We stayed 2 nights while visiting the sites of Granada. The hotel location is away from the touristic sites and restaurants, so we had to taxi in to town as it seemed too far to walk. Rooms were nice, upscale, with refrig in room. Spa treatment for 2 was included - nice touch. The bar staff were delightful guys and very helpful. My biggest complaint was SLOW internet. Remember dail-up modems? Think that slow!

Nice intimate hotel with a friendly staff. Not quite 4star but nice anyway. If you are there for the convention center, this hotel is practically connected. Rooms from the front look onto a large park with exercise machines and a view of the Convention Center. Try for a high room, but definitely a front view. Rooms are a good size. Refridgerator in room. Didn't try their restaurant and don't think anyone does. Not far from restaurants and center of city. Easy to get around and taxis everywhere i... Read more

The hotel was clean well equipped and perfectly located with underground parking. The staff were very helpful and we had a wonderful 2 days. Only problem was the SPA for guests was limited to 10- 11.30am and as we had booked as is it had a pool this was very disappointing as we had other plans at those times we could not change. I would encourage the hotel to be a little more flexible.

Economy rooms are small but decent. Good bathrooms. Decent condition throughout. Just a few minutes' walk from the town centre. Walls paper thin. We could hear coughing and noises from our neighbours. The concept of an inner-facing atrium is nice, but the sounds resonating throughout the inside make it impractical.

The hotel staff were friendly and our room clean and comfortable but the AC was not very efficient. A down side is that there is no hotel restaurant, although you can get some snacks in the pleasant bar. Although it has a spa, we were asked to pay 8 Euros for a swim which is excessive when you are a hotel guest. Just about everything you would require, shops, restaurant, attractions are quite a walk or taxi ride away. They did provide an excellent breakfast buffet. WiFi was limited and slo... Read more

Very friendly staff and well located to the center of everything that you need to see in the area. The soa in the hotel is awesome. Lots of different pools. All in all worth the trip just alone staying in this hotel.

The hotel reception staff and the waiter in the restaurant, as well as the Chef who cooked breakfast, could not have been nicer or more obliging. Our room was a reasonable size and comfortable though we had to ask for a blanket. It was VERY hot. To sleep without the air conditioning would have been uncomfortable but it did become cooler in the early hours of the morning . We asked for a blanket and extra pillows and these were supplied immediately. However, in the other hotels in which w... Read more

Very poor hotel. In the city center but far from all touristic areas. 16â?¬ to park in the hotel. The rooms are very old fashioned. You must pay for the SPA and aquatic activities, you must pay for the towels. Beds not comfortable. Bad experience I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is well located and no need to pay 16 parking as found parking on the street easily .hotel is nice but really no better than a premier inn .beds not very comfy but modern and clean . Didn't eat there as plenty of lovely tapas bars nearby and yesterday's pizzeria which was great !ideal for a city break .

Had to upgrade to a larger room... For 10 euros per night. The economy room was like a shoebox. Very limited spa times without extra charge...not convenient to attractions... Would not recommend this hotel. The staff was nice, breakfast buffet was good but ridiculous amount of money 12.50 euros
