The hotel is extremely outdated. The staff in general doesn't put an effort in giving the guest a good experience. When I arrived at the hotel at 22.30 at night, there was absolutely nobody in reception, so I could not check in. I was in a hurry as I was late for a dinner, so I had to find a bathroom and have a shower and get changed. The receptionist came back at around midnight, and I could finally check in to my room, at least to leave my luggage there. There was absolutely no apology for thi... Read more

Stayed in the suite on the top floor. Great room, with a large roof terrace. I would recommend this particular room for those who enjoy a sea view and like to spend time in the hotel room. I would book this again.

The hotel has a good view over the marina in Palma and was great value for money for our purpose. Our room had a balcony overlooking the marina and was of a good standard. Breakfast was well presented and there was a huge variety of food. There was some difficulty over payment with a changed visa card but the staff dealt with this cheerfully and courteously.

Location is good providing you get a top floor room facing the harbour, nice breakfast so worth paying extra. Funny rather obnoxious smells in bathroom with no windows and the aircon does not seem to work in there either. Superb views of the harbour but lunch is a bit of a let down. Wine list is poor and you can wait ages for service. Due to the high number of Germans and Spanish clients the language skills of the staff in English is left wanting. This is not a four star hotel although the view... Read more

A good hotel but located a bit far from the city enter which makes the hotel a bit too expensive according to location. Breakfast was good, though a bit more variety in vegetables would be good. And also stronger coffee!

We arrived home yesterday 30th june after spending a few days in Palma . We arrived at the hotel quite early as we had come from another resort, we had planned to put the cases in and use the pool until our room was ready. But at reception we were welcomed by the most abrupt rude man ( the manager i think) our early arrival seemed to be a real inconvenience for him, then he went on to tell us we had only booked for one person, when clearly our paperwork showed we had booked and payed for 2 adul... Following a not too unreasonable 24euro ride from the airport we arrived at the hotel around 2pm. Greeted by very a friendly receptionist Cristina who gave us a room key so we could look at the room before being allocated it. To be honest we were a bit of a pain as we ended up looking at three rooms. This did not phase Christina who was lovely throughout the check in process. She is a credit to the hotel. In fact, throughout our stay all the staff were very warm and friendly. The leaky shower h... Read more

My wife and I stayed at the hotel recently for 5 days. It has a great location overlooking the harbour and cathedral and is only a 15-20 min journey from the airport. Like most of the hotels in Palma it is build on a hillside so be prepared for a bit of a climb (or some steps) when walking. It is a 45-50 min walk from the hotel to the cathedral but is a pleasant journey along the harbour. On a couple of occasions we got a taxi which takes about 10 mins and costs around 7.50?. Mallorca is a great place for beaches although the roads can be daunting and you will need time to look for the correct exit to the right places. I would still recommend that people go to Mallorca and you will need to rent a car to explore the island because it is pretty huge. The caves are a must visit and I love the classical pianist playing the music in the caves on a boat. Splendid experience over there!

Good clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Only fault was that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Our rooms were 217 (sea view) and 224 (partial sea view and a cooler room). 217 looked out across the harbour and was above the terrace, which for mid July we were surprised at the lack of noise.
