Great rooms - very spacious and very modern. Comfortable beds, nice size rain shower, fully-stocked minibar and kettle for coffee and tea. Our room had a terrace with a great view of the city and the Real Madrid Soccer Stadium. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the lobby bar hit the spot after a long day of touring! While a bit north of Madrid center, the Cuzco metro is a 5 minute walk away and the Colombia station is 10 minutes away making travel into downtown quite easy. My only compl... Read more

I have been going to this hotel regularly for approximately 3 years. I go approximately 2 times a month. A little over a year ago the entire hotel went through a complete renovation. WOW!!! what happened... ?? That WoW... was not for the good. It's true it might look a little better. However, now it appears as if you are in a loud disco club 24 hours a day. I wake up in the morning and go downstairs, and music in the lobby is BLARING!!! with all these disco lights going on and off. It was only ... Read more

Eurobuilding hotel was refurbished in 2014 and is now a very pleasant place to stay in Madrid. Close to the Bernabeu stadium it is in a more residential area and the rooms are quiet because of that. Couple of minutes walk to the nearest metro and plenty if shops and restaurants in the area. Rooms are very nice with blond wood and white furniture and feel very modern and relaxing. Bathrooms are very well appointed. Plenty of power outlets but no usb connections :-( Couple of negatives - ... Read more

Excellent overnight destination for a Champions League game. A little disorganised at check in, but once in the room, worth the wait. Nice view of Madrid and an excellent large bed with an equally large desk for work. Great fast Wifi and a nice split shower/toilet area. Good quality furnishing and very well maintained. Most importantly - a 10 min walk to the stadium and great restaurants all around the hotel. Will defiantly stay there again for any game at the Bernabau.

Stayed here whilst organising a conference at the same venue. Found the hotel to be modern, clean and comfortable with friendly staff who seemed happy to help. Slightly bemused by the 'techno' versions of Simon and Garfunkel's back catalogue on our arrival on Thursday evening. It would seem that the cocktail bar doubles up as some sort of nigh club effort on a Thursday. Other than that very nice, good breakfast and great G&T's.

Second time in this hotel. And NH did perform great again. I am not a big NH fan, but the Eurobuilding is a pleasant exception. It is a big hotel, with nice conference facilities. Spacious bed rooms, very modern. Free wifi, working well. The lunch served during the conference I attended, was of an interesting choice with local flavors. The quality of the food served was fantastic, which you don't see often during conferences. A few minor items: - Elevators can be busy, which can create long wa... Read more

OK, I‚??m not a marketing genius but any hotel calling itself a ‚??Eurobuilding‚?? sounds more like an office complex than this delightfully well-appointed hotel, centrally located (although not in the historical district) in Madrid. Apparently, the NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding (got that?) has gone through an extensive recent renovation and it feels that way. Everything works! Great shower stall that won my heart: push a button for the water to go on, push it again to turn it off. Set t... Read more

The hotel underwent a total refurbishment when a new company took it over and the results are superb: big and clear rooms with lovely modern decoration that involves the bathroom, big screen tv in room and free wifi. The lobby is worth the visit specially in the evening when locals and foreigners meet and there is love music occasionally. They serve an excellent buffet and breakfast though, to be honest it does not keep up with the one it used to be served by the former owners of the hotel. Anyw... Read more

If you're there for business, this is the place to go. I love this part of the city, close to the airport, clean and near very decent restaurants. The room was always ultra clean. The food at the restaurant is great, although they could do slightly better in terms of diversity of breakfast items. Some of the staff at the front desk were arrogant, so I recommend slightly more smiley faces.

My partner and I were underwhelmed by the service at this hotel. One of the chefs in the buffet restaurant angrily scolded my partner for accidentally placing the milk in the wrong position. Always reliable. Rooms very nicely appointed with loads of light and large windows. Very comfortable beds - although two pushed together so limited stretching out. Amazing gym available to guests for free. Limitation is that it only opens at 7am... Reception staff not so friendly and restaurant offering not great....

NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding is a great hotel that offers a product of quality all throughout the property. Rooms are comfortable, very helpful staff, a full health club and spa and great restaurants. I have to commend the entire staff at the breakfast buffet especially the Chef, Zayda, who prepares a wide variety of delicious and healthy items daily served with an energizing smile that sets the tone for your entire day. When in Madrid, NH Collection Eurobuilding is the perfect choice!

I stayed in this hotel because the event I was attending was in the hotel and I like to be close to the action, as it were. But this was not the hotel for me, and here's why - it might be right up your alley. * First, it is really busy all.the.time. Lots of conventions - I think it's an Accenture training site, and a lot of airline staff stay there. *The rooms are expensive (on my budget) and if you book through Expedia or one of the other consolidators, you probably won't get breakfast (whic... Things I did not like are very thin walls I could clearly hear neighbors and people in corridor. Room was clean but there were traces of oldness everywhere. Food was good. During a day roomier ice kept bothering me constantly. When I was able to agree they will come 30 min. later - they actually never came that day.

We have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, and it is great. Very modern, very clean, friendly staff, helpful and amazingly comfortable. We didn't want to leave this amazing Hotel! Food for breakfast was delicious, and we had dinner there on our last night and again very good food, with amazing staff. We have stayed on the 10th floor, room 1076, very spacious and with a view. It is just 20 mins away by bus from the City Centre, and there are various restaurants and shops nearby.

I was put on the first floor which is about four floors up in the hotel. I was on the street side and you hear the honks all nigh long! There was a convention that was having a loud party until the wee hours of the morning and our rooms were directly on top of this party. Not the best when you must work the next day!

This is the second time I've stayed at a Eurobuilding and boy, was this a contrast from the one in Caracas, Venezuela. This is a wonderful property, very modern, with helpful staff and there is a full service gym(with classess and trainers) as well as a spa/pool. The breakfast was awesome. The room was comfortable and spacious with a nice walk in shower. My only remiss is the lack of an iron/ironing board in the room. I called for one and it was delivered immediately. The pharmacy is across the... Read more

Breakfast is huge but a little expensive, I guess we all have to pay for the massive amounts that will get wasted every day. But there's pretty much anything you to eat. 20‚?¨ is still a lot for a couple of it's of a in and some eggs though, anyway you chose to look at it. The room was very very nice, well laid out and modern. BUT, the tiling in the bathroom was very old, like from thirty years ago. Very strange for such a well appointed room, very strange. The lifts have a mind of their own!!... Read more

Great Hotel rebuited with great service and a better managment leading a whole offer of restaurant and a special comment on Diverxo !! (what a nice and different experience). Eurobuilding Management made possible to have dinner in a short timeframe and made our stay a delicious long weekend. Special comment on room with a great Madrid View.

Stayed here for a Conference. The hotel coped very with 800 guests, though a few extra lifts would have been a bit more convenient and would have saved having to use the staff lift. Situated between the airport and the centre of the City, about two miles away, the rooms and lovely, very friendly staff, the breakfast was as good as any I have had anywhere in the world, and the restaurant meals were superb, even with that number of guests. I would be happy to stay here again

Had a 3 day stay for a conference. Excellent room with large bath. Downside is that shower control kept falling off wall so some maintenance was required. Only 3 main lifts with limited capacity and very slow at busy times. Food and service was excellent. Great choice of breakfast items. Can certainly recommend.
