We loved this hotel. It was clean, modern and spacious. It is in a fantastic location central to everything. Julio at reception was amazing and extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and informative. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again when we return. Great with kids!

This is our second time using the Petit Palace chain and I love it. This hotel is again very central to all you need to view in the city. You cannot fault the location, pretty much everything is actually within walking distance, (not really a need to use the metro, which is right next to hotel) and being opposite all the shops sold it! I'm bringing an empty case next time! Our room wasn't the biggest, and after too many tapas, we squished into our double bed, but it was comfortable, modern, clea... Read more

We stay at the PETIT PALACE TRES CRUCES in November and we celebrated a birthday to my girlfriend. Before arrival I spoke with Miriam from the desk and i ask for balloons in the room. When we arrived , waiting us in the room a bottle of champagne and many of BALOONS ON the bed. They did not want to charge us money for any of this. Thank you Miriam. Just returned from a lovely few days in Madrid and this little gem of a hotel. Situated just off gran via it is in a perfect place to be near everything you need right outside your door. There is alot around the area to keep you busy with bars, cafes, restaurants and so much more all easily reachable on the metro. The hotel is a perfect place to come back to and get some shut eye Would definitely return and will recommend to others

The hotel is in an excellent location just off the Gran Via which is one of the main roads in Madrid where you will find all the shops and some fabulous bars and restaurants. We had an internal facing room which was very quiet, the bed was enormous and although the room was a little small we didn't spend that much time in the room. The bathroom was very clean, as was all the hotel , with a powerful rainfall shower and forward jets in as well. There was a mini fridge and a safe deposit in the ro... Read more

clean room, lovely reception staff and in a good location. Negative was breakfast, everything you could want but staff, though very nice were a little slow to clear tables and renew stuff, also the configuration of the chairs and tables wasn't so great.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The best thing is the location. Very central and everything can be done by foot. That's about all that's positive. We never slept one night through. The rooms are not soundproof and a lot of drunken people will pass by the street every night until 6.A.M. making a hell of a noise. The doors to the room can not be closed unless you smash them, what will of course wake up your neighbors. The central entrance was closed all the time and you had to wait until someone ... Read more

Location- ultra central +10 Personal very nice +10 Clean +10 City bikes for free+++10 Breakfast food- large variety and delicious Prices are pretty expensive. Rooms are quite dark as the sun does not get into the rooms, but if you stay just for a few days, you won't spend too much time in the room during the day anyway. There are a lot of nice shops, museums, places to visit, nice restaurants and bars very close to the hotel.
