Great location, good area to be, close to everything you need. Hotel was good beds where a bit of shock japanese style very low to the ground. But was comfortable .Reception staff good bar staff very good very nice man behind bar. . Did not eat breakfast there but you can get a discount of 40% off but that is for the whole stay so if you leaving before breakfast you still get charged. the website needs updating saying currency exchange it does not do this now

The room was super clean, we facing La Gran Via, so at night was very noisy. We were close to everything, Puerta del Sol, plaza mayor, great restaurants and excellent area for shopping!!! The personell very friendly. I would stay again in this hotel, no doubt.

The hotel is very small and quite dated but the room was clean with a comfortable bed and good washroom. The old television did not work to well but I really didn't need it. Having said all that the price of the room was ve... Read more

If you are looking for a central location in Madrid you can not get any better than this. Yes the elevators are tiny but we never had to wait long for them. Also when going for breakfast just take the stairs ..its much quicker. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits, eggs, ham, pastries, fresh juice and gourmet coffee. The office area in the same lobby as the breakfast also comes in handy for buying tour tickets online in advance and printing them. Bring a water bottle and fill it up in the break... Read more

First, this is a "real" hotel, not some boutique pop-up created out of apartments. Nite: you must climb several stairs just to get to the front desk. Desk staff are NOT friendly or helpful, sour is a better description. Our room was nice with s street view. The breakfast room, staff and the food are great. Things are a bit slowed down by the fact that there's but one coffee machine, brewing one cup at a time. But we liked the coffee. Make sure you take a trip on what must be smallest moder... Read more
