I stayed here two nights as we ran a training class in one of their meeting rooms. The hotel is on a quiet street. There is a taxi rank in front of the hotel. If no taxis are there are many that can be flagged down. The stadium is just down the street. My room was very nice and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable! Breakfast was included and had a good selection. We had a meeting room for two days. Lunch was good and the staff were great. I had to have documents printed and they were very ac... Read more

I stayed here for just one night last week and the hotel is well located and equipped. However my room was very small but quiet and comfortable but at EUR 200 was expensive and this I think was due to a football match taking place on the night I stayed at Real Madrid which is very close by. I had a room at the rear and this was nice and quiet. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The hotel is located in 5min to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Friendly personnel, clean rooms. Parking is available or overnight possible on the street. The downside of this hotel (and unfortunately of many others in Madrid) is that the decorations and the hotel design is old and not really inviting. The hotel is clean, no doubt but prices up to 150â?¬/night should be a justified with a renovation all 10-15 years.

The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are very small... Also the photos seemed much better than they actually were. I've complain in the reception and the staff was helpful trying to change my room, but still very little areas.

Rooms are in excellent condition. Air conditioning works, bath and bed were clean. Everything was OK. Location is ok but isn't in the touristic zone. By walking you just get the Bernabeu Stadium, other landmarks you have to take buses or metro, which operate so good. I didn't eat there.

This was our best hotel experience on a recent tour of Spain with high school students from Missouri, USA. The hotel was clean and modern, the staff was excellent, and the breakfast buffet that was included in our room charge surpassed anything we found on the rest of our tour--it was amazing! Rooms in European hotels are generally smaller than those in the US, so if you are used to traveling in Europe, you'll find that these are the normal size. If you're not used to traveling in Europe then... Read more

Very well located: close to city centre but located in a calm residential area. Nice and prompt to assist staff. Meeting rooms are also very spaceous and with all the equipments needed. It is indeed a good value-for-money choise!

The NH Paseo Habana, is located a short bus or taxi ride from one of the world's great city centers. The hotel is located in a quiet business/residential area with access to many local restaurants. The hotel staff was vey helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed.

Hotel was good but parking is expensive and breakfast was expensive. Geared more a business traveler who can expense these costs. Bus stop right outside hotel takes you directly to old district, very convenient.

Spent 3 wonderful days in Madrid and stayed at the centrally located NH Habana Hotel. Room booked off the net was rather deceiving from the photos as it was very small and the bed was as wide as my 52 inch chest making most nights difficult to sleep. Proximity to the Real Madrid stadium and my business meeting was a major plus. The breakfast spread was above average with really fresh food on offer , simple staple food but good quality. All in all the hotel is good for a quick stay , if I was to ... Read more

Have stayed at this NH hotel starting about 10 years ago. The hotel has recently undergone some needed refurbishing with good results. Room was very clean and good value. Excellent service by friendly personnel. The Restaurant food was also good. Thanks

I use the NH chain every now and then, especially in Spain and in Brussels, as the NH hotels offer a certain level of quality and excellent value for the money, and I like them a lot. The same was true for the Paseo de la Habana hotel, with the exception of a mistake during check-in. After getting a room which had not been cleaned after the last guest, I got another room, and that was also not ready. This was probably an unfortunate mistake of the housekeeping management, and this can be excused... Read more

The rooms and furniture looks a bit old (although bathrooms are quite nice), but everything was perfectly clean and maintained daily. Staff was very attentive and friendly! Breakfast was quite good as well - great choice and all fresh. Location is perfect for a business commuter - a few minutes' walk from Colombia metro station, line 8 takes you directly to the airport.

I stayed two nights here in April 2016. There is a good-sized entrance hall, which leads on one side of the reception desk to the elevators and on the other to a small restaurant. Downstairs leads to the breakfast room and meeting rooms. We held a conference in one of the larger meeting rooms and it went well. Some excellent nibbles were provided for the mid-session break. Suitable audio equipment was also provided. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety and all nicely laid out.... Read more

I had a very nice, quiet and relaxing stay at NH Madrid Paseo de Habana as I unwind my last week in Madrid. The hotel is located in away from the business of Madrid, however close to Metro, bus lines and taxis. There are many nice and affordable restaurants and bistros. It is also close by the Santiago Bernabeu Statium. stayed for 1 week in this location to relax. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was really nice and the room service dishes where great! Highly reco... Read more

the room was too small. I had to push the bed up against the window to have some space to walk and get dressed in the morning. The TV took up the whole desk so there was no room to use my laptop to work. The bathroom door would not stay where you put it and instead went all the way back .The toilet was right behind this door so it hit your knees when using the toilet. The towels were so rough that it felt like sand paper on the skin.

We originally booked at the NH Eurobuilding. We have stayed there before and that property is top-notch. However, somehow the booking was incorrectly entered and the NH Eurobuilding was full. The staff located the NH Habana for us. The location was walkable and easy to find. However, the NH Habana would benefit from a makeover. The hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment. On a nice note, the staff was courteous and helpful with directions.

I stay at this hotel quite a lot when i am in Madrid as it has good connections for the metro from the airport. generally i am really happy, this time less so. The staff are friendly and efficient at the front desk and in the breakfast room and the services are good - they have a nice bar and restaurant. This time i had to open the window in my room when i arrived as it smelt very smoky -a s if someone had been smoking in there. One of the lampshades was also in a pretty sorry state on the be... Location wise hotel in in good location. But the hotel lacks its appeal. earlier also I stayed in multiple NH hotels but I think this is the worst. Cleanliness is a concern. Breakfast is very predictive. Staffs are good. Room temperature is not at all maintained. I was feeling hot inside the room when outside it was very cold. the regulator was not working.
