Just back from this hotel stayed in B block with our 10year old grandson. The swimming pool area was great and more than enough sunbeds didn't have to be up at dawn to get one.pool bar very nice to have a drink and snack. Most of the staff are pleasant.Hotel in quite a good area at the top of the strip As many of the reviews have said the rooms are shocking I upgraded to a one bed apt plus and paid extra, I never found the plus part yet fridge was rusty, balcony furniture was terrible and black mo... Stayed last week in May and had a great time staying here. Was very apprehensive after reading the reviews but couldn't fault much at all. We stayed in block A, our apartment was basic (decor needing an update) but it was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Only thing about the rooms would be at height of season the fan would not be enough to keep you cool. The pool and play areas for our 4year old were excellent, and staff couldn't b more helpful. Will definitely return.

The hotel was good, with good services and really good location for local amenities. The staff was all plesant and helpful. Only thing wrong was the god awful rock hard beds, I've got a bad back so the sleeping wasn't great. Only thing wrong in my opinion.

wont go into all details but is the worst place I ever stayed in Fuerteventura, reception unhelpful except for one man with glasses and grey hair, had to ask twice for sheets to be changed first room we got was a wreck walls full of holes and missing lots of essentials, checked in Thursday and it took until Monday to get room changed Noisey students over weekend but reception didnt want to know about noise wont be staying here again

I'll keep this really short and sweet. Pool area - great for kids, very safe and loads of sun beds Room - awful but clean although they never changed the sheets. Location - excellent 5 min walk to the centre of resort Resort - great loads of places to eat but not to many pubs. Nice and safe place excellent for the family

In our last night here of our weeks stay. Pool and grounds can't be faulted. There's a non official segregation between kids pools and the deeper pool where adults and couples spend their days which is nice. Pool bar is reasonably priced and food is nice to have dinner at. Rooms are what lets this place down. We stayed in A110 and furniture and rooms are dated and in need of major upgrading. Beds were rock hard and room had no air con and fan they give us just stopped it being unbearable. ?21 ... Read more

For the cheap holiday, we were very surprised with the lovely service we got. Staff always had smile on their face. Rooms were very clean, but what appreciate most was the entertainment for the kids. I didn't cost anything and there was always something going on, plus there is lovely pool with couple of slides. So I was pleased and my little boy was pleased as well.

Just got back from a 10 day holiday here. This is the ryan air of hotels. You get the basics but have to pay for everything else..ie. fans, TV, etc. WiFi, is 20 euros a week per phone or tablet. No discount for more than one so could end up costing quite a lot. Very basic rooms. Need updating. Did not think much of the buffet either. Good selection but rarely warm let alone hot. On the plus side the pools and location are great. The best food is from the poolside bar and restaurant. On th... Read more

We have just got back from a week holiday here with 2 children age 9 and 4, We will absolutely be back again before we came we were worried with peoples reviews but we had no problems. We had an upgraded room with free tv and wifi and for £70 extra i would recommend the upgrade its just generally a better equipped room. We had all the kitchen tools we could want microwave toaster fridge etc also hairdryers in the bathroom. We had a lovely balcony area, walk in shower and the maids came in every... Read more

ITS A BASIC HOTEL, Rooms are outdated but you get what you pay for, half board is ok plenty to choose from if my 4 year old ate there, then other people are just born complainers really!! because he is a FUSSY EATER. Pool area is absolutely fantastic and you have a gym, kids club and play area plus a park by the pool area and outside 2 min walk is a aqua park which is great. all in all paid £500 week half board value for money for what I paid thx Thomas cook. thanks to all the staff for there e... We were handed the keys to our apartment and told where it was. We found it to be round the back and behind another row of apartments hence no view and as it turns out the patio was never in the sun. The rooms were smelly, dark and very dated. All the wooden furniture had ring marks on them and should have been thrown in a skip years ago. The fridge was rusty on the outside and packed solid with ice inside. The motor made so much noise that it was hard to sleep. The TV was a little small portable... Read more

Visited for 12 nights booked a superior room but was very basic but clean, had free wi-fi but for one device. Large balcony that had the afternoon sun. Kids club was OK but quite, took our son one day but he was the only child so didn't stay. Good play area. Very dissapointed that the pool with slides was closed for 7 out of the 12 days for maintance! Most dissapointed at the Jet2 representative and reception there was no information regarding this and to how long it was closed for. Must say ... Read more

The hotel was great for a family of three, rooms spacious and had everything you need. Microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and small freezer compartment. Air conditioning in the the rooms would of been nice but the fan was very powerful and did the job. Pools are salt water but great sizes and slides. Supermarket inside hotel and one next to it. Great bar on site that show all the football, proper English pub, staff polite (Emmanuel) beer is approx ?3 same as wine orange ext. pizza place on sit... Read more

This is our last day today the apartments are very dated and basic but comfortable just what we needed as we didn't spend too much time in there anyway few minor things like boiler broke whilst we were here and a few insects but staff were very prompt and solved the issue quickly. Everything seems to be ?10 deposit like laundry, using the safe that's bolted to the wall in every apartment plus 2 euros a day to use it. The WiFi is only free between 8-12 otherwise you need to pay for it if you wa... Read more

Stayed for 7 days in july with family which included 2 children 7 years and 11 years, The room had no air con each room was given a fan, it was so hot day and evening had to keep window open, and all the insects came in to bite each night not very nice. The life guard was a joke, we had 3 pools and one lifeguard if you can call him that he stayed over by the pool bar with his back to the pools, talking and not doing his job, he could not watch all 3 pools and was not intrested in his job lucky n... We had a lovely 10 night stay. The apartments are fine it's 3 star don't book 3 star and expect 5 star. They do not have air con but we knew that when we booked the fan was fine for us. Rooms cleaned regular. Towel change etc. Which is great when your self catering. The pools are fantastic never over crowded. Always plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar was great. The food was lovely. The happy hours are good too. All the staff are very friendly. Our 3 grandchildren loved the kids club and the mini di... Read more

Just arrived home from the oasis duna the rooms are dated like others have said but to be fair we didn't spend much time in there. The pools were fabulous, the entertainment team were great for all ages we had children aged 3, 10 & 13 & they catered for all or yeah including the husband. The location was good for families just a short stroll from the hustle & bustle. Plenty to do at the hotel & surrounding area. The only downfall we had was the maid service.. they only cleaned the room once in 7... Read more

excellent for families with younger kids plenty going on for them, only drawback is the salt-water pools although very clean and safe ,plenty sunbeds, some of which really need replacing asap, can tend to be a bit noisy late at night, mostly from surrounding hotels.

Just as my old school reports used to say "could do better" The place is well situated, the rooms are of a decent size and kept clean BUT they're well past their best, furniture tatty and uncomfortable as was the bed, not a space you would chill in which is a shame as the complex itself isn't to bad, lots of kids entertainment it looked like 3 good pools and plenty of loungers. food passable at best but finding a table often an issue... It was fairly cheap and Fuerteventura itself is amazingly b... Read more

We visited here from 6th July for a week, first impression was it was very clean, and well kept. Although room was basic it did its job, could do with updating and a lick of paint but hey we only showered and slept in it. The staff were superb always happy to help if needed, the pool was busy and had two happy hours during the day where the local lager and sangria was the order of the day. The food at the pool bar seemed to sell well and was indeed surprisingly good as we found out on our las... Read more

Stayed here for two weeks in August. The first room we were given was awful, it was on the ground floor and next to a road. It was dark, dingy, and smelt damp, we felt like we were in a cave. We asked at reception to be moved, it took a few days and lots of going back to reception for this to happen but eventually we were moved to a higher level room at the opposite side of the hotel which was much better and actually got some sunshine! The hotel is clean and tidy and the pool area is great, lo... Read more

Overall the place seems very clean and tidy, the pools were great and very clean. My only complaint was the two bedroom apartment! It was awful, very dated, quite scruffy, names engraved into the tables etc...curtains that don't fit the Windows...if I was led on my bed the people going upstairs could see me as the curtains weren't flush to the walls! Thank good for sticky tape..No storage space, no coat hangers, only 1 mirror (may be trivial to some, but 3 ladies sharing the apartment it was a n... Read more
