I visted after having to move from another local hotel but that is a different story! This hotel is clean , well maintained with fantastic staff especially Josep the bar man and Guillermo from the restaurant waiter. This hotel is fabulous and well worth a visit, it is positioned near the old town but very accessible for all the buses trains and boats! We will return! Thankyou

Basic Rooms - no understatement. Rooms were cold and outside noise (of which there was plenty!) transmitted to 1sr floor room on the front with disturbing volume! Nothing the hotel itself can do about this I know, just beware of a room on the front of the hotel. Breakfast was OK, nothing special, but OK. Reception staff were very good, but "free" wifi was rather flaky. Bar is a cheap meeting place, but not much else on offer.

room 313 at the front with sea view cannot fault this hotel which is just as well as we had a lot of rain during our 1 week stay. very clean with towels changed every day. staff all very friendly and hard working. food was good with many choices and no need to go hungry. well positioned for train to other resorts 5 minute walk to station.

We have just returned from a 5 day stay at the Rosa Nautica Hotel. All the staff members we met were friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean with room service every day, and the food was varied and tasty. There is a guest‚??s only car park at the rear of the Hotel, although difficult to find on the first visit, as it‚??s down a one way street, we were given a map by the Receptionist. The Hotel is very Disabled Friendly; we were given a ‚??Disabled Room‚?? with a lovely walk-in shower. We ... Read more

We choose Rosa Nautica after hours spent on reading feedbacks about hotels... I am glad we did. We arrived late evening with two daughters under 3. There was very helpful lady at the concierge welcoming and briefing us. We haven't got any cash on but she didn't mind to wait until next day to pay tax which we forgot about completely. Rooms were nice and clean, little basic, not very modern, but we had everything we needed, with a nice swimming pool view and big balcony. Room service was doing th... Read more

We first visited the Rosa Nautica waaay! back in 1979 as a family, and we have been more than forty times since, each time it just gets better. Still a family owned and run hotel, and run by folks who give a great VFM family holiday as well as managing to look after couples and solo travellers. When we first visited, the Rosa Nautica was just one star, but there's been a steady programme of upgrading and improving over the years in the rooms and public areas. This year there are a limited numbe... Read more

Visited the Rosa Nautica in July of this year. I loved the location of this hotel, on the quieter park of town but within a short walking distance of all the resorts hotspots. The reception staff were fantastic and very helpful. Excellent value for money hotel Food: we stayed for 9 nights and not being a meat or seafood eater I did find the food a bit same ish, however I am sure if you like meat and fish you would have no problems at all. I would visit this hotel again

This is a nice hotel - clean and tidy, mostly friendly staff and close to the local amenities. I have one complaint in that most of the time, you have to queue to get into the dining room for lunch/dinner. I appreciate that the hotel now staggers guests' dining times to alleviate the problem but it is not working. When you come in from the swimming pool or from a morning trip for lunch (or, similarly, come down to dinner in the evening), the last thing you want to do is wait in a swelterin... Read more

Just arrived back from a one week stay at the Rosa nautica malgrat. We stayed in basic room which was OK for me my husband and our 3 year old with plenty of room for what we needed,we stayed Half board basis. Beds made daily, reception staff and waiter staff always pleasent and helpful. Areas nice and clean. Shame no air con in lounges and outside dining hall where people que to wait for dinner half To open. In 34* degree weather this is very uncomfortable! Meal times all buffet - breakfast is... We stayed here last week and the food, service and cleanliness were superb. I think it's only 3 stars but the pool, restaurant and communal areas were modern and above the 3*s I expected. We stayed in a standard room as we couldn't get a superior and it was perfectly adequate and spotless again while a little outdated this didn't concern us much and we were out all day anyway. There's tvs in the room and English news Chanel on 22. The bathroom had a bath and shower with hairdryer which was a lit... Read more

Just returned from a lovely stay with my family at the Rosa Nautica. Firstly the staff here are amazing, they work hard but are always helpful and friendly. Lucie on reception, Piero in the restaurant and Josef in the bar deserve a special mention. The location of the hotel is great, centrally positioned and within easy walking distance of everything, the beach shops and bars are literally on the doorstep. Although the hotel is small it has everything you could need including a gym, kids club a... Read more

How should I start... Third time in this fantastic hotel, from the reception until the cleaning staff everyone has a smile. A very well tuned team with two maestros Edmond and Pilar. They made us feel especial, family even. Piero again fantastic with Maria, Loli, Fatima, Xavi and all the other in the restaurant, they are full of life and always ready a joke. Miss u loads. Couldn't write about the restaurant without mention the food, absolutely fantastic with a quality second to none. Manuel Sala... Read more

I recently returned from a weeks family holiday at this hotel. The hotel is a great little find and frankly punches above its on all levels. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and Comfortable and the food would not be out of place in a top class restaurant. Great little 3 star hotel.

Myself & my boyfriend (both age 24) went to the Rosa Nautica hotel for 5 nights & 6 days. The hotel is very nice & situated on the beach front. There is a railway track a few meters outside the hotel but this doesn‚??t ruin the landscape of the hotel at all. We were situated at the west end of the hotel on the 4th floor at the end, we had a balcony & did hear motorbikes at night & also the train but this wasn‚??t a very bad issue. It is an English/ Spanish/ German speaking hotel but most of t... Read more

Fantastic Hotel & great value for money. The food was excellent with such a great variety every day. The sea food night was awesome. The hotel is located at the end of the strip, opposite the beach & train line although this is the same for all the hotels. The rooms are currently being upgraded & we were lucky to have one of the new refurbished rooms. There is a good mixture of guests from different countries, all getting along fine. The staff are fantastic & helpful. There is a daily k... Read more

Location - 5 minutes to Malgrat railway station - last hotel on the promenade beside shops, taxi rank, pharmacist and supermarket - under pass access to miles of sea & sand Hotel - rated 3 star but with staff, food and service of a 5 star - rooms dated but spotless clean. Fresh towels and room clean daily - boutique style lounge - reasonable priced bar - wifi cost 20 euros for a week and a good connection in the room - each room has a good size safe (for hire) and air conditioning

Good points: The hotel is lovely and clean, it is in an excellent location and the staff are fantastic. But t Bad points: The food is awful and always cold at breakfast there was no fresh eggs being cooked they had been fried earlier then left under heated lights so they were cold and hard. The entertainment was dire. And then there was all the extras that had to be paid for like WiFi, fridge (which is in the room but locked), safe, late checkout, all these things add up so what started as a r... Read more

Good points: very close to beach and amenities. The hotel was mostly clean Bad points: food was cold and one of the evenings made me sick. The drinks in the hotel restaurant were expensive and you were not allowed to even bring water from outside into the restaurant, and if you do not finish you restaurant drinks you can't take it out! The walls and windows are so thin, I didnt sleep well for the whole week we stayed. The hotel has signs saying no loud noise after 10pm, so they dont seem to do... Read more
