Very good stopover hotel and very friendly staff. Free wi fi and parking 10 minutes from the centre of Madrid. Metro 2 minutes away, ands decent bar near by. Rooms comfortable and clean, would highly recommend, great comfy bed but the showers are a bit dated.

My son and I stayed here for our 5 night stay in Madrid. I must say this was a very nice experience. Although we didn't speak the language every member of staff was very helpful specially the lovely girls in reception they helped us find our way around and plan the days. Michael in the breakfast team went out of his way to help us with our requests. We definitely will recommend the place to all who wish to have a good nights rest and friendly service. Not a posh place but very comfortable and ea... Read more

My family have been staying here for over 15 years, ever since I moved here 24 years ago. They are always warmly welcomed and looked after. The rooms are fine, clean and comfy, not the biggest rooms I've seen but adequate for a stay. The receptionists are just the best, they are very helpful and speak English well. My family will be back in June and September and can look forward to a nice place to stay.

As per my review last year and my promise to return this year, I did return and again was incredibly impressed with the service at this hotel. The staff are all excellent from the receptionists to the housekeeper, the cleaners and the maintenance staff. I cannot fault this hotel and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Madrid. Will be back again next year.

The hotel is a little bit outside of the centre but very near to the green line METRO Station (Ciudad Lineal) which brings you in about 20 minutes to the Centre of Madrid (Gran Via). With 4 Stars it's maybe a bit overrated and had its best time some years ago. But you can get a good breakfast for EUR 9.00 and free Wifi. I believe it's good value for money. But most important was the friendly staff at reception.

I like this hotel because it is away from the crowds, still conveniently close to a metro station, we could be in the city in 20 minutes. Staff was very friendly and the room sufficient. I will definitely consider returning there in my next visit to Madrid. Parking is a big plus for this one, although it is not guaranteed, it is free.

I rented a family room for one night in this hotel as we were only staying for a night in Madrid before flying back home. I was very impressed by the level of service we reserved. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a little far from downtown but the metro station is only steps away so very useful. There are a couple of restaurants near by also with great food.

For Madrid this Hotel is reasonable cheap. It clean and the personal is nice and helpfull. Breakfast is OK and the Subway is just around the corner. Would stay here again, if I need to be in Madrid again. But there is not much more to say about.

This is a very nice hotel located in a quiet residential area of Madrid. Very close to Metro. Safe, personal, but room was nicely appointed and clean. Metro stop is less than a block away. Away from the main tourist areas, but just minutes away by Metro. Wifi was fast and worked perfectly. Only comment (small one) is that the hotel soap bar was the smallest I have ever seen. Not matching the higher level of the rest of the hotel experience. To management: Please fix this - easy.

Came here with family of five because I wanted a single family room close enough to the city for sightseeing and the airport. Getting here from the airport is smooth enough (Bus 200 to Cannilejas metro then three stops to Cuindead Lineal). Rooms are a good size and there's a good breakfast staff at the reception were very helpful but the restaurant staff could be less gruff!! Would stay again.

This is a very pleasant hotel in a quiet area ofMadrid. Despite not being in the centre of the city, it hasthe subway nearby and Gran Via is two or three stations away. The receptionists were both wonderfuland very nice .

We stayed here on a holiday visit for two nights in August. We chose it based on price and the benefits of it including breakfast and being near the metro. They did not disappoint. We arrived on our check-in day very early, around 9 AM. The staff offered an early check-in for 15 euros but we opted to just leave our bags and go exploring instead. Pros: - Room was clean and comfortable. - The breakfast was very good. - Location ‚?? steps from the metro. Cons: - The mini-fridge is pre-packed wi... Read more

Petit Palace Arturo Soria is located 200 m from metro station Ciudad Lineal making it a very convenient location. The bus stand, super market are also walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are clean & spacious. Kettle is missing though. The staff is very friendly & eager to help. They also helped us with free printouts for tour tickets. The breakfast menu is good with variety of fruits, Breads, cheese, eggs & meat. Overall a very comfortable stay.

I wanted a value hotel and those in central Madrid tended to be dear. However this hotel is far enough out to be cheaper but still close to the Metro and so easy to get anywhere in the city very quickly. I cannot find any fault with it. Good breakfast, helpful staff who had reasonable English, good WiFi, handy for Metro, some good bars and hotels in walking distance.

Nice, quiet, cosy hotel. 3 minutes of walk to the subway (the tube travel to the downtown is about 15-20 minutes). Variety of cafes/restaurants around. Modest but nutritious and not expensive breakfast. Very friendly personnel. Pretty fast and reliable wi-fi.

A four star hotel? Maybe, just maybe 20 years ago. Even if you stand right in front of the hotel (in the evening), you would not notice it. There is a non burning hotel sign, the entrance runs down into a kind of cellar. Everything in the room is old and/or broken. Carpet first needs vacuum cleaning, and then replacement. Small TV, with only one English channel (Bloomberg Europe?). Friendly staff, but poor understanding of English. No bar, no restaurant. The lobby is OK, and breakfast in fine.
