was nice to sunbath by a pool although water was freezing. We didn't use spa but ?... Read more

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 5 nights in September, it was a very relaxed holiday, just what we needed. The hotel is lovely, room was a tad small but clean and we had fresh bedding and towels daily. The bed was very comfy. The view of the pool and harbour was great. Poolside was very quiet but always beds available, and pool towels provided for a ?20 deposit daily. The pool area was clean and safe. The location was perfect and it's only a five minute walk to the main waterside. There ... Read more

We have stayed here twice and it's a great base for exploring the city. It is great value, the service is excellent and it has everything you would expect of a 4 star hotel. You can hire bikes at a cost (10 euros each) and the beaches along the coast are withing easy reach. It is a 10 minute walk into the fabulous Santa Catolina area where the food and drink is fantastic. The hotel is really clean, breakfasts are great and there is an excellent choice of room types.

Spent a week in this excellent "boutique" hotel where every requirement was met by the friendly and efficient staff. Compact, well-appointed room was on 5th Floor, giving views over marina and out to sea. Superb pool, pool bar, Spa, and lounges. Great Buffet breakfast and good 3 course, self-service dinner incl in the half-board option. Position ideal with a 7 min walk down to the front (84 steps back up ! but taxis cheap and good). Easy access into town on public transport for 1.50 Euros. Situa... Read more

Annual girls weekend saw a return to Isla Mallorca. Enjoyed it so much last year, that we decided to do it all over again. Perfect location - away from the main centre of Palma - about 20 mins walk or a 4ish euro cab ride. Excellent breakfast - buffet style. Lovely pool and suroundung area. Good poolside bar. We stayed in rooms with terrace. Lovely. All in all very good and would definitely recommend.

Recently stayed here for a short break in an executive room with balcony. Expected something a little bigger given its title and no complimentary tea an coffee making tray but just a minor issue. We were on the ground floor of the spa block and the sunbathing deck was just down the corridor which was very handy and quiet Plenty of loungers . Pool bar very good with small choice of snacks. Set back a little from the harbour and just a pleasant 20 min stroll along the promenade to the main area a... Read more

Stayed there for 2 nights with my wife. The hotel was just outside the city centre about 20 minute walk from the cathedral and 5 minutes walk to the port. Being a bit out of the centre meant the hotel was nice and quiet at night. Our room was smaller than I would have expected given the price. We booked quite late so ended up in room 101 :-) and had a view of parked cars. The breakfast was very nice and fresh. There was no kettle in the room but the hotel would provide one for 3 ? a day. The outdoor bar area and pools are lovely and the hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk to the cathedral and old Palma town. Great side of Palma to be as it's quiet but very convenient. I arrived at 2am (booked this because of parking, wifi and Two single beds pushed together which was annoying, i would have rather had one large bed but they said they didn't have. Breakfast buffet was good (fresh squeezed orange juice, not from a box which was nice to see). Easy parking, good concierge, wifi. Only stayed one night before i took the car ferry. People seemed to enjoy the pool area. Nachos were good :)

A nice hotel ideal for a weekend away. It is a little way back from the front but within walking distance to bars and restaurants. It is clean and modern, the shower was fantastic powerful and hot. The only criticism I have is that there wasn't a mirror in the main room so we had to take turns in the bathroom to do hair and make up. The pool area is nice and compact and the pool bar excellent. Great hotel, clean and really well run. Hot on customer service. Spa facilities are great, and a good way to relax for a couple of hours (includes steam room, sauna, hot beds, water fountains). Rooms, whilst on the smaller side, have everything you need and are clean and well maintained. Location is great, 10/15 min walk to the old town. Great restaurants near by. Great for couple, families, girls weekend away! Enjoy!

Me and 3 friends came for a girly getaway for 3 nights in September. We were delighted on arrival to get a room upgrade (this never happens to me!) which gave us 2 rooms next to each other with huge balconies and 2 sun beds on each and table and chairs. This was a great treat and really made our stay better! Especially when hungover and we could dive in an out of the sun without having to go down to the pool! Reception and bar staff all helpful and very efficient. Highly recommend

We visited this nice hotel in October and it wasn't disappointment. The location is fine, short walk to the harbour area, where you can start walking or biking. The traffic around the hotel is not busy and the surroundings is safe. The hotel building is not a peace of fine architecture but indoors it is ok. We got good service at reception - booking for golf course, tickets, good bikes, good advice etc. Our room was small but sufficient, but we had good wiev (the sea and the castle) from our ba... We visited in November 2016 in low season. This hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but we were a bit disappointed with our stay. Room was tidy and cosy but fridge and air conditioner were switched off. Outside were 18 degrees but the room was really hot and we had to sleep with our balcony door open all the time because of the lack of air con. For a 4 star hotel we are disappointed that they cut this facilities, probably to save money during low season.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was generally clean but one mcould spot dusty areas which have been neglected. A couple of things were broken/damaged in our room (the card slot for the electricity, a handle in the bathroom, the lightbulb of a lamp): it was nothing big enough to raise any kind of scandal but simply contributed to this feeling of "not quite up to standard, can do better". It never really gave off the vibe of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was nothing to write h... Read more

Stayed in "Urban with View" room 18.5m so quite small, small balcony with water views in the distance, could see Cruise ship in dock. Nice room, clean but basic, a bit average for 4 star rating. Very hard bed, had to pay for kettle, no tissues in bathroom. Stayed on half board basis which was very good package, nice meals. Staff very professional and helpful. Would stay again if half board package available.
