Had a lovely visit here last June. Decent rooms, fab location and very helpful staff. Few things I would say is that the evening entertainment was poor and more Sun beds were needed but don't let that put you off we had an amazing stay here.

Visted lloret de Mar for the first time with my family for my grand daughter's birthday. Lovely hotel, not very busy at the time but clean and realaxing atmosphere. Staff pleasant, accommodating and goes the extra mile for residents to have a comfortable and enjoyable time. Great disco. The Spa was great. The only thing missing was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room.

We arrived late but a meal had been left out for us. We were three adults sharing and we did ask that all beds were adult which was assured. However one bed was a lot shorter than the others. Fortunately one of us was small so it was not too much of a problem. The beds were quite hard and the walls quite thin so we could hear people moving around. There was a wide variety of good food at all meals and the all inclusive was great value. Staff all seemed very friendly and helpf... Read more

We booked this hotel for a week away in sept this year just for me and my husband, on arrival we had to pay the tax that's now come in along with 20 euros for our all inclusive band?! Once checked in we went to our room 304 well what can I say it was definitely a standard double room like it was more a 3 star room than the 4 star hotel It was classed as. Staff were helpful and polite but a lot of the food was really catered for the French that were in the hotel that week. Food was ok but not the... Read more

good standard, very clean - what we paid - can't complain, thank you. Spa was excellent, worth the price. Staff were mixed. Rest - needs some leadership, staff a little all over the place..... Food, ok - fairly basic, ok selection. Not always hot! Would we go back, possibly!

We paid for a superior room for 2, on arrival we appear to have been upgraded as the room was more like a suite with a large terrace with sunloungers. The bathroom was very spacious with double sinks and a large walk in shower - room 604 was just perfect. The maids were great our room was spotless, our towels were changed everyday. We booked half board - there was plenty to choose from for breakfast, bread, pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, beans, sausages, cereal etc something for everyone. Dinn... Read more

First of before we arrived we were worried about recent bad review and wanted to change hotels but took a chance. I would advise you do change. To the reviews saying food was good. It was not unless you are happy with cheap slop. We were half board yet ate out for dinner each night it was so bad. Breakfast was just as bad but at least could get toast and beans or eggs etc if the toast machine was working or even out that day 5 times you need to put bread through for the lightest looking toast ... We stayed a week with my partner in sept. The room is just as bad as "monikagoldy" discribed it in her comment. Far from 4 stars. Small, smelly, dated, cleanliness is not up to our srandards. Read Monika's review on it. Do you like edible food like substances? You might just gonna love it. Horrible. Breakfast is okay, if you don't touch the artificial bacon, or the greyish, greenish frankfurters. Dinner is shocking. I tried it a couple of times during the week. Forget what you though about co... Returned on the 20th of september from a 10 night stay in this hotel, travelled with my husband and my elderly parents. First we could'nt check in till 2 o'clock so went over the road for something to eat, then when we checked in was taken to a family room consisting of two bedroom's one with two single bed's and one with a double bed and bathroom, which was a comunal bathroom for all 4 adult's, not appropriate for a 54 year old woman and her parent's. Do'nt know why they gave us this room as ou... Read more
