Liked the rooms and the poolside view, really clean, although beds a little uncomfortable. Not many bristish people at the hotel but a lot of French. The bar was reasonably priced as we were only bed and breakfast. Breakfast was pretty standard, have definitely had much worse. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything which did result in people complaining about their neighbours nearly every night. We used the spa facilities and it was absolutely gorgeous. For ?15 it's a must do while s... Read more

Where do we start with this Hotel. We were let down by our holiday company, the Hotel can not be blamed for that. But the miserable and argumentative staff here are shocking! They truly need a crash course in customer relations. Like others, we were dumped by a non english speaking driver in the middle of no where and had to find our own way to the hotel through the narrow back streets, often doubling back on ourselves and taking wrong turns until we eventually stumbled upon the hotel. Returned on Monday after staying here for my hen do, there were 9 of us including my mum. Allocated rooms next to each other which was lovely, though not a great view, then again who goes on holiday to sit in their room ?!?!? Hotel was clean and comforatable, food was better quality than many AI i've stayed in before and seemed to have something for everyone (at least in our group, and we did have a couple of fussy ones), No complaints from the bar drinks either (highly recommend the rose cava... Me and 3 of my friends stayed in this hotel the third week of May. We up-graded to superior rooms which are brilliant. We had complimentary robes, beach towels a massive balcony and bathroom, would highly recommend up-grading!!! These room where very quiet and couldn't hear anything from the road or pool side. I'm not sure why the staff are getting a hard time we all thought they where great especially the bar maid Paulo and bar men Antonio and Emilio. The staff in the restaurant were also grea... I usually try to look on the bright side but this hotel was just awful. I do not know how it has had such good reviews! . Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. On the last day I had left something in my room after checking out. I went back to the reception desk 2 minutes later to ask if I could go back to get it. The guy at the desk gave me a card to get back in the room, but as I walked up the stairs he ran after me being very aggressive saying he had changed his mind and I would have to wai... Read more

We went here at the end of April for 4 days. The hotel was clean and tidy, staff very friendly, rooms were very dated and could do with a bit of TLC. Loads of food and plenty of drink too but I wouldn't stay here for any longer than we did.

After the disappointing hike to the hotel which Thomson never made us aware off it was then money for city tax, safe and all inclusive band.. All inclusive clearly treated differently at the bar cheap brands and flat drinks. Food was poor ate out most days as couldn't stomach the repetitiveness.. Rooms and service could never be described as 4 star Would not recommend On a good note great weather??

We stayed for 4 nights here, all inclusive at an unbelievably cheap price. It was small, but compact and had everything we required and more. It was spotlessly clean, and quiet around the pool. we always had a sun lounger as reserving them wasn't allowed. Not sure what it might be like peek season though. Food was lovely, a smaller selection than what you usually got, but I found it to be fresh and was regurgitated from lunch to evening meal. Overall I really liked the place, downside I would s... My husband and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a trip to Spain. We booked through teletext holidays & the agent recommended this hotel. Upon arrival we were told our booking was not in the system. We were asked to wait in the bar area and was offered complimentary drinks while they looked into our reservation. As there seemed no booking for us we were given the only room available which was a twin room - not our preferred way to celebrate our anniversary. My husband spoke to ... Read more

We were booked in for 9 nights at the Fergus Style Plaza hotel from the 14th June. Unfortunately the night before our early morning flight we were informed our flight was cancelled because of the French air traffic control strike! Among other arrangements we had to alter-we had to ring the hotel and tell them that instead of arriving around noon on the Tuesday, we wouldn't in fact arrive until around 1am Thursday morning. The receptionist was very helpful, even saying that they wouldn't charge u... Read more

This is a slightly out of the way hotel but its worth it. A slight walk to the beach but worth the amble, lots to see on the way. The staff, especially the reception staff are absolutely brilliant. The food is hot, plentiful, with plenty of variety. The only downside is you definately need a pool view room to get a light room. The ones on the street side, with the streets being narrow, tend to be a bit dark and the fumes from the cars etc mean its not nice to sit on the balcony. Also it means yo... Read more

We have just returned from a week at the Fergus Style Plaza Paris and what a week it was! Upon arrival we were advised that we had been upgraded and we were really pleased. The hotel is in a great location, a pleasant little square with a spa linked to the hotel and easy walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. On day 4, we were offered a further room upgrade, to a room with a large terrace with sun loungers, super king size bed and an impressive bathroom! Such a wonderful surprise a... Read more

We have just come back from the plaza Paris. On arrival the hotel was appealing to the eye and appeared to be a modern hotel and clean. Lady on reception was really welcoming and very polite. On entering our room we was quite disappointed. From what we had seen in pictures it was quite misleading the room very basic and the bed not very comfortable but was clean so that's the main thing. When we went down to get a drink and have a look round to get our bearings this is when we encountered the n... Read more

I picked this hotel on it's positive reviews and also decided last minute to upgrade to half board on the basis of the positive comments regarding the food. Arrived at 2am, airport bus dropped us in the middle of nowhere, the hotel is very hard to find in the labyrinth of streets, 45 minutes later we found it so not a great start. Advise to get a map if arriving by bus as they don't drop you at the top of the hotel road. A request of a pool room was granted but was disappointed with the room,... Read more

I stayed here with my friend, we were in the superior room on the 6th floor which was lovely. It's very modern and spacious, we spoke to other guests who said the standard rooms were quite basic so I would definitely opt for this if you can! The hotel is lovely in general, it is in a built up area but you get the sun on the sun terrace at the top from around 9am until 4pm, the main pool does not get sun until around 11am but it does stay out longer down there. The hotel is a short walk to the be... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights All inclusive Before I left I read some quite bad reviews so I wasn't very optimistic .. I was pleasantly surprised .. The the rooms were basic but clean and quiet enough .. I think they all have small balconies . I didn't get a pool facing which would have been nicer but still good to get some sun. I am vegetarian so my options are always quite limited anyway .. But I wasn't unhappy with the selection .. It was decent .. The drinks are local but good. ... Read more

Staff were extremely rude, unhelpful & strange Food is TERRIBLE. Apart from breakfast In the complete wrong area. Was there on a hen do, and coming back from the strip of a night was frightening, lots of grounds of strange men hanging around. The spa was lovely though, and everything seemed very clean.

Just returned on the 23rd July after spending a week in this hotel, what a disappointment for a Thomson 4 star plus hotel. Our first room was on the first floor, above a noisy road and was heavy overlooked by other buildings making it very dark. My first reaction was I wanted to cry. As expected we got very little sleep due to noise inside and outside hotel. Beds were hard and we had to ask for the maid to clean floors as there was hair and dust etc. Our booking hadn't been received by hotel ... Read more

I stayed here for 3 nights with a group of 10 girls. The hotel staff were very accommodating even though we were delayed on arrival. All staff very polite and they even helped us call our transfer company for the return journey. Most spoke good English too. After reading the previous reviews we were apprehensive, but had no issues what so ever. If you are all inclusive the deposit for wrist bands was 10euros plus 3euro tax each & you get the 10 back. Breakfast was 7-11 too. Drinks at dinner are ... Read more

Debating between poor and average but just about managed average because of some things very good. Food was good, breakfasts from 7.30 until 11 I think and plenty there. Evening buffet good but price varied depending on who you asked, we were charged 3 different prices out of the 5 people in our group for the same meal! Room was convenient for pool area and not too noisy. Air con worked ok though was noisy at night. Beds were so uncomfortable and were 2 large singles pushed together. Kept fallin... Read more

I've just come back from here after visiting with my partner on an all inclusive basis. Firstly, I'd like to stress that we had a good time here. It was not however, the kind of hotel that either of us is used to visiting. It was more of a city break hotel, rather than a beach hotel. On arrival you are dropped off about five minutes walk away from the hotel. This is because the roads are too narrow to fit a bus down. The hotel is pretty easy to find, though not sure how easy that would be if tr... Read more
