From the very minute we stepped in the door, we were made to feel very welcome - in fact, from before we ever reached the hotel, as the staff taking the booking were extremely accommodating of my requests to change from single to double occupancy and for an additional night. The young man from Galicia on reception (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) picked up our bags and cases and brought them to the lift, and later loaned us his mother's umbrella as it was raining - it was always raining tha... Nice hotel close to the beach , slightly longer walk to the center Very clean with nice generous sized rooms , slight road noise on occasions but wouldn't put us off. Fantastic staff and great front desk . Buffet breakfast was nicely presented and of great quality . There was children at the hotel during our stay and they was very well behaved and quiet , this is a place we would use again . Free wifi too.

Stayed at Hotel Las Vegas from 13th to 16th May 2016 with my wife and another couple. Check in was very simple and the reception staff were very helpful. The room we got was 608 and it was clean and tidy and far enough from any busy road noise, our friends got a room on level 2 which was closer to the road but the traffic noise did not bother them. The hotel is across a busy road from the beach but getting across was easy as there was a predestination crossing from the swimming pool entrance of... Read more

It is a 3 stars hotel but the standard is much higher. Rooms are pretty big, clean and well equipped. Breakfasts are tasty and rich. The hotel has its own free parking for guests but it is also some places to park around. There is only 5 minutes walk to the city beach.

This hotels location is very good, right by the beach. It also has a pool and some very nice restaurants nearby. It is not to far from the sightseeing locations either, like the Alcazaba and the Gibralfaro Castle

This one surprised me, had expected less but got much more. Clean, well-run, quiet and close to beach and amenities. The room standard was excellent and, as a solo traveller, a double room was offere (Single use) not many do that without asking.

Good location by the sea and near the centre of Malaga but there is a lot of traffic noise as its between 2 busy roads, we couldn't sit out on the balcony because of it. I was in room 412 and the walls were paper thin as I could hear EVERYTHING the couple next door were doing. However I would probably stay again when I'm visiting Malaga next time as it is good value for money and my brother now knows where to find the hotel !

Clean, efficient and just far enough away from the city centre. Small pool and garden so not sure if it would be too small if the hotel was full. Good selection of food for breakfast. Helpful staff on reception.

We were positively surprised over the hotel. Nice room, we had a nice beach view high up in the building. The beach could be reached by crossing the road. Very helpful staff and the breakfast was ok. There were bus stop close to the hotel which took you into the city. But we walked it was some more than 1 km. Like to return,

We had a double room facing the yard. Hotel is located near beach what was wonderful. Also a 15 min walk to Old Town & Cathedral and about same to the harbour. Hotel was very clean and worked well for our stay. Room was quite small but it didn't matter really. Breakfast was good. Comparing price level to what we got it was very good. Staff in reception was friendly. Not noicy guests at this time. I can recommend this hotel if you want to move around in the city and be on the beaches. If you want... Read more

We stayed at the Las Vegas Hotel in May 2016 for three nights to rest up after a long travelling day from Vancouver, BC. We were disappointed to see our room had twin beds and we tried to change to a double room, but all available rooms were full. We had booked over 6 months in advance so we were surprised by this. The decor was very dated. However, we had a nice view of the beach from our deck and we were not in our room for most of the day. Breakfast was good and there were tables outside on... Read more

Great location across the street from beach. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly. Reception staff could do with a bit more English as this a tourist hotel. Also they need to know useful info such as - A taxi to either train station costs â?¬6 and you can then get a train from either station to the airport for â?¬1.80 (as opposed to a taxi to the airport for â?¬25). I would definately stay there again.

We stayed for 4 nights this summer. The hotel is very clean, it has a good location. Approx 3/4 euros to get into Malaga central and around a 25 minute walk. Some lovely restaurants near by and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was not great, very simple and no eggs on offer. I was unable to eat gluten therefore with a breakfast that consisted mostly of bread, this proved difficult!! The pool was smaller than expected but good location to the beach which is very tough on the fee... Read more

The photos that are posted online of this hotel, do not tell the whole story. Yes its across the road from the beach, but otherwise I was not impressed. There are about 15 parking spaces available and that's it. Thereafter you must drive around to find space on the street, and the staff were less than helpful here. The rooms are super basic withe no coffee/tea facilities, no stationery and the amenities Spartan at best. There are only 6-7 TV channels on a very small TV. The free breakfast is fre... Read more

Having reviewed this hotel a couple years ago, it is worthy of an update: They have recently completed a remodeling of the lobby area, and it is much better. There's better ramp access and a door that requires your key card to enter when coming back late at night. The rooms, however, are still the same: pretty basic, but quite spacious. You can hear your neighbors talking in the next room - or in our case the baby crying. Hopefully, they'll improve the sound insulation if they do more remodeling... Read more

A well located 3 star hotel, opposite beach but with pleasant grass surrounded swimming pool with adjacent cafe/ bar.Room was adequate, fronted beach with a good balcony, but Air/con almost non funtional staff produced a pedestal fan to placate us. Good restaurant to right of hotel, La Taberna del Fraile, staff pleasant and helpful. Easy access to attractions in main centre of town. Museo Thyssen and Museo Piicasso must visits.

What a great place for a great price. A 15 minute walk from brilliant town centre/ports Slap bang opposite the beach (albeit across a busy road but a crossing is directly outside the gate) Pool is in the small side but still a great spot. Free wifi in the room was super quick We stayed in room 107 which handily was in the same level as the pool and breakfast room. The free breakfast was great. Amazing location, right next to the beach and a pleasant 15-20min walk into old town. Room was large but basic, but good value for money. Breakfast was included and had a good selection - more for the European traveller rather than English (lots of meat, fish and cold eggs). Parking was free and first come first serve bur we didn't have any problems.

My girlfriend & I booked a double room at this hotel for a four night stay in October. We were provided with a twin room near an area which I assume from the noise serviced water for the rest of the hotel. I requested politely to have our room changed while providing a copy of our booking confirmation with details of the type of room we initially booked. I was not happy with the demeanor of one staff member in particular, who continued to do paper work while I voiced my complaint. The reception ... Read more

I liked it here. The room was an excellent size - I had a double for single use with sea view - I was on the side above the hotel and happy with my room. The bathroom was somewhat dated though and would really benefit from a refit (no shower, just a hand shower attachment on the bath taps) However, both the room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. And the cleaning ladies were all really lovely. Breakfast good - nice selection. Location excellent for the beach and lots and lots of bu... Read more

Very happy with twin room for single use with views of urban side. People pay more for the sea views, though it gets the sun, the other side gives a pretty picture postcard view of Spanish villas. Complimentary toothbrush and toiletries. Quick clean and tidy everyday. Walls are thin so hope you have quiet neighbours. Constant mechanical noise throughout first 2 nights. Tried pressing alot of buttons on air con but no difference made. Noise then gone for final 3 nights, thankfully. Breakfast ok. ... Read more

Situated approximately 10-15 minutes walk to the main area of bars and cafe's around the castle area this is a good quality hotel for the money. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The twin beds were slightly larger than normal single beds which was a bonus. The hotel is nice, people at the reception could be friendlier. They gave me the feeling of being tired of their job. In the room is NO plug to be found. Hard for your mobile! In the breakfast room I asked for a plug and the waiter acted like that was the first time in his life this question was asked. But after some research he found a plug. Breakfast is great.
