This hotel is only 10 km from the airport, the taxi costs 20 EUR. The room was comfortable with 3 beds, daily cleaning and new towels. The staff is helpful, the breakfast - although every day the same - has wide assortment. The distance from the Alsacia metro station ( red line, number 2 ) is 300 steps. Next to the metro station there is a shopping mall with Carrefour supermarket, some shops and food court. The Metro trip to the center of Spain ( Plaza Puerta del Sol with the 0 kilometer stone ... The Silken Torre Garden is a very comfortable hotel, 2 minutes walk from Alsacia Metro station on the Red line. Travel. to Madrid centre takes about 20 minutes, the Metro is clean and punctual and very easy to navigate. The Silken Torre Garden is a very clean hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. The area is largely residential, so apart from La Rosas centre, there is little else in the area. My only criticism of the Hotel is that there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms but ... Stayed in this hotel twice during our visit to Spain (upon arrival and before departure) for a total of 10 nights and were very pleased. On the first night we arrived late and the bar prepared tapas for us so we could have dinned even after they had closed the kitchen. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is very good with jamon, toritilla, churros, pastries. The best part is 3 minutes walking to the subway and from there 10 stations to Plaza del Sol.

Came here for a short city break, great big rooms with comfy beds and very clean too. Unfortunately on the last morning we decided to have a breakfast at the hotel, which we thought was free or cheap at least, stale cereal, stale bread, frankfurter chopped up in a bain Marie, as was the uncooked bacon and the scrambled eggs you could play tennis with! Such a shame to what was a great stay, 2 breakfasts and 2 cups of coffee 50â?¬!!!!!!!

Hotel is a bit old..but clean and decently maintained.. Rooms are big. They also have covered car parking which is paid but the street next to hotel also has free parking. You can choose what you like. Somehow the AC was not working..or some other issues..but weather was nice..we just opened the window.. There is no room service. But staff at reception is helpful & friendly. They restaurant at the lobby is decent and they do help you with your untimely hunger needs!! Metro station is 2-4mins ... Read more

We've been here for 5 nights and it's great. 5 minutes from the Metro link into the city centre nd only â?¬2 it takes around 15 minutes then you're in easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The room is large and very comfortable clean linen every day, helpful staff. We used the city tour buses to get our bearings then went on our own via the Metro to places we wanted to revisit. Lots of places to eat and drink. The weekend is extremely busy. All in all an enjoyable city break

Excellent location next to metro. Nice cheap breakfast spot next door. Extremely reasonable prices for a capital city. Very helpful staff. Nice big rooms. Really couldn't fault it and exactly what I would recommend if you would like to visit the beautiful city of Madrid and keep your money for enjoying the many city sites. Would definitely use again if we were to return to Madrid.

If i come back to Madrid i will definitely stay at Silken Torre Garden. D
