The worst thing is those that manage the hotel. THEY ARE VERY RUDE, THEY DO NOT CARE THE HOSTES... The announce a free shuttle but when they just want they cancel that service dispite you may book the hotel just because it should provide the free shuttle. THE HOTEL IS IN A VERY BAD PLACE. UGLE STREETS, any shops, no transportation, and breakfast as good as in the worst hostel... PLEASE DO YOUSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS HOTEL

From outside looks very good but room comfort is below average not a value for money. Beds are not comfortable and also noise comes from outside. Toiletries are not of good standard. Front desk is friendly and fast. If improved can be good place to stay near airport.

Came here as a party of 2 couple,to celebrate my birthday. Lovely hotel with friendly reception staff. Loved that we could pick our own rooms from the iPad on arrival. Each floor has a different theme. Loved the 2 rooms we chose. Fantastic views across the North of the city. The rooftop bar on the Saturday night had awesome views and a great vibe. The lobby bar which we used initially after unpacking for a couple of celebration drinks was great, we were served by 2 ladies on the Saturday afterno... Read more

There is a plethora of Hotel options in and around Madrid. This one is nearby the IFEMA Convention Ctr. Walking Distance, not really but the hotel has drivers that can take you there fast, and I do mean fast..... I almost leave some of my breakfast within the van....... if you know what I mean. The rooms are clean, bedding is just right for a good night's sleep... bathrooms are also fine. let's say that this is a well run and maintained four star business hotel. Why wouldn't... Read more

$10 for hotel guests to park so we parked on the street... No one out front to help with luggage. Check in was at 2:30, almost 3 before we got the keys. Room was dirty, un-vacuumed ripped / worn carpet, dirty walls, TV barely larger than an iPad.. Overall pretty dated look. Bed was decent.. Overall, unless you need a cheap place near the airport to crash for a night, spend a few more bucks and stay somewhere better.

I stayed here for one night, in transit between flights. The room was modern and well equipped, although I have to admit that I did not have much time to enjoy it. They have an airport shuttle, which proved to be very convenient.

The hotel offers an airport Shuttle service that doesn't work for people flying before 7 am. Unfortunately they don't tell customers of this situation and portray the information in suttle way to mislead people. taxi transportation from the hotel to the airport cost as much as the cost of the room.

Had a very unpleasant stay here. First night: 1.None of the hotel front desk staff spoke English. 2. Room keys needed to be re-programmed twice after first usage. Hassle and already exhausted from the flight. Really did not need that. 3. Dinner was horrible. Wait staff was efficient but cold. 4. Room was clean. Second day: 1. Extremely rude breakfast staff. Took away bread baskets while I was still getting some. And she had to roll her eyes too. 2. Room keys had to be re-programmed again. W... Read more

I stayed at Silken Puerta de Madrid for 2 nights during my layover in Madrid. One of the reasons for booking the hotel was that it offered free shuttle service to the airport and my continuing flight was going to be at 8am. However, do keep in mind that the hotel doesn't offer the shuttle service 24/7. The hotel didn't have a shuttle as early as I needed to leave but luckily my flight was delayed and I managed to catch a later shuttle. In case you need to catch a taxi the fee is around 25-30 eur... It is a nice design hotel with different designs on each floor, great. The restaurants and bars are great, too. Gym and pool were very disappointing - the expectations were much higher. The hotel is next to Cartagena metro station, which is between center and airport. In both cases one must change trains - at least once.

I chose this hotel because I booked one day before my stay and it was the best price vs quality. Before my flight I booked my free transfer from Airport to the Hotel and it arrived on time. The Hotel is located more a less at the same distance between the Airport and the city center, near an office area. The room had a decent size and good amenities. The only negative thing was the window: It was cracked. The breakfast have also good products. The hotel had a free transfer from the Hotel to the ... Read more

I've stayed here for 3 nights on a business visit. It's my 3rd time here but haven't had the time to review it till now. This is a typical classic hotel: with average rooms, breakfast buffet and ordinary ambiance. I got that feeling of "I'm not sure if I hate it or love it" but it was pretty close to my office. The Internet connection is a nightmare. You have to open your browser and just type in the instructions the reception gave you each time you come into the hotel/room. Otherwise, I had ... Read more
