This is luxurious hotel. Rooms are beautiful and very big. We had the presidential suite and it was outstanding. Location is very good .Lots of places to eat and steps away from the metro station. Their restaurant is a Michelin star and food is very good .It is a little expensive

I have stayed at the Hesperia Madrid 4 times in the last 6 months, and each time I have been really pleased with their service. The restaurants offer good quality food, the rooms are clean and well equipped, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located in a fantastic part of Madrid. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Prestigious luxury hotel. Beautiful breakfast buffet, very nice lobby. Hotel is not in city center , but located twenty meters from Metro station The only thing missing in the hotel is that it does not have swimming pool or spa

We read lots of positive comments about this hotel and chose to stay here. After staying at Hesperia, I can say we were very happy with our choice! The room was very clean and nicely arranged with enough space for 2 persons to keep 2 suitcases, and enough towels in the bathroom. At the reception when check-in, we were told that our room was at higher floor and faced the main street as requested, but did not understand very well other than thinking we were lucky until the last day of our stay. I will not recommend this hotel nor stay there ever again. What a disappointment! Shameful, disgraceful , and dreadful are some adjectives to describe my experience. I visited Madrid before at the same time of year and thoroughly enjoyed my stay which about nine years ago at a different location. What drew me to try this property was that it was part of the Preferred hotel group. Not a good choice for me after all.. I was given a room that should have been condemned in the first place, not fit f... Read more

The rooms are mediocre quality, due to outdated decor and furniture. Basic amenities like a complimentary water bottle is not provided. Towels are showing their age. Safe was broken down and wasn't fixed despite our several requests...and reception confirming that was fixed. Sound insulation was poor. Breakfast was fine. Cleaning service is ok. Concierge service very good.

I Just returned from a visit to Madrid with my family where we stayed at the Hesperia Madrid hotel. Our visit to this hotel was split due to the fact that we stayed at it our first night in Madrid and our last 2 nights before returning home. Upon arrival, we checked in and were directed to our room. It was a triple room that was too small for three people. Moreover it looked out over a courtyard which contained the roof of the hotel restaurant and a number of connected apartment buildings. Resid... Read more

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel on two different occasions during our trip in September and October 2016. The staff was wonderful, both at the reception desk and in the restaurants. The room was very comfortable and the hotel luxurious. The food in the hotel restaurants was very good but also very expensive. The location was a bit far from the old city and there were not many restaurants in close vicinity. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

I give the hotel a perfect score because the hotel personell were tremendous in going the extra distance to be friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spacious and nicely kept, but I would have appreciated it if there had been a weak night light of some kind near or in the bathroom to make it easy not to bump into furniture in the dark when getting up to use the bathroom at night.

Stayed here for one night on short notice. Front desk staff where very helpful. Room was very clean. However no free bottles of water in rooms. That seems a little odd for a 5 star hotel. Room's bathroom was quite large and had everything you needed. Over all a nice hotel. No issues.
