I can't really improve on the review by Nickyormond as my experience is much the same. Also similar to Michael S. The hotel is convenient for both the city centre, the Marina and bus routes to many places, we hopped onto bus no. 104 on the coast road to Potals. The fare was €2 each and had a lovely afternoon at the fabulous beach next to the marina. From the hotel, it is a short walk to the taxi rank for Bellver castle. If it is hot, I recommend you pay the €5.50 fare to the top on our retu... Read more

Very family friendly hotel - very friendly and accommodating staff. Gave us names of loads of places to eat and to visit while we were over. Hotel itself is nice, rooms are always clean and we always had enough towels supplied. We did however have a problem with the shower in that it flooded quite often. Pool is small but it does the job and is expected for a city hotel. Excellent location would go back!

Staff at this hotel are unfailingly helpful, efficient and cheerful. We stayed in room 401 which was an excellent size with good facilities and a view of the Marina. Breakfasts were excellent with a great variety of cuisine including cooked. Enjoyed the bar with the generous spirits. Small indoor pool and good spa facility. My wife had a number of excellent massages...one on Christmas day!. We had excellent weather and enjoyed walking along the Marina and into Palma centre. There is also an exc... Read more

We had a pleasant long weekend stay here with no surprises. The triple room was quite large with decent beds (a big issue in Europe). Lots of nice amenities in the bathroom. Room had a small fridge that was very handy. Hotel also has a small indoor pool, plus a couple of hot tubs, so great for a little refresh when it's still cool outside. First night was rather load (seems like the walls are thin), but fine after that. Parking is underground and not directly connected to the hotel, so best to d... Read more

With weather this time of year not entirely predictable we chose this hotel due to indoor pool and spa facilities and convenient location. With some cold, rainy days it turned out to be a wise choice and we were not disappointed. In spite of the weather my wife thinks it was one of our best holidays and hotels ever. Children loved the indoor pool (compact, but bigger than expected) and facilities (sauna, steam room, jacuzzis, gym etc.) which we often had all to ourselves. A few steps down to the... Read more

We rounded off our 6 day tour of Mallorca with a day in Palma and stayed at the Armadams. Although not central it is close to the sea front and near to an area full of cafes and restaurants. The hotel has parking, but you can park in the streets around the hotel for free. We had a room for 4, which was snug, but had a good bathroom and suited for one nights stay. The hotel has a small outdoor pool and sun terrace and also an indoor spa area with, Pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym. The h... Read more

I stayed at the Hotel for a long weekend on a recent Hen Do. We got a really good price for the rooms so I was a little unsure what we would get for that- however, I was extremely pleasantly surprised! The Hotel is in a perfect location- a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful Marina and a leisurely fifteen minute walk from the gorgeous city. The roads are a little noisy but that is a small price to pay for the position. The staff were fantastic- so friendly and helpful. As a group of 16... Read more

The front desk, particularly Senora Desnoyer, were helpful, efficient and gracious. Storage in the garage for bike boxes was secure and convenient. Our room was quiet with the essential amenities. The location on the bus route into the heart of the city was convenient as was walking to the Santa Catalina market and into the heart of the city. We will return.

we needed to accommodate 7 ladies One room was 4 person 1 room 3 person. Each room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom. The facilities include indoor and outdoor pool we enjoyed both areas. The hotel breakfast was also good value for money as was the bar, there are plenty of places to sit and relax or catch up with friends around the hotel. The location is perfect for a leisurely walk to the marina, markets and local attractions. I would definitely recommend the hotel for groups who e... Read more

We stayed 13/0516 till 17/05/16 and although there are strong points i.e. great location, comfortable clean rooms, great facilities we would strongly recommend the following improvements. 1. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. 2. Absolutely no room service bar etc after 2300 hrs. 3.Only one English speaking TV channel (despite an e-mail assurance otherwise in the week before our stay!!). We will not be staying here again. On arrival our group of 9 were told we had no reservation, the hotel was full for the weekend. The gentleman put his head in his hands and fell silent.... After 45 minutes we were finally issued with our rooms after proving payment for the rooms had been sent 9 months in advance of our arrival date. The rooms varied: One couple literally had the broom cupboard by the front door whilst others lucked out and had lovely rooms with marina glimpses and balconies. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean... Read more
