Someone else selected this hotel for us. We didn't know what to expect so we were happy to see the good rating of this hotel before we arrived. Unfortunately, the reality does not match with the ratings. The rooms are large and clean with a very large bathroom but everything is very basic. Including the bed and sheets. The dining room and lounge/bar give the same basic impression. Everything looks more nice on the pictures than it is in reality. The only plus of this hotel is the roof. ... Read more

The hotel's location is perfect, there are several shops, restaurants, discos in the neighbourhood and the seaside is only for a 5 minutes walk. Rooms are clean, there is tv and safe in them. Our room had a balcony, double bed, bath and also a shower. The only negative thing was that walls are bit thin, so the noise from the corridor came in sometimes. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The hotel have a bar with open-aired terrace. Food was mid-range but every day the offer is wide. Good choise... Read more

I stayed in a room overlooking the square. Very clean with a shower and a bath and small balcony. There is a safe but you have to pay extra for it. A tv, hairdryer but no fridge. Free wi fi. We stayed on a bed only basis but for five euros there was a hot and cold buffet breakfast. There is a heated pool on the roof top with plenty of sun beds. The hotel is a five minute walk to the seafront and a two minute walk to the bus station.

We were placed in the worst room possible - the first floor and attached to a nightclub next door. Downstairs in the hotel lobby there was a karaoke until midnight, which was so loud we couldn't even hear the TV. After that finished, we had the music of the nightclub coming through the walls until 6am. Not to mention the drunk people running up and down the corridors all night long, knocking on doors and shouting. We are a couple in our 20s and have no problem with people partying, but I feel if... We stayed for 5 nights in the hotel expecting that we will enjoy the beach and the water but unfortunately the sand wasn't very comfortable and the water was very cold. The hotel is okay but I wouldn't give 4 stars since there was a safety box without a locker and we requested one for which we had to pay otherwise they do not take any responsibility for anything left outside the safe. The room had one extra bed which wasn't required as well as the shampoos and the shower gel were very small a... Read more

Pro's - food was good, and changed up each time. Lot's of variety. Con's - no parking, not even a place to pull up and unload. Could sit in the lobby until 1:00 am, but then closed down. Lot's of people partying all night. You need to request a room high up and away from the night clubs.

We spent there two days and since it is cheap is fine. There is nothing too fancy, but to be fair nothing too bad neither. You can walk to the beach, there is a pool... The only problem is that the check out is at 10 am! so be careful if you like to stay up until late or to sleep long hours the last day!

We stayed there for 10 nights (worst decision ever!) we got a room on the 4th floor facing the square which suppose to be the quiet side of the hotel but it wasn't as the bass from all the discos can be heard during the night. People were shouting at night, arguing in the corridor(some one even smashed the glass on the fire hose by the lifts) People were smoking weed in their rooms and I think the smoke got in the air conditioning as our room was reeking really bad! We had an breakfast option an... Read more

Location is great, very close to the bus station, cafes, shops and restaurants, all social events taking place in the city. Delicious and plenty of food. Special thanks to Dana, she speaks English, French, Russian and Spanish that makes communication very easy. The need to purchase new towels, there is also the need to make the balcony doors to be soundproof. The WiFi has been rather improved since our last visit (2 years ago), but still in our room (621) it was rather poor.

We, the family of four, stayed there for one week, 22nd - 29th of June. The hotel is well placed. Only 5min walk to the beach or to the best restaurants and shopping streets. Our room was on the 1st floor and was facing the back, not much to see but at least it was quiet during the night. The beds were good and comfortable and the room was clean. It was great having the pool and hot tubs on the roof. Breakfast was nice and always enough for everyone. They could do more for the bar. It´s really ... Read more

We stayed there 7 nights in our honeymoon, breakfast and dinner included. Wrong choice... we paid many money on a 2* hotel (altough it is a 4* one, I don't know why)... it is very noisy, the people scream effectively on the stairs, it is not phonic isolated, it is located next to the discos and in the night it is impossible to sleep. The people accepted there are of all kind, including rude ones, very uneducated. the staff don't know english and doesn't care of you, if you complain of something.... Read more

Best location, its a stine throw from nightlife! good food. Pool on roof relaxing. Friendly staff bar literally one man who works on reception. Doesnt speak any english and he basically screamed at all my friends checking in and was shooing them off as if to say leave the hotel when theyd done nothing wrong and just walked up to the desk to check in at night? No faults of the hotel or any other staff. Just one man was an issue I reccommend!

My wife and I spent weeks holiday here from 6th September 2016. The hotel is excellent, from the moment you book in you are treated professionally with the personal touches. The staff all around made our holiday a successful. The room were very spacious and cleaned daily, a great variety of food and evening entertainment. Thanks to all the staff there.

I stayed in this hotel for a week at the beginning of September 2016. The hotel was clean and tidy and a couple members of the staff team are friendly and approachable. The rooms are cleaned daily, although the bed linen was not changed for the entire week and I am not sure that the linen was clean at the start of our stay. The shared areas in the hotel are always clean and tidy. There is a steam room, sauna and two Jacuzzi??s on the top floor of the hotel and although the area is small... Read more
