Old restored manor house complex. Every detail exuded good taste and elegance buy not stuffy. Quiet ,secluded,serene.5 star breakfast. Room very comfortable. Staff friendly and could not have been more helpful. This may be Hilton's best property and we've stayed at a lot of them.

Beautiful, setting, very spread out, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff. For the price, I would expect more. Difficult time ordering room service, no menu and no one answered the phone. Had to call the front desk and they ordered for me. No TV station listings. Small portions at dinner, quite expensive but great service. Couldn't find much lobster in the lobster bisque but sea bass was good with a nice presentation. Lot's of steps son difficult if you are in a wheel chair or a walker.

This property was very good from start to finish. It goes without saying, you pay a certain premium to stay here, but the whole atmosphere was excellent. It is out of the way, and certainly not good if you enjoy walking to bars/restaurants, the food at the hotel was of a decent standard. Breakfast was also good. The room was bright, and had all the amenities you expect when you walk into any Hilton hotel, and I was upgraded as per my HHonors status. The hotel itself had 3 pools (1 indoors), ... Read more

I stayed at Sa Torre for a weekend in Abril 2016. The hotel was a perfect location as I wanted to drive around different parts of Mallorca and see various places. The hotel has a large site with beautiful gardens and open spaces. A great offer for active travellers. 2 outdoor pools, football pitch, tennis court, spa and cross country running track. This hotel was everything we were looking for and could have been so much better. It is a beautiful building with beautiful gardens. We had issues with the breakfast service, which was understaffed and with staff forgetting our order and waits of longer than 20 minutes. Some staff were however exceptional. Our television had sound distortions on English channels. We were locked out of our room on 3 occasions with the card key and it was a long walk to reception each time to try and get the s... Very picturesque Mallorcan hotel. Property is great and staff were helpful and good natured. Would have rated as "excellent" but for the noticeable absence of senior management support for staff. Consequently service at meal times, and in particular dinner, was variable and, at worst, chaotic. We still enjoyed our stay, however.

This hotel is in a wonderfully quiet location. The buildings and grounds are beautiful and there is an air of calm about the place. The amenities are excellent. Having a drink or a meal in the courtyard is a really memorable experience. A clever idea is that there are two pools - a family pool, and a 'relax' pool, for adults, which truly is relaxing!

Excellent hotel in a quiet area of Sa Torre. Enjoyed the food (bfast, lunch and dinner) very much. The staff are lovely and very helpful. In a low season advisable to hire a car as hotel is isolated and it gets very expensive to travel by taxi. Hired bicycles and explored the coast and surrounding area. We had a relaxing holiday.

Very different from usual Hilton style - full of character - lovely buildings. It almost seems as if a lot of staff are still in training. Having said that, we definitely recommend coming here if this isn??t a deal breaker to you. This is the sort of hotel where you would expect to see Sophia Loren with a coffee in the beautiful courtyard. It exudes class and sofistication. The hotel is not large by any means and even when full it has an elegant efficiency in its operations. It is housed in an ancient Spanish mansion with a more modern part to the rear. There is a family pool and an adults only pool nearby. Neither seemed to be heated but they didn't need to be. The large gardens were beautiful with the smell of unknown h... Read more

The room, grounds, pools and spa are amazing. With a vineyard down the road this place has everything going for it. I know it's not near the beach but there is a bus for when you want to visit the beach or Palma itself. The one thing that let it down was the menu, it was a little limited for vegetarians and for kids, so after a few days it became difficult to choose something interesting. Having said that, with a vineyard "Sa Rota" just down the road, the local wine selection was excellent.

We stayed with two young children. The hotel is well maintained and the entrance is impressive but the layout is poor with the terrace restaurant and some rooms overlooking the car park.
