Ultra modern yet comfortable. Spacious well-equipped room. Good breakfasts, friendly staff and spotless throughout. Very quiet but close to central Madrid. Two nearby Metro stations. Comfortable lobby with plenty of newspapers and magazines. I will certainly visit this hotel again and recommend it highly.

The hotel is well located. Close to Metro station and plenty bars, restaurants and coffee options. I came with two luggage on my way to other city and this hotel fit me very well for a night. I could easily come from the airport to the hotel by metro and then walk a short distance to the Hotel. The area is very safe and easy to walk. Room is very clean and very spacious. There are not many main attractions near by but if you are welling to walk the Gran Estacion is about 15 min walking so the ga... Read more

We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the city and the hotel was pretty much all we could have asked for. Massive bed (but unfortunately 2 separate beds so my boyfriend fell down the middle one night! Haha) and all very clean. The Breakfast really stood out and we ended up eating there both mornings - a great selection of fruit, pastries, meats and cheese, plus hot choices like sausage and Spanish omelette. The staff were super helpful and welcoming - would definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel but they dont clean or change utensils at time of house keeping. Getting a taxi is difficult from the area. If hotel call for taxi it takes atleast 10 to 15 mins to come. Overall hotel is good.

Ideally located close to metro and Plaza De Espana yet very quiet. Rooms are very clean and up together. There are better breakfast options nearby, the selection here is mainly cakes and sweet items. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Can't fault it.

I found this place online, and had booked in advance of our trip to Madrid. We arrived, and found the staff to be super helpful in offering recommendations for nearby restaurants and helping us get a taxi back to the airport to pick up a rental car. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. Very modern and spartan. Plus, it was super quiet and had blackout curtains. So quiet, in fact, that in our jet-lagged state, we slept in until 12:30 our first night there! The location was also conv... Read more

I was pleasantly surprised at just how quiet this hotel was. Despite being fairly close to central Madrid, the couple of hundred meters up a backstreet makes a lot of difference. It's also only 5 mins away from the Metro which is handy if you want to walk suitcases there and get to the main Atocha Station. The room was quite spacious and even had a balcony (no view of the city). It doesn't have "frills" ie very basic continental breakfast and no amenities, but service is excellent and if you... As above, the Sercotel Suites is a good hotel as a base for a few days in Madrid. It is well positioned for transport links and is also in a good location to explore the city on foot. The room was clean and comfortable. A rating of 4 as the bathroom was very small. I would happily recommend this hotel.

Couldn't fault the hotel. Really lovely staff who were very helpful as well.Great location- walking distance of most things and metro nearby. The breakfast was also really tasty. Overall really nice hotel which has everything we needed! Would definitely recommend.

I actually stayed here twice recently. The first was a short visit and I would have given a glowing review, but on the second, longer stay, I found some flaws which require attention. In the month I was there, I noticed the women, in particular, at the front desk were most helpful and friendly. After staying on the street side, I chose an interior room for the second stay, believing it would be quieter, however the bins are loudly rattled about regularly at 4am! This could be done with mor... Read more

After staying at hotels in Barcelona and Valencia that did not meet our expectations we were thrilled with Suites Vienna! The hotel has a very sleek contemporary look. The room had enough space for 3 to move about and not feel cramped. However, the bathroom is a tad small. Should you wish not to venture out to a cafe for dinner the rooms have a stove top, mini refrigerator and sink for use. Maybe the hotel's greatest asset is their staff; they're friendly, attentive and most helpful. A special... Read more

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel in a very nice room at the 6th floor (junior suite with the terrace). It was very nice to seat on the terrace in the evening (and good for smokers). The hotel service, especially WiFi, worked very good. We didn't have a breakfast, so I cannot comment. The hotel location is excellent, very close to Metro station and Plaza Espana. We had a great stay at the Sercotel Suites Viena in Madrid. The hotel is very clean, quiet street for Europe, close to most of the sights as well as the subway. After travelling overseas all night we really appreciated that our room was ready early, although I know this cannot always be the case. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the kitchen area for making some of our meals which was handy. If I were to visit Madrid again I would definitely staff at this hotel.

My husband and I chose this hotel because we liked the location. It is close to the metro station which can take you to the train station. It is a few minute walk from Plaza de España and a few minutes to walk to Temple of Debod. From there you're very close to the main street Gran Vía which has everything from shops to restaurants. The service at the hotel was amazing and the staff was very nice. There was a bit of a mix up on booking through this site but but both the hotel and the site figu... Read more

I really don't have any complaints about this hotel. I was given a high floor room with a view of the courtyard and I was very satisfied with its large size and quiet environment. I did not perceive noise from the neighboring rooms, nor from outside, and everything was spotless. I like hotels that are not in the tourist downtown with all of its commercialism and noise, so this was a great choice for me. Breakfast is pretty good too.

This hotel is centrally located, but on a quiet street so you don't feel as if you are staying in the tourist centre. It is right near Plaza de España and walking distance to a lot of attractions (Madrid is a beautiful city so highly recommend walking over trains). Our room had a big balcony which was really nice for relaxing in the afternoons. Although we didn't use the kitchenette, it's functional and there is a grocery store nearby where you could buy everything you needed. The rooms are spa... Read more

Staff very friendly and happy to assist with any information that they can. Madrid is such a great city that getting around is very easy. Would definately stay here again.

We had a lovely 8 day stay here. The hotel is centrally located but in a nice quiet residential area, a short walk to the metro. The room was lovely and big with a very comfortable bed, good shower, air conditioning and the added bonus of a small kitchen. Nice cafe up the road for breakfast and 2 great cinemas and restaurants around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern and comfortable hotel, great location for the old town, and handy to the Metro when weary and footsore from just one too many museums, coupled with Madrid's soaring summer temps! Rooms were spacious and clean. Having a little kitchen means a home picnic is possible - nice change from eating out. We liked everything about this place.

This modern, clean, delightful hotel was a terrific place to stay in for a few days. At the end of long hot museum and art gallery explorations it was a treat to return to this hotel for a siesta prior to going out for dinner. A kitchen was an added bonus. The staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel is a short walk from the metro which made accessing Madrids wonderful galleries easy. Absolutely recommend it!

We recently visited Madrid, Spain and stayed at the Sercotel Suites Viena. We had 2 separate rooms that were joined by a private space in between. It was great having our own space and yet being close to enjoy the company of each other. Cristoph at the front desk was extremely helpful and assisted with getting us into one of the rooms early as we arrived extremely tired after our overnight flight from the US. I would highly recommend staying at this conveniently located hotel.

Without a doubt, this was our best deal in Spain. (I was actually a little worried that the room was so inexpensive it would not meet my expectations.) Our room was large, modern, quiet and clean. We had a huge balcony and the biggest bed I have seen in a hotel. The front staff spoke perfect English and were friendly and accommodating. It is within walking distance to the Old City and major attractions. You absolutely cannot go wrong in booking this hotel.
