Nice trendy place in a great part of town. Does the job. BIt pricey for what it is but you are paying Madrid prices and then a bit on top for being in a pricey part of Madrid! Super bars and restaurants around, and not too touristy. Reception were lovely and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say.

The hotel is very easy to get to from the Metro station; probably only a three minute walk from the exit (assuming you find the right exit!). The street that it is on is very quiet and convenient for useful shops and bars. It is around about a 15 minute walk from the centre or a quick trip on the Metro. The hotel lobby/bar area is very nicely done out with lots of comfortable chairs and a little bar. There is also a restaurant adjoining it. We checked in with no problems; all the staff we spok... Stayed here for two nights as an adjustment after flying to Madrid from the US. The location was excellent for me as it is almost across the street from my daughter's apartment. In general, I like to stay closer to tourist interests when I travel but the access to public transport, which is fab in Madrid, was perfect, both metro and bus. People at the front desk were lovely and spoke excellent English. My room was comfortable and quiet. I would have liked at least one English language tv stati... Read more

pros: - easy to find from the airport - very close to metro station so very close to many points of interest (15 min) - nice modern look - close to some shopping locations - nice neighborhood - helpful staf - the room was big enough cons: - some cleaning issues (found pretty much hair all over the place) - poor wi fi - only spanish channels (if that counts) - could use more hangers in the bathroom - the door of the bathroom was made of glass and may be uncomfortable to hear the water flowing... Started in Madrid, hotel is very modern and right next to the metro which we liked to save $, its probably 15 mins metro from the city center. Grocery store and restaurants are around the corner, and Hector the front desk clerk was a big help. Rooms are slightly smaller then U.S. People will be use too, but they are modern. 3 day type hotel if you're traveling to other cities in Europe. 4.1/5

I honestly do not know why this hotel has 4 stars. We liked that it was not in the touristic centre. Located in Salamanca neighbour, it was cool as we really close to restaurants from locals and very good shops. It has a modern decoration, so it was also a plus. Nevertheless, there were some really bad things. Breakfast, just forget it! Terrible. We arrived 40 minutes before close and there was almost nothing displayed. We asked for it, the waiter was not very keen in providing it to us. Also, a... Read more

Overall a very nice and clean hotel in the Salamanca district of Madrid. Very easily accessible by road and within easy reach of the city centre. Room were very comfortable and the hotel is on a nice quiet street. Underground parking was useful although with limited space very tricky.

We had two clean rooms for seven nights. Our stay included breakfast. We were very pleased with all the accommodations and services from front desk personnel and room service. We also liked the friendly breakfast chief, Daniel. The location was perfect for our purpose.

This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. You can get a good sleep there. The room I was in was a double room. The bed is comfortable, but the air condition isn't quite as good as it should be. However, the room's size is decent. The bathroom is clean and tidy. As for the price, I got a bargain in this time of the year. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the nearest metro station "Diego de Leon" has very long corridors in order to reach the trains. The city center is only some 10-... Read more

Front desk people were very nice. Amenities were decent. Advertised as a 4 star but more of a 3 star I think. Location was good. Good cost performance place to stay. If I had a recommendation it would be for better breakfast buffet, and bedding.

If you want a bad burger with no ketchup, mayo, salt or pepper not cooked how you want it with inferior ingredients and with bad potatoes then order the burger. It's only because I can't walk without a crutch that I ordered it. I should have hobbled out to get something decent to eat. My mistake.

This hotel is very nice and well located only a few steps from the metro. Rooms are nice and very clean. Breakfast is a very good buffet for less than 10â?¬. We really enjoyed our stay of two nights. Very good deal.

The buffet breakfast was very good. Theyhad Spanish Serrano ham ( we know it by it's Italian name "Prosciutto" in English ) I have been at other " Zenit" Hotels that didn't ( Orgaz in Madrid, and the one in Pamplona) . Also had fruits, cereal, and fresh croissants. Toast and churros. Had an automatic coffee machine, a tip: they will make you a "real" espresso or cappuccino in the kitchen if you request, at no extra charge as part of the buffet, bu it's usually best to request when they aren...
