Stayed last week in May and had a great time staying here. Was very apprehensive after reading the reviews but couldn't fault much at all. We stayed in block A, our apartment was basic (decor needing an update) but it was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Only thing about the rooms would be at height of season the fan would not be enough to keep you cool. The pool and play areas for our 4year old were excellent, and staff couldn't b more helpful. Will definitely return.

In our last night here of our weeks stay. Pool and grounds can't be faulted. There's a non official segregation between kids pools and the deeper pool where adults and couples spend their days which is nice. Pool bar is reasonably priced and food is nice to have dinner at. Rooms are what lets this place down. We stayed in A110 and furniture and rooms are dated and in need of major upgrading. Beds were rock hard and room had no air con and fan they give us just stopped it being unbearable. ?21 ... Read more

For the cheap holiday, we were very surprised with the lovely service we got. Staff always had smile on their face. Rooms were very clean, but what appreciate most was the entertainment for the kids. I didn't cost anything and there was always something going on, plus there is lovely pool with couple of slides. So I was pleased and my little boy was pleased as well.

Just got back from a 10 day holiday here. This is the ryan air of hotels. You get the basics but have to pay for everything else..ie. fans, TV, etc. WiFi, is 20 euros a week per phone or tablet. No discount for more than one so could end up costing quite a lot. Very basic rooms. Need updating. Did not think much of the buffet either. Good selection but rarely warm let alone hot. On the plus side the pools and location are great. The best food is from the poolside bar and restaurant. On th... Read more

We were handed the keys to our apartment and told where it was. We found it to be round the back and behind another row of apartments hence no view and as it turns out the patio was never in the sun. The rooms were smelly, dark and very dated. All the wooden furniture had ring marks on them and should have been thrown in a skip years ago. Any tips about bringing nappies/formula. Does the supermarket nearby stock all this? Thanks (also, are you able to buy inflatables for the pool there). - sorry for questions, I don't go on holidays ??

We booked privately through Holiday Lettings for a one bedroom apartment and not via the hotel or a travel company. In this way we were able to see the exact position of the apartment we would be staying in, which was very conveniently situated in Block A, frontline, near the pools, pool bar, restaurant, etc. This process was relatively trouble free and the owner of the apartment was very quick to confirm our booking and make contact with us. We stayed for 10 nights with our 2 children. The pools, bars, pizzeria, and entertainment were perfect. The kids loved the slides into the pools, and the heated pool was lovely to dive into after coming out of the colder ones! Location was excellent 5 minute walk to main street where there are plenty bars and restaurants, all very welcoming towards children. It is only 5 minute walk to the water park also. The one downside was that we paid extra for premier 2 bed apartment no 527, and frank... Read more

Booked 2 room apartment for first 2 weeks in Nov, due to the reviews the hotel was getting we were concerned before we left, however we spoke to our travel agents who spoke to the hotel and we were happy to proceed. Then we arrived, what you read on here, you shouldn't take to heart, its worse then you can imagine. the rooms are clean in appearance but the walls, baths, showers, patio furniture etc are terrible. The furniture whilst adequate is past its best. Cigarette butts by the hundreds in t... Read more

The Oasis Duna is great for kids, so we returned again this year, with grandchildren and their parents despite some room problems in 2015. Having received a £200 goodwill refund from Thomas Cook, we splashed this on "upgraded" rooms this time and they were a considerable improvement, with refurbished showers and repainted walls and (in one) repainted furniture. The kitchen light and the outside light didn't work in our apartment and despite being reported immediately, remained out of action fo... Read more

We spend 8 days in hotel. The pool area is great for kids, because one of the pool is warmer then others...Play area was there too, next to the pools. There was some workers, who play with kids and every night was minidisco. We had cockroaches in our rooms, and spider and one unknown pug too :D. Our rooms are so wet, nothing never dried up. My towel is 7 days wet and its moldy now. Personal was super! Food was super and diverse! If you need somethingt, just go hotel reception and ask. We asked ... Read more

I visited the Oasis Duna as a guest. The whole site appeared run down and shabby. A notice in our bathroom stated that towels are changed twice a week and sheets once a week. Our towels were changed on Friday afternoon as we were to leave on Saturday morning, the sheets were not changed. The terrace furniture was broken. The food was poor and lacking in variety. The sun beds needed great care in setting up. Overall a disappointing experience.

Oasis Duma is a typical holiday apartment complex at reasonable prices. It is clean, well serviced, has plenty of sun loungers, a shop on site, poolside bar, kids clubs and a night time bar. The best feature about Oasis Dana is it's location. Situated at the top end of the strip it provides easy walking access to everywhere good about Corralejo. And after enjoying all there is to offer if you are feeling lazy a taxi ride home will cost about 2 Euro. Best brekkie in walking distance: Retro bar, ... Read more

I stayed there with my gf 7 days in November. The place is beautiful, the apartment is very nice with balcony and pretty clean. Swimming pool is nice with heated water and sunbeds provided. Wi-fi is expensive as hell - forty euro for 7 days per device??? No thanks. Lack of English knowledge, rude staff are bad things about this beautiful place. It`s a pity...

Just back from 7 nights at the Oasis Dunas. Having been for a short break in Oct 15 and family 14 night holiday in Aug 16 it did not disappoint. The room was spotless with maid service daily. Bed was very comfortable (I think they were new mattresses as they were not as good previously). There is as much or as little going on at and around the hotel to suit individual taste. Will be booking to return again to celebrate a landmark birthday with my hubby and 3 boys in Feb 17.

The hotel is clean to a good standard however the whole complex could do with a bit of a makeover and a lick of paint! Our room had been badly re plastered. All swimming pools were pleasant and there was plenty of sun beds to choose from. The staff are a bit hit and miss, the majority of the bar staff & waiters/waitresses are friendly and accommodating and the animation team (Vitor and a lady whose name I can't remember) are great. However the reception staff could do with learning a thing or t... Read more

Hotel quite dated, was old fashioned in design, reception area gloomy. Once outside very spacious and very attractive with lots of vegetation and flowers. We stayed self-catering, accommodation was basic but comfortable, just about enough equipment to make a snack, very clean and well attended by the maid. Didn't bother with wi fi, too expensive, why should it cost so much? Only had one meal, the pizza bar, not impressed. Would have used the pool bar more but for the incessant "music" noise... Just back from weeks holiday with partner and toddler and had a great time. Rooms were clean, lovely pools, plenty to keep my son entertained (playground, kiddies pool & a heated pool) great location, friendly staff. Wouldn't hesitate to go back. Only complaint would be the food in the pizzeria was inedible the one night we went, and we're not fussy eaters. Everything else was great! As the others have said, you get what you pay for. Would be happy to recommend to a friend!
