Look if you want a hotel that is priced fairly so close to the train and bus station this is it. It's only a 15 minute walk to the the main centre. We were in room 301. I am not sure why they put us there because most of the floor was empty. Our room had the worst Internet I have experienced in a long time. So our room by the elevator really no big deal, having no Internet no big deal unless your in your pjamas standing by that elevator hoping for a WiFi signal. I don't think the Spanish get qu... October 12 is a public holiday in Spain, so with most hotels fully booked we ended up here. It is not a hotel I would recommend. If you are just looking for a roof over your head for one night it is bearable but that's about it. I can't really put my finger on what exactly is wrong, but the place is just so... depressing. We were glad to leave.

This hotel is very well located, very close to the train station and its price is quite affordable. However, rooms are basic. Clean, tidy and neat - but not too new. Despite that, I stayed one night and i thought it was a great deal for such price.

for the price this is a good place 5 minutes walk to the centre of everything.Reception staff were friendly .My room was at the back of the hotel It didn't have a view which didn't bother me It had a nice bed massive bath and everything was clean. It had secure underground parking for my motorbike and a Domino';s pitza outlet over the road to the left..The price was very good.I had just covered over 400 miles on my motorbike I loved the place. easy to find.I would stay again.I love to read other... Not worthy of 3 stars. Lobby impressive but room had limited facility- no minibar, no extra blanket, very small bathroom, very noisy corridor, could hear conversations in next room. Very budget experience for 90â?¬. Have stayed in much better 2* in north Spain .

If you are going to stay for more than one night you'd probably end up exhausted as the beds are not the best. Found someone else's tissue on the floor which made me think if the room was cleaned or not but other than that, good location and if you drive in, you can park the car near the train line on the side street for no cost! Staff were nice which always helps!

Leon is a beautiful city for an overnight in transit between trains. This hotel is perfect and is 5 minutes to station, yet only 10 minutes to old town. The cathedral is magnificent and I suggest dinner outside at the adjacent Italian Restaurant as the sun goes down for a beautiful evening

Only stayed a night here, and chose it just on the off-chance. The common areas are bright and modern, but upstairs the hotel is showing its age slightly. That said, our family room was clean and comfortable. What really let it down was the breakfast. Soggy, over-ripe bananas, awful coffee, weird juice and cheese which tasted of nothing. Do yourself a favour and have breakfast at one of the nearby cafes.

Oh dear! What can one write that is good? The receptionist was pleasant, but she was alone in dealing with a client. We waited 10 minutes to get our key. There was another member of staff behing a screen who appeared and disappeared! The hotel room was in need of refurbishment - light off the ceiling, sink partially blocked (yes, I reported it). Went for dinner at the appointed hour - 'sorry, not ready for you'; 20 minutes later we got what seemed to be tinned vegetable soup, folloed by a pie... Read more
