We stayed here for 3 nights including King's Eve. An easy walk to the park, the museums and to see the lights. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and there is a nice kind of bistro bar on the ground floor with very reasonable prices.

This is a goos place for staying in Madrid. I have been before because of business trips, but this time we could come as a happy-holiday.couple, and we have also enjoyed it. Maybe a little expensive, but it's worth it

If available I would have rated this hotel as "Good". We stayed here for a 5 day break. Excellent location as near the main train station, Metro and the main sights are within walking distance (opposite the park / Botanical gardens). We were room only and took advantage of the many Café and Restaurants nearby to eat. There is a small Café in the lobby. Room was clean, comfortable and generally well appointed (shower in the bath) and faced towards the park. Safe and mini bar available. No Coffe... Read more

Only stayed for the night as we were in transit to Dubai. The hotel is very well located and situated inside a older building but very modern. Staff are intelligent and speak Spanish and English fluently. Walk outside and the beating heart of Madrid is on your doorstep.

The location of hotel is very convenient for both the Museo Nacional del Prado and Estación Atocha. The hotel room is in white tone, very clean and tidy. Overall, I feel very comfortable even staying there alone! I especially like the window where you could view El Paseo de Prado!

It is very well situated for Madrid's centre and for the Prado, parks and galleries and for Atocha station. The breakfast had the widest range of items we had ever seen! The staff were pleasant and some recent refurbishment had taken place. We had a room overlooking the Paseo de Prado which gave us a good view of the finishing stage of the Vuelta - national cycle race.. Two things took some working out the shower and the coffee machine at breakfast!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was not large but well appointed and tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfasts were fabulous with a wide range of delicious options and the tapas bar and little restaurant on the ground floor was superb. We had some of the best and most innovative tapas and great wines here. This hotel was so close to everything we wanted to see in Madrid; the galleries, parks, including the botanic... Read more

The hotel has a very good location for seeing the Prado Museum or if needing convenient access to Atocha Station. It has had a recent renovation to the lobby which is spacious and tasteful. The front desk staff is pleasant enough, however the level of English language skills is very very poor with many of them. I was in a Deluxe Room facing Paseo de Prado. The room was large enough and it was especially nice that the bathroom was in a separate area from the bedroom with a door closing off the be... Read more

A very good location, near the center, museums, Metro station and Atocha train station. The room are nice, even though small. The breakfast is also good with few options. This is the second time I stay in this hotel and I think I will go back there when in Madrid.
