Reception area looks nice with some old cars dotted around, but that's where it ends! Staff are Rude, curtains are half falling off their runners in the rooms. Lights are broken, half hanging off. Breakfast is a joke.. bread rolls are stale. Orange Juice tastes fowl. Only cooked item is scrambled eggs, which taste and look like they were made days ago. No food served until after 2000 in the evenings.

One of the worst experiences of my life. A 4-star hotel that has only the name! We stayed in this hotel one night to watch the Real Madrid game and was a total disappointment Starting at check in which was very time consuming, the hotel Away from it all. Room despite modern decor too small and poorly designed bathroom boxing left leaking all the bathwater in the room, what a disaster. But one of our biggest disappointments were the restaurant!.Unfortunetely we stayed on the same weekend that w... Read more

We have been there a few weeks ago. Our experience was excellent. We were very happy with the room. This was very nice; tidy and room. The service was amazing; they were look after us all the time. My recommendation is 10. We will came back there for our next holidays in Madrid

Had a very good price for our two suites, due to negotiating with the hotel, (slow time of year) rooms were fine, beds were way too hard for us, but some will love this fact! Modern, clean, huge breakfast buffet with everything included, espresso/coffee/chocolate/hot water machine, help yourself. Had a huge new bathroom with tub and walk in shower and private separate WC room with bidet too. TV with something like eight channels of TV for me in English.

Ok if you like classic cars this is a must .. It has a real Lamborghini in the restaurant and many other cars in the lobby etc Rooms are comfortable and offer free wifi Restaurant has many large screen TVs to watch Champions League football etc over a red wine Gym isn't the best but ok for short stay Pool only open from June I think If in Las Tablas Madrid it's a good price for what you get

I have stayed here 5 times in the last 2 months. The first few stays were ok. Rooms are clean enough. The towels need an update as they seem old for sure. The breakfast is good, plenty to eat and drink. The bar is a bit limited, I asked for a vodka and was given the choice of whiskey or run? This last trip in room 417, I found the room very smelly especially the bathroom and the WiFi is far to weak to use in this room, I had to sit in the lobby to do my work, which was not good. One bad trip o... Read more

We read a number of harsh reviews that seem not to apply to the Dome, where we are staying at the moment. Our room is very modern, clean, well-appointed. The bathroom is great. Wifi is fine, it's working well in our 7th floor room. Service is prompt, efficient, courteous. Dinner in the hotel cafe was just what we needed after a long day's travel. The Dome is in an area of modern apartments well north of the main City action, perhaps a kilometer from the Metro stop at Las Tablas. It depends... Read more
