The room was rather compact, but very nice with a good bed and a large bathroom. There was everything you need. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice of products. And from the hotel to Puerto del Sol maybe 1 minut walk. You cannot be more centrally located in Madrid.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a couple of nights in January. We found the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The hotel was located in a very central location, with plenty of restaurants and bars near by to keep up with our appetites. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay the best we could have! They upgraded our room when we asked for a nice room seeing as it was a special occasion for us, they also offer packages with rooms, we had a bottle of cava ... Read more

I know Madrid fairly well, so the location was pleasing and very central. I had booked for three nights Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On arrival we were given room 309 on the third floor at the front of the hotel in Calle Aduana. At around 1am we were woken by street noise, singing, bottles smashing, shouting and fighting. This went on until about 5:30 am. I rang down to reception to complain as the windows were tightly shut but didn't prevent street noise and I was offered ear plugs and assur... Read more

Perfect area, everything is located nearby. Close to culture and shopping streets. Good breakfast. Clean room. Big bed. Big bathroom. Great stuff that was very serviceminded. Feelt luxury. Had a nightclub as a neighbour. I had window to the street and heard a small noice from the club during saturday night. But the noice was not loud and I slept well

Spent three nights in this hotel this week and unfortunately did not get one good night's sleep. The street noise is incredible! The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are so helpful and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. But unfortunately the street outside, which looks deceptively quiet is far from quiet. With landings open to the lobby internal noise is also an issue. A few more positives though, free minibar, late check out was really helpful too. And it's a great location to expl... Read more

A very nice hotel in a very good central location. Within a couple of minutes walk of the Puerta Del Sol and the associated Metro and Renfe station there. Well equipped and clean room. Breakfast equally as good with a nice range of options. Would recommend

Excellent location, nice rooms , very friendly and gentle personnel . We booked a room without breakfast , so we don't have an opinion about the food . Outside the hotel I recommend without any doubt YAKITORO restaurant . It's close to the hotel

I spent 4 days there and I enjoyed it as it is a stone's away from the shopping area and Puerta de Sol. The staff was polite and helpful (ask them to book tables for you as staff in venues in the city don't speak English ). Breakfast is rich and plentiful. My room 209 and the bed was very spacious and confortable. There was some bearable noise on Saturday night from a nearby club so make sure you have the curtains drawn. Their rates are reasonable.

We stayed in this hotel celebrating my birthday. Most of the things we did where walking distance.....Gran via, the palace, the Christmas market as well as the food market are walking distance. The staff where great and cooperative with helping my daughters arranging a birthday surprise in the room. Rooms are clean and the bathroom is big and comfortable. There is some noise until late night from a nearby discotheque but not crucial.

Near Gran Via, Callao, shopping area, Sol, Major Square, restaurants and marquets, in a quiet street inside a very exciting and moving quarter. Downtown and old Madrid. Refurbished location, real 4* hotel, new installations, 4th floor beautiful own small terrace. Good breakfast and pretty rooms and common area.
