The service, the food, the amenities are excellent. The location is not that good because you have to take a taxi or subway to get to the center of the city but because of that the location is very quiet so it is excelent to rest. Near the Benabeu so if you are planning going to a match you can walk to the stadium.

On the face of it, this hotel is really nice. The staff are friendly, it's clean, rooms are nice and modern and the breakfast was brilliant. There was one major flaw though, the rooms, or maybe just mine, are not sound proofed in the slightest. I stayed in room 651 and I was next to the lift, that thing kept me awake all night and morning - it wasn't fun. Either ask for any room that is miles away from the lift or go to the top!

Although rooms are a bit small, they are well equipped, with enough and conveniently located power outlets. There is a nice fitness room, open for guests all day long. The staff was nice and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. A very recommendable option!

The hotel provides guests with all the basic services. There is only one point why I am giving only 3 stars. I had to have breakfast in a different building. Considering that it was cold outside, it wasn't a pleasant walk.

This is a good hotel. The rooms are modern. The price is reasonable for what you get in Madrid What i dont like that much about the room is that the design is kind of basic, modern yes, but not special or chic. If I would return to this hotel?, may be if I cannot find better options around.

Nice room, good staff, clean, good amenities. Amazing breakfast buffet. Has a small bar area. Nice lobby for a small group to meet. Big meeting rooms downstairs. Offers many single or twin bed rooms. Quiet and located near a nice park.

My experience (as well my wife & kids)this time leaves a bitter taste in my mouth as the staff were so unfriendly and unhelpful. When clarity was required, they became very combative and standoffish an kind of made it clear that they were indifferent to my being at have hotel. Thesuite was far from comfy and my general view is never to return to the Zubarno hotel.

I choose this hotel because of the location and the reviews and it was a very good choice. Very good breakfast, very kindly stuff , good room and I liked a lot the bathroom. Quiet room, good space. To the bus/metro station it takes 3-5 minutes. We liked the possibility to get a quick, very early breakfast.

The rooms are quite small, but serves its purpose. Beds are great actually, I always sleep very well in them! Bathrooms are made for really short people (I'm 184 cm, not a giant) as the light in the mirror crosses over my face so that I cannot see anything but my body. Hard to style the hair in that condition. For my work the location is perfect and a lot of restaurants are nearby too choose from for your taste. Breakfast is great, a lot of choices, the only thing missing is perhaps some sort of... Read more
