The Hotel is clean and centrally located in Pureta Del Sol within walking distance to lots of Restaurants, Nightclubs and Theatres But the Receptionists are more like Securities. The receptionists do not speak a word of English they are unhelpful they only guard the front door nothing else. The Manager of the Hotel even worst than them as He Refused to give me a cup of COFFEE before leaving to the airport at 4.30 AM. When I had paid In Advance for a full breakfast but it starts at 8.30am als... Read more

Room size was smaller that what it was advertised, bed was of a smaller size than a standard double one, got a severe back pain; pillows were thin and awful, the room was very warm and for ventilation, could not keep the balcony door open also because of the noisy night club La Cartuja just opposite to the hotel. We could sleep only after the nightclub closed at 6 AM!! Breakfast is very basic. Very slow wifi. Please avoid this hotel.

My friends and I, visited the hotel for 4 days. Our room was sunny, very clean, with nice view in the 5th floor. The matresses were very good, big bathroom--very clean also--... Many thanks to the blondy lady who is serving breakfast, she so lovely and makes you feel special I suggest this hotel to the future visitors, because it is in the center of Madrid only 2 minutes from Puerta de Sol and metro, it is all really clean, low budget. P.S. I read so many negatives reviews about breakfast. No... Read more

Stayed here recently with a group tour. The staff were excellent and very accommodating to our needs. Rooms are basic and clean with everything you need for a city break. Breakfast was basic but sufficient for a continental! The location of the hotel is excellent with just a short walk to some of the main areas of Madrid. There are lots of cafes and restaurants to suit all needs in the area.

They say that is a 3 star hotel. It is not even a 1 star hotel. The linen was blood stained. The room is just smelly and outdated. It is very noisy all night. The breakfast is horrible. The only good thing is the coffee machine in the breakfast area. The hotel is very central.

Location is very good, really center of the city. The hotel it self is the worst that I have been in. The breakfast is nothing to eat. coffee is good and thats it, no food at all. Rooms so small that you dont have to walk from bed to toualet, just jump from bed and you inside the toulet. Another bad thing is the noise, all windows are to the side of night club, that opens until 6:00 am... You cant sleep at all. The noise is not only the music and also people from this club go outside the club a... Read more
