Ok if you like classic cars this is a must .. It has a real Lamborghini in the restaurant and many other cars in the lobby etc Rooms are comfortable and offer free wifi Restaurant has many large screen TVs to watch Champions League football etc over a red wine Gym isn't the best but ok for short stay Pool only open from June I think If in Las Tablas Madrid it's a good price for what you get

I have stayed here 5 times in the last 2 months. The first few stays were ok. Rooms are clean enough. The towels need an update as they seem old for sure. The breakfast is good, plenty to eat and drink. The bar is a bit limited, I asked for a vodka and was given the choice of whiskey or run? This last trip in room 417, I found the room very smelly especially the bathroom and the WiFi is far to weak to use in this room, I had to sit in the lobby to do my work, which was not good. One bad trip o... Read more

We read a number of harsh reviews that seem not to apply to the Dome, where we are staying at the moment. Our room is very modern, clean, well-appointed. The bathroom is great. Wifi is fine, it's working well in our 7th floor room. Service is prompt, efficient, courteous. Dinner in the hotel cafe was just what we needed after a long day's travel. The Dome is in an area of modern apartments well north of the main City action, perhaps a kilometer from the Metro stop at Las Tablas. It depends... Read more

The room was very nice. We booked for 5 but first they gave us a room for 4 people. After an hour we got an extra room and it was ok. They can not speak a word English and the staff was not friendly. Not a goodmorning or a welcome.... Also the pool opens start June!!!! Very important to know if you book this hotel! Not nearby the city, you need to take the metro at 800 m away from the hotel to get to the city.

We arrived in march for a long weekend. We didn't stayed in hotel much as we wanted to go out as much as we could and explore Madrid. The hotel is lovely inside, clean and tidy.Reception wasn't very friendly. The hotel inside looks very posh! Drinks are cheap too! The only minus is in this hotel that to get to Sol takes an hour and it doesn't have any nice places to eat . It is a bit out of the way, we wouldn't come back only because the location isn't great.

Best Regards to Mr. David from reception :) his hintd were the best as guide in Madrid Very good breakfast with fresh orange juice, rooms nice but bathroom hat no doors - they are only doors to toilet. 10 Minutes to Metro station - good location.

Me and my partner came here for a long weekend break, got here no problem however as soon as we got here staff were rude to us and only cared about serving Spanish guests. We got to our room which smelt really badly of cigarettes! So we went down to tell them which they then laughed about. However on the plus side they did move us with no bother. Unfortunately the pictures you see on the internet is not what you get. The nice views you see are not there at all. Instead you are surrounded by 2 mu... Read more

this hotel is overall nothing special, although nothing really great about it either. the worst part is Internet connection. I swear it's the worst internet in the history of internet, it basically doesn't exist here. Even now it took me 20 min to load tripadvisor. if you're on a business trip and need stable internet connection - this is just not an option. they also have smth like a mini-swimming pool where water is ice cold and nobody really swims there. rooms are depressing.

We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel and the taxi driver struggled to find the hotel. He dropped us outside the holiday Inn and it was about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman called David if I remember rightly who was very helpful even though it was midnight. He explained where we could get a cold srink from and that there was a beautiful roof terrace that we could be taken to if we wanted to see the view during our stay. He is a r... Read more

I don't write that many reviews but finally got around to this one as i think it's important to share good or less than good experiences. This is just functional and nothing special. Same as earlier reviews, why have the glitz and glamour of expensive show cars but fail in terms of the basics? Breakfast was quite good the day I briefly tried it, but, I cannot comment on the dinner service (though colleagues warned me to avoid it all costs). The painted steep driveways are lethal in wet weathe... Read more

You can't access half the floors on the hotel meaning restaurants, gym ect... The restaurant not one person speaks any bit of English even though this is a business hotel with I'm sure people all over the world stop? No conditioner in rooms but shampoo ? No ice available at all in a country that reaches 38 degrees, old kitkatt and Pringles in room which we thought what someone had left but was there by hotel for people who stay middle aged man who seems to be the key keeper just walking around q... The hotel is nice, just in the outskirt of Madrid, need around an hour to go downtown but the Madrid metro is wonderful. Small restaurant with not much choice but good food and nice waiter. The hotel has an exposition of old car, Ferrari, Roll Royce,......

The hotel is basic and suitable for a base if you do not need or want to explore the centre of Madrid. I didn't experience the food in the hotel (walked to a couple of restaurants about 10 mins down the street) so I cannot comment, however if you do arrive late at the hotel don't expect the bar to be open. This closed at 11pm. The decor is a bit out there and the cars on the ground floor make this look slightly like an exhibition instead. In all the room was of a good size, well cleaned and was ... We stayed at this hotel since it was close to a wedding we attended and were recommended this hotel. But this hotel is very far from 4 stars! The lobby looks nice, the rooms are ok despite slightly dusty, dirty windows and very hard beds. The breakfast area was always left in a state and wasn't cleaned up. There is a terrace with a swimming pool. I emailed the hotel to find out whether it would be open in October and they emailed us back saying NO it would be closed. It was actually open when we... Just some breif points: - asked at the receoption for plastic fork cos I usually have breakfast in my room, and the administrator said that they couldn't do it. why? cos they weren't allowed, because if I wanted to ear I had to pay for breafasts and eat at their restaurants. - cleaning stuff is trying to get into your oom 15 times a day even if you put "do not disturb sign" (sometimes it does fall down, but it's cos it's made of toilet paper and doesn't stick to the door handle) - cleaning stuff...
