My experience in this hotel was great, the bedroom was very clean and the staff were very nice. They helped to me and to my boyfriend in everything even when I asked different things related to the city. Javier the receptionist was very friendly and he was willing to help us during our accommodation. If I come back to Spain for sure I will go to this hotel again!

This is a great hotel made exceptional by the friendliness and helpfulness of its staff. The location was perfect for us, being central to the main tourist attractions and only 50 paces from Gran Via, where there is a Metro station giving easy access to the whole of the city. The rooms are average size, but scrupulously clean. The bathroom is modern with a super shower. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant experience with a reasonable range of items. The best was the staff. The friendly... Read more

You couldn't ask for a better location to stay in Madrid. Located next to Plaza del Carmen just off Gran Via, Petit Palace Tres Cruces is less than a 5 minute walk to Puerta del Sol and all the shops. In 10 minutes you can walk to Plaza Mayor or Palacio Real. And in 15 minutes you can walk to the Prado and the Retiro Parque. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They offer bicycles to rent and city wide mobile wifi rental if needed. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to good restaurants and shops. Short walk in every direction to the most popular sights of Madrid. The hotel is located perfectly between Santiago Bernabeu and Vicente Calderon. The room was fresh and clean. Receptionists were nice and king. They also helped us with everything we needed.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night after returning from Malaga before catching our flight back to the States in Madrid. This hotel is highly underrated and wish we would have stayed here for our entire time during Madrid. It is right off of Gran Via the major street, on a quiet side street, so it is the perfect location! It is extremely clean and modern, in an older building so you have the touch of old Madrid with its original staircase. We got one of the cheapest rooms which had bunk b... Read more

This hotel in very central for your perfect Madrid holiday. Even better than the location is the staff, check in was the best I've ever experienced. The hotel offers a free walking tour which is fantastic , and free WiFi! While the rooms are smaller, they are well appointed and very comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel

I stayed here for a few nights in June as part of a girly weekend break. The location is excellent - Madrid as a whole is a very walkable city - 2 minutes from Gran Via, 5 minutes from Sol, 10-15 minutes from Plaza Mayor, with plenty of restaurants and shops within a close vicinity. We stayed in separate rooms, which was probably for the best as the double rooms (with proper double beds) are very small- maybe ok for couple with one suitcase or a solo but not if you've brought large quantities ... Really good location for museums and touristy stuff. Felt really safe in the area. Breakfast was good- didn't have it every day but worth it a couple of days. Air con was amazing! Bathroom was good and shower was lovely. Good selection of toiletries (no conditioner) and hairdryer provided (not that we needed it given the heat!). Very comfy bed. Lovely touches in lobby like fruit water and always ice cold water on tap. Mini bar in room reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful. Very well soun... Read more

This hotel was simply excellent. There would not be one negative point I could write about it. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was spotlessly clean. We had a small room which was compact but plenty big enough for us. There was air con in the room and a hydro shower. the breakfast was great. The hotel is a few minutes walk from everything in the center. There was a safe in the room which was operated by a credit card swipe but didn't charge you. Strong free wifi.

My boyfriend & I stayed here for a long weekend on 29th July to the 1st August & couldn't fault the hotel at all. The staff were extremely helpful as well as really friendly which is nice when you are in a different country & don't know your surroundings. They go out of their way for you - they gave us a map & informed us on what we could do as well as where we could go. The hotel is a few steps away from Gran Via and is generally in a perfect location. The rooms are basic but very clean, ... Read more

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location can't be beat for shopping, dining, easy public transportation around the city, and walking to tourist sites. The surrounding area is busy but the street was pretty quiet. My husband and daughter used the hotel's bikes to see the city one afternoon -- a nice way to explore and have adventures.

Very good treatment, better location (right in the center of Madrid), comfortable bed, children friendly. There is a grocery store just across the street, where you can buy water or whatever. They have a deal with the nearby parking lot, so it's 20% less. Even so, it's 25? a day. A little steep, but remember you're in the middle of the capital of Spain. As a curiosity, having the car inside the parking 11 hours or 24 hours, it costs the same! I would definitely repeat!

My daughter and I have just returned from a lovely holiday in this fabulous city and were absolutely delighted with our stay in this wonderful hotel. The central location is ideal if you want to explore Madrid by foot as it's a very compact city and it's lovely to wander around but there are also several nearby metro stations if needed. Our room was on the front of the hotel with French windows opening onto the street and was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The air con was truly am... Read more

This hotel is in an absolute fantastic location for exploring Madrid. Literally two minutes walk from Grand Via Metro station. It will cost you approx ?20 to get from the airport to the station, or even better spend ?30 for a taxi. We contacted the hotel to upgrade to a superior room with small balcony, had a friendly chat with a chap called Javier Who arranged this for us. I did jokingly say I wanted I helicopter pad, Jacuzzi and decent view and he said he would see what he could do. To... Read more

It had a very nice and welcoming reception with a very good location, in the middle of the city. Our family enjoyed very much the experience and if we are coming back to Madrid we definitely are going to stay at the same hotel. Another detail is about the stairs: the reason why we all loved it and used it very often was because of their vintage look that capt us. P.S.: The hotel had a great and punctual clean service. Besides that, it had also a good safe system to enter the rooms. We loved it!

This is a great little hotel in the center of Madrid literally less than a minute's walk from the Gran Via. I have mild neuromuscular disease and needed a handicap friendly hotel. My friends found this one. They had a free wheelchair for me to use as needed. The handicap room was great only the shower drain is not sloped and level with rest of bathroom, so slippery floor was a concern easily fixed with extra towels. Mirijam at the front desk was delightfully helpful both through email before we... Read more

This is a great location! Right on the shopping high street and in walking distance to all major tourist attractions. Rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are so helpful and gave great recommendations for food in the area. Garbo down the road was really nice. One thing I would say is request a room around the back there is a club down the road and it can get a little loud on a Friday night.

We only had 1 night in Madrid, and this hotel was perfect! The location is so close to Puerta del Sol, which connects you to everywhere else! The breakfast was ready really early, which allowed us to maximize our 1 day in the hotel. The front desk was also very helpful (Ms. Jimenez)! When we arrived, she provided us all the information -- we didn't have to ask any of our questions.

I have stayed at the petit palace chain before at another property. I will definately stay at this property again. Nice rooms bathroom with rainfall shower and forward jets in shower as well. Breakfast good. Located near the Puerta Del Sol area which is very touristy, you can book a tour from that area on the red double decker hop on hop off bus. Close to Cueca and nightlife and many restaurants. There a several bodegas (small markets) on the same street to buy snacks and water and drinks. If y... Read more
