Was really nice to be next to airport. Had business meetings there and it was nice for the locals to find. The restaurant has good food but is a little pricey. The room was quite nice with lots of contient plugs b for electronics and computers. The bed was nice and I slept well. I would stay again

Paid too much for a room in the executive floor for a room with two twin beds. Check attached pictures. A Joke! I was warmly welcomed as a Gold member of Hilton Honors, and was given an executive room with the tiniest and more expensive bed of my trip (And I went to Dubai). My Hotel in Alcobendas (outskirts of Madrid) was WAY better and not this expensive, my 5 star Hotel in Dubai was cheaper and, no comparison. The shower floor is VERY slippery, a danger. As the airhub to Latin America, a layover here is the perfect option. I stayed here on the way to and from Lat-Am. The room is real nice, fast internet and all amenities you could wish for. VERY nice bathroom. Windows that open. QUIET. Great gym. One of the best value for money hotels I have stayed at. Room service is GREAT, early 6am breakfast fabulous. Super convenient airport shuttle. Staff ultra friendly and expedient. Can't ask for more here.

So, full disclosure, I am a "Hilton guy". If I have a choice I generally stay at a Hilton property of some sort since I've been doing so for years and have status. This property, in my opinion, an above average experience based on the staff and the quality of the food and coffee. The room I was in was nice and had some nice amenities but it also needed a little refreshing, the wall paper was peeling in a few spots and there was a slight howl from the wind for a little while though that abated. Couldn't possibly complain about this property after taking advantage of Hiltons Bed + Breakfast promotion. The proximity to MAD, shuttle to an from, delicious food, friendly staff and overall ease and comfort made this experience excellent. A couple notes - be patient for shuttle upon arrival - it will arrive. Also, it seemed like most if not all staff spoke English in case you cannot converse in Spanish.

Great service by providing free shuttle to downtown daily and airport dropped off. Great buffet breakfast and great services. Friendly and helpful Front desk staff. Service is excellent except housekeeping services! Walked into the room on the first night, it was neat and tidy. Room is good size and comfortable. Stayed here when my flight was cancelled. Did not enjoy it very much. The hotel is what you expect from Hilton but the staff was pretty unfriendly. I did not feel like a welcome guest, rather it felt like I had to apologize for staying in their hotel - not a great feeling when you pay a pretty good price for it. The bathroom was weird, the room was ok, room service was good, internet was expensive, staff was unfriendly. Next time i'm staying somewhere else

We'd been vacationing in south of Spain, heading north and I yearned for the comforts of a big modern hotel. The Hilton satisfied my craving. As seems to be standard in Spain, and possibly Europe, rooms for four (2adult, 2 children) are not abundant like in the U.S. We had to get two rooms adjoining. They gave a 50% discount on 2nd room. Stayed for a night on business as it was handy for the airport. Had to enrol in HHonors to get free wifi which seemed absurd. Was upgraded to a 'penthouse' room on the 'executive floor'. Found the naming of floors as 'executive' bizarre, especially when linked with names like "vice presidential" and wondered if the aim is to appeal to insecure businessmen? The decor of the room was quite dark and masculine, with a glass bathroom, lots of dark green marble and a leather Eames style chair and gl... Read more

So the Madrid Airport Hilton is convenient and does provide a transportation shuttle and nice rooms however, beware of which room you get. I had room 303 which faced a dilapidated sketchy park. On any given night there are drunken degenerates that carry on all night long making sleep impossible. Evidently the hotel has no control or authority to do anything about it. Just be sure you don't get a room facing the park or there will be no end to the noise and music.

They have great food and amazing facilities. Staff are all very friendly and rooms are very comfortable and modern. I got to see Madrid by using the metro which was a 10 minute walk away. It is 10 minutes into the town which has a variety of shops. I would definitely go back to Madrid.

We stayed here because we're Hhonors members who wanted to use points for our stay in Madrid. It's close to the airport and they have a free shuttle from 0500-midnight. There also is a free daily shuttle to the city center that you can sign up for starting at 0700 for the shuttles that day. There is only a drop off, no pick up in the city. We used this both days to get into the center, which saves a good walk to the closest metro station. Service was excellent, which is the usual for a Hilt... Read more

Once loyal guests in this hotel, we decided to return after a 2-year gap. We had bad memories after a dramatic cost-cutting operation in lounge and breakfast 4 years ago. After a warm welcome and a Gold upgrade by Tarek, we enjoyed the executive room during all our stay. And we were pleased to see the improvement of the executive lounge service: spirits and Cava are back with sandwiches and hot bites. Scones and chocolate cakes are offered in the afternoon. I had an overnight stay at the Madrid Hilton as part of transiting for a return trip to Australia. This was my third stay at the property. Arriving at Madrid Barajas Terminal 2 at about 7pm from Prague, finding the pick-up point for the transfer bus was easy. I only had to wait about 5 or 10 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive. At the hotel I was checked-in by a very nice man. He gave me all of the advice I needed for my stay, including information about WiFi, lounge access, and WiFi. I... Read more

Hilton groups are just raising the bar above other hotel groups in its range, they are a bit costly, but every time I visit any Hilton...there is total satisfaction and wow factor. This hotel is exceptionally clean, quite and within 5 minutes from the Madrid airport, the building is great looking from outside, in the lift its just what anyone would like to see when away from home.....great looks and excellent setup!!

This is one of the best airport hotels I've stayed in. There is an airport bus with the Hilton logo which goes to all terminals. The hotel itself looks like nothing much from the outside but I loved the atrium design with rooms on 3 sides, the front mainly glass. The room was large and comfortable with bath and shower, good shower gel but not really enough conditioner for one let alone 2 people. TV excellent, easy to understand. The bar had a great selection of gins! The restaurant was small bu... Read more

The hotel was clean and quiet. We are a family of 5 and had to get 2 rooms that adjoined. The way they adjoin made us feel comfortable as parents. The bathrooms are quite large making it easy for several of us to be in there at once. Our only complaint was the food in the restaurant was average at best. We took the shuttle to the airport in the morning and had no issues with that.

Don't get roped into concierge floor. You won't like food and drinks offered. Even though the snack and dinner prices are overpriced, that would have been a better bargain than the "executive" floor with the free tomato and ham sandwiches with low quality wine and beer. The hotel is very modern and convenient shuttle back and forth to the airport. Breakfast was a huge bonus. They offered every kind of item you would normally order for breakfast, and also Asian items for those traveling from... Read more

Stopped for 1 night, used the free shuttle bus from airport to hotel. Hotel was very nice, as a diamond member I was given a very nice room. Staff friendly and efficient. I ordered room service and it was delivered in 15-20 mins which was excellent. Lots of choice for breakfast. I will definitely return on one if my next visits.

We stayed overnight at this lovely hotel in order to catch our early flight home. We caught the free hotel shuttle from the airport where we arrived by train from the south and took it back to the airport the next morning. The shuttle runs promptly every 20 minutes. This makes the location perfect for airport travel. The hotel is very modern with beautiful, spacious rooms. See attached photos. The hotel is not near anything so we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed it. The only shop ... Read more

Have stayed here many times before. Perhaps I'm over reacting, but this time I felt it was just not up to the previous experiences. Our room was at the end of a dark corridor, and although comfortable and clean, it was a strange shape and had no outlook. Rooms at the front are far brighter. The experience just did not add up, and down to silly things like 1 cake of soap for 4 bathroom fixtures and a lack of other items normally found in airport hotels just looked like a cutback. On check in, I ... Read more

When our flight home was unexpectedly delayed, we found ourselves scrambling at the last minute for a nearby airport hotel to accommodate an early morning flight the next day. As a Hilton Rewards member, I went on their website and was able to book the Madrid airport hotel using points (kudos to Hilton for making it so easy!!! This was a first time using Hilton points for me.) We then hopped on the free shuttle bus to the hotel where we were able to get early check-in. The hotel is very mode... Read more

If you are looking for a clean hotel that's convenient to the airport, this hotel is just fine. The shuttle works. The employees are friendly. But, it is ridiculous in so many other ways, that I just didn't like it. First, the decor is ridiculous. It is all chrome and glass with a bathroom that looks like a space ship pod. There's a mod glass sink, but if you run water into it, it splashes all over. You get one piece of soap so if you forget to move it from the sink to the shower, you're in trou... Read more

seriously... I do not write up airport hotels ever but just this once.. after a long flight needed a good bed to sleep in... for sure, bed was super... the room was excellent, modern, but we like modern... tips... restaurant is extremely good for an airport hotel... the beer on tap,, make sure you have the local beer as is outstanding.. best of all is the 'fact' that the staff really cares... could not get the wifi to work... a knock on the door with a new modem by the manager to mak... There are many things I liked about this hotel. The lady who checked me in I...(super unique name) answered all my questions and made an appointment with a barber. Overall, all staff members were categorically helpful. I had an upgraded room in the north tower which was much quieter and to my liking. Rooms were large and generally comfortable. It was pretty chilly in Spain during my stay and the rooms are more suited for summer weather (all of the glass makes them drafty I guess) What made ... Read more

This hotel is a very nice hotel to stay if you plan to stay close to airport. Excellent service and if you have status with Hilton, you'll enjoy complimentary breakfast that is a huge array of selection. This hotel is highly recommended to any business or personal/family visit to Madrid. Taxi cab from hotel to City is only ?25. There's complimentary hotel shuttle from Madrid Airport terminal 1, 2 & 4 to hotel and back.

Far away from downtown, bathroom was not clean enough, breakfast service was horrible nobody take care about you... you need to call them several time and ask for help.... coffee was not tasty... same thing for the breakfast tee ( perhaps because I am used to other quality ) I had a better stay in Hilton Amsterdam. Next time I will forward to book Marriott Madrid. I was thinking that perhaps I will get a better service than last time.

Well the room itself is a typical European Hilton, quirky bathroom set-up as expected. Reception was fast and simple for in and out, the odd thing is there is a space to hang clothes but the distance from the rail to the safe and shelves would only allow a person who is less than 1,100 mm or 3 1/2 feet to hang anything (see the photo) I would hate to think if there were 2 sharing this tiny hanging space

Good hotel at reason price but you will pay high prices for food, drink, breakfast with no option of a hotel store for less expensive goods. I had to walk around the block for reasonable food items/snacks. There are no other dining options around - you will pay high prices in hotel. Good for being close to airport.

Overall, nice hotel. Breakfast was a bit over-priced, but otherwise very clean, modern and convenient. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Pretty far from downtown, if you want to shop, etc., but it was a relatively short taxi ride to get to the museums, castles, etc.

This is not your usual AIrport Hotel as it is at the same time quiet , modern and comfortable. You will not hear jets landing or taking off. The rooms are large and comfortable, with large beds, TV, wifi and minibar. Breakfast in restaurant has anything you might want, including Spanish specialties like jamon, eggs, pastries, coffee, juice, fruit etc.Cannot name anything they did not offer. The hotel has an impressive gym and a pool. I have received a lot of attention and help from the reception... Read more
