Good location and nice rooms, as long as you get one looking over the pool. Breakfast buffet very good and varied but gets very crowded, reception not terribly helpful. Minor matter really if you are familiar with the area. All in all good value in a good location, will return.

Me & 3 friends recently got back from a 3 day/2 night stay at this hotel for my hen do. As we only had a short stay we did not get to use all of the facilities, but we cannot fault the hotel or staff at all. We got to the hotel around lunch time and were allowed to check in straight away. The rooms we stayed in we're fairly simple but nice and were plenty big enough for 2 people and we had a lovely view of the pool. We had half board so got breakfast (usual mix of continental cooked food plus ce... Read more

16 of us stayed for a week enjoying a golfing holiday. No issues with this hotel at all. Good rooms, all clean, balcony, powerful air-conditioning and quiet. We only ate at the hotel at breakfast, but food was good, plentiful, with a variety of items to chose from. The pool area was reasonably spacious, always sun loungers available, towels could be used through the leaving a ?10 deposit at reception. Decent quality hotel with staff that make the difference and made us feel very welcome. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel has a modern interior and is well maintained. Good place to enjoy your holiday. We had booked the privilege package which includes amongst others free drinks in a separate bar and à la carte meals in a separate area of the restaurant where we were served in a very pleasant and professional manner especially by Maria, Omaira, Sofia and José Antonio.

This is our fourth visit to the h10.. Hotel food, cleanliness is always great! But unfortunately this year the hotel was full of drunk hen & stag party's - even a fight broke out one afternoon!! A group of drunk men. You need to address this behaviour as it will put off regular clients coming back.

We arrived last Wednesday a group of 5 guys 40s - 60s and was looked after immediately, we always have the Privilege package and find that its good value although it could do with a couple of slight changes maybe including the mini bar in the room as part of the package would stop people taking things out from the lounge, but hey come on we can all moan if we want ... When we stooped their were a few young people there, but they were no problem and added to the experience. Have visited this hotel on numerous occasions and am always impressed by its cleanliness, spaciousness and friendly staff. Breakfast is superb - if you're up on time after late nights - and offers a wide selection of items including freshly prepared omelettes, pancakes and fried eggs to your own requirements. Good spa and casino on site which provides first class food at excellent value. All in all a good hotel.

Stayed here with my friend for 5 nights, hotel is in a great location, 10 min walk down to peurto banus marina! Hotel room is very modern, hotel lobby and the rooms are very trendy. Pool area is large with pently sunlongers. Pool bar reasonably priced and cocktails were yummy. Food was decent, breakfast buffet was good. Didn't eat dinner as went out for most nights. I would go back to this hotel as it was in the perfect location, rooms were very clean, food and drinks were good!

I can imagine this was a great hotel in the 80s and 90s. It's pretty worn down and looks much cleaner and fresh on the pictures than in real life. The room was pretty clean, but did find a blood stain on the curtains.... Stayed in a room towards the road, but didn't hear any traffic. Good air condition. Hard bed and crappy pillow. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, there was something for everyone. The pool area was ok, but preferred the beach! Go to the beach at the right ... Read more

Visited for a week at the start of August, hotel is very modern and pristine, pool area has lots of beds and towels are provided. Food was of a good standard, what you would expect for a buffet dinner in Europe. TOP TIP you can substitute dinner for lunch but they don't tell you this at check in.

The location is good but you need to walk through a dirty underground tunnel to get to the port area where all the restaurants and bars are - not a great experience.
