I find airport hotels to be bland affairs - outdated, stuffy, predictable and utterly forgettable. This is one of the exceptions! The hotel is quite larger than you'd expect from the outside - from the lobby to the multiple room banks to the convention space. This extends to the rooms, which are large and airy, even with small windows and no view. The staff was very accommodating - I made a reservation for the wrong day, and they still honored it. The executive lounge had the best lounge ... Read more

A lovely break before heading south to Andalucia. Close to Airport with free shuttle. Great rooms and decor is modern and clean. Very professional throughout. Cannot think of a better place for travelers. We will be back whenever we need to stay overnight in Madrid.

We have stayed at this hotel after a delayed flight and during the day. The overall experience was really pleasant. Rooms are spacious, well equipped. Food is ok. They provide free shuttle to the airport.

This hotel is focused on business for which it is perfect - but I wouldn't like to be there as a tourist in the middle of a major congress. The breakfast, lunches and breaks were top. The only downside was that the room was rather noisy.

We booked this hotel last minute for an overnight stay on a long layover in Madrid. It was easy to get to using the shuttle from the airport and check in was speedy. Our room was great, we had an Executive King which was very large and had all the amenities needed. In the evening we ordered pizzas from the room service menu which were very good and came quickly. The only negative is we needed to get the shuttle at 6am and when we said this at check in we were just informed to get there 10 mi... Read more

This is an expensive and modern hotel, yet the hotel restaurant Kalma is a disgrace. It's expensive fare, not typical hotel food. I ordered a ribeye steak that turned out to be 50% fat. I realize a steak in Madrid might be different from a steak in NYC, but when it says "steak," I assume that it will be MOSTLY meat. The other dishes were tasteless, including the desserts. Breakfast the next morning was ample, but again, the baked goods were tasteless.

I stayed here for a business conference. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to/from the main airport - I came in from Terminal 4 which took about 20 minutes. My room was clean & comfortable will all the facilities you would expect. The TV included a number of British channels - normally its just BBC or Sky News - so although I had little time to watch any TV having these channels was an added bonus. Breakfast was very good - a huge buffet to choose from - but that is all I can really commen... Read more
