I was at the hotel in December 2015 and had a pleasant stay. The staff were very nice and courteous. The rooms were clean as well. It is a very nice hotel close to the real madrid stadium. It also small shopping mall within walking distance.

Excellent location, near from Real Madrid stadium and also nearby from central Madrid!! At the main junction at Cuzco, just a hoping distance to Metro station so easy to reach any place!! Little bit of Issue with front desk which they should improve of becoming excellent!!!

Agree with the previous review in terms of form over function. Some many frustrating niggles!! The wifi is appalling, and why in this day and age do I need to ring the front desk for a long code to access the internet!! Once activated, the connection is borderline useless, which is doubly frustrating!! Aircon doesn't seem to be working, and the bed is both wobbly and very firm. And why o why do hotels like this not simply put an iron and ironing board in each and every room instead of making me ... Read more

One night business stay. Upgraded to superior room which was very comfortable and well decorated in modern style. The room service menu was reasonably priced and had gluten free items marked - the fish with vegetables was simple, deliciously fluffy and good. The breakfast buffet was fairly extensive and gluten free bread was on offer. Staff were efficient and friendly and there was a nice buzz about the place.

Very frustrating hotel: -This hotel is FAR from the center of town, so if you are a tourist, it is a poor choice. -They tell you that they speak English, but they don't and if they do, they would rather not and would rather see you struggle. -No concierge, when I went to the front desk and asked for ideas about sightseeing, they would not help me and played dumb. -Sheets and towels are poor quality. -Shower is in a bathtub (you have to climb in) and there is a glass panel to prevent water from s... Attended a business conference and we were hosted by the hotel. Quite far from the inner city and would not recommend for tourists, but overall an excellent hotel. Really nice breakfasts included. Not far from airport and within walking distance of Real Madrid's stadium and very nice bars and restaurants.

Very close to Chamartin train stations, which is important if you plan to take day trips outside of Madrid. The hotel's not expensive, and the location is reasonably close to most tourist locations by subway. Staff is nice, but the Wifi is a little dodgy sometimes.

The AC Cuzco is modern and efficient hotel, located a 10-minute metro ride from Old Town Madrid, and only two metro stops away from Chamartin train station (trains to Segovia, Salamanca, Bilbao - San Sebastian leave from Chamartin). I loved the clean, modern design, efficient bathroom and the views of Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Staff is nice and efficient. Beds are comfortable; Room soundproofing could be better; many Spaniards talk a lot, and most are loud... Hopefully you will not have no... Read more

Great hotel for business. Great service, many modulary rooms, great food. Is located far from the city centre, you are forced to take a cab, the nearest subway station is over a km away But for the football fans the hotel is located approximately 500 meters away from the famous Santiago Bernabeu... Average prices for the rooms, the food a bit pricey

Contemporary modern business hotel in the centre of Madrid. Very cool interior including the rooms. Quite and right next to the metro. The rooms are minimal but well fitted out with a really large shower. Nice view of part of the city. Great bar and coffee area on the grounds floor.

Attractive ground floor area: free access design offuce desks to work, trendy bar, cool design. Rooms are modern, well designed. Service in the rooms is just ok. Bed was done every morning but pillows not managed properly. Towels in the bathroom were ok but not really new. AND NO FREE INTERNET ACCESS IN THE ROOMS!!!!!! Because I booked via an external website (direct booking via Marriott + loyalty card give u free access). Breakfast: good during the weekdays BUT surprisingly on Saturday and S... Read more

Typical business hotel in a good location of Madrid. All the things you need for your business trip are there. Rooms are OK, plus for the fitness center and breakfast are OK. Good cleaning and laundry service. Easy acess by taxi in the morning to the airport, just a 15 min drive.

This hotel is amazing. The front desk was very accommodating. The air conditioner works wonderfully in the lobby. We had 3 suites on different floors and all were roomy and clean. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. The only thing that we are not use to is no ice machines. You have to purchase it through room service for 2 euros per ice bucket. Its right across the street from the Metro of which we used to get around its cheap and very easy.

Good location and nice staff. Room has adequate size and was clean though the couch looked like it saw better days. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was good. Only thing was the room temperature, it seemed I could not adjust it below 22°C which was hot for me during my sleep, therefore I slept with the window opened from the second night

This was a typical hotel. Good rooms, clean and quiet. The only sight that you're in walking distance to though is FC Madrid's stadium. We had some people that we're super happy about that. The hotel charges for room internet (seems a bit of a 2010 policy). If you're in Madrid to see the sights I would recommend find something closer to the historic area.

Picking an AC by Marriott location is like flipping a coin. You may get a small hotel with horribly small rooms, or you may get a proper one like this one. The location is good with many restaurants in the neighborhood, and the hotel itself offers great service, good amenities and large enough rooms. Oh and it's clean. Breakfast there is a good treat with plenty of offerings.

Check in was fast and easy. The room was spacious with a small writing desk and some great amenities. The Ac was either super weak or I didn't figure out how it worked. Internet was free in all Areas (including the room) and worked well. The location is good for business or the stadium but not for sightseeing. There is however public transport available nearby. There are grocery shops, restaurants and cafes all around. The restaurant in the hotel is okay but expensive, Id rather go out. ... Read more

Great hotel Nice and clean and very courteous staff. The food at the bar restaurant is nice. The rooms are big enough and the beds are comfortable and its very calm absolutely no noise. The breakfast though is not as great as one would expect, one would rather go and have breakfast somewhere near the hotel where you can have a much better breakfast for a fraction of the price (sorry Marriot but you could do much better in this one). Now the Gym OMG this is so ridiculous to be honest, the sur... Read more

Good location and in principle a good hotel. But only 2*'s because of the little things that will stick with me; the iron board was useless and the iron broken. The bed very noicy, the breakfast buffet-eggs were very (like in VERY) cold and the check-out took ages. And lastly, the WIFI was a farce... Normally I stay at the NH Collection 5 minutes around the corner and will do so next time for sure...

Upon arrival at 11:00am, we were told our room was available for check-in. After a long flight from the US, this was the best news ever! While this AC Hotel is not centrally located in the main touristy parts of Madrid, it is located right next to Cuzco Metro making for easy access to the city. Rooms are fine and up to Marriott standards. What makes this hotel special is the front desk staff. We were checked in by Daniel, who continued to guide us during our 3 night stay. Stayed here for 4 nights this past week. The hotel is located near the stadium where Real Madrid play and the area seems constantly busy. Check in was quick and efficient and my room was impeccably clean upon entering. The room is fairly sparse, but well laid out. Same as the bathroom. I found the shower head not very strong so water flow was a bit of an issue. Breakfast was OK, however selection quite limited. I also found the coffee machines a little difficult as they sometimes just poured o... Read more

Stayed here for a night whilst on business. Modern interior and bedroom was very nicely furnished with an incredibly comfortable bed. Slept very well although a colleague was disturbed by sirens during the night. Had to leave early for the airport so didn't get to sample the breakfast. Nevertheless would stay again.

Enjoyed a night's stay at the AC Hotel Cuzco. The hotel is quite modern / minimalist in design, Found the room to be a good size, well maintained with desk area and sofa. Even though it is in a built up area no significant noise from outside (although the views from the rooms in nothing spectacular !). Bed was very comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Free wifi and breakfast included in the rate, which was a nice touch. Full continental breakfast with lots of choice - most enjoyable. ... Read more
