This hotel is very centrally located and easy to get to on the S1 bus line from the bus station. It is within minutes of shops and restaurants. Walking to the Alhambra takes 30 minutes. The downside is that because it is centrally located it was a bit noisy. We didn't need to have the window open because we had AC but we were awoken a few times with outside noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were available, g... Read more

Great location in the heart of Granada and easy access to most everywhere in Granada including tours to la Alhambra. Excellent service and they speak english. The breakfast buffet is a little expensive for Spain standards. Suggest you eat elsewhere.

The Granada Victoria does well in all the things you really care about. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The location provides easy access to whatever you have come to Granada to see, including both Alhambra and the Cathedral of Granada. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions as well as restaurant recommendations. If there is a negative, it was the very pricey breakfast buffet, but that didn't bother us since we went out for breakfast.

Very well located hotel, right across the road from the old town pedestrian areas. Room was very spacious and well appointed with everything you'd want. Staff were quite friendly and the breakfast was very good quality, although no custom hot food options, just the obligatory scrambled eggs. Not the cheapest (especially the laundry service - dearest in Europe!) but reasonable value nonetheless. Parking within the building a plus for Granada.

NH Hotels is a terrific chain to stay in. In Granada Spain the NH Victoria grand is a true four star with it's location at city center with all city transportation nearby and many restaurants for all price categories within a short walk. The hotel staff friendly and quite familiar with the city and it's sites. The room was comfortable, of good size and very clean and well kept. There was an in room coffee maker, pillow selection and all the bath amenities. You will never go wrong with this choi... Read more

This hotel has an excellent location and our room was spacious with great balcony doors; however, our room had a very interesting smell. By interesting, I mean less the pleasant (a bit of a musty smell). The room was clean, but we couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from. We notified housekeeping and immediately they came into the room, but noted they didn't smell anything. They were kind enough to offer to spray air freshener while we explored the town. Unfortunately, the smell didn... Read more

This is a great hotel with very friendly and informative staff. It is very conveniently located in the heart of the city, walking distance to all the tourist spots. There are plenty of eating and shopping options in the vicinity. Even the bus stop for the Al Hambra is a short walk from the hotel. Our room was a bit small but very clean and luxurious. We had a small balcony that had a great city view. We did face a few issues with internet connectivity, as it would only connect in certain parts o... Read more

Booked for two nights on the basis of reviews. Pre-paid B &B package. Offered choice of rooms, on arrival. Chose a quiet, inner courtyard room and pleased that we did. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting tourist sites, about a 20 minute walk to the Alhambra. Breakfast was very good. Included wifi is poor, virtually useless other than for e-mails. We had similar experience with wifi at the NH Collection in Seville.

Spent two nights here with the aim of visiting the Alhambra. We had a balcony but the streets below make it noisy to use. Great location for shops and getting taxis, not far from the bus for places. Recommended

We enjoyed our stay at the NH Victoria. The hotel is quite nice with modern appointments and very clean. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. We quite enjoyed the ability to open a window and let in the city sounds below. There is an underground garage nearby (for a fee) if you have car, but it's pretty challenging navigating the maze to reach it. Once we parked, we left the car for the duration of our stay. The highlight of this hotel is that it's walkable to nearly everything. There are... Read more

The NH chain has once again lived up to it's charm! We had a wonderful two days in Granada staying at the NH Victoria. It's located in a charming neighbourhood that was in the heart of the shopping district and very close to public transport. Modern, clean and super comfortable- the rooms were spacious and well thought through. I loved the fact that there was a separate area for the bedroom that was away from the washroom. The room had a charming balcony that overlooked the piazza -another won... Read more

Our balcony overlooked the excitement of central Granada, and we walked to the Cathedral through fabulous shopping of the pedestrian mall. Nearby gourmet restaurants were plentiful. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff attentive. When we asked for a new corkscrew, we were offered stemmed wine glasses, a thoughtful addition to our in room happy hour. The breakfast was delicious with many choices for any palate. Our only tip is to call ahead for directions to the parking which is ... Read more

We stayed for 3 nights and found the location excellent. We were quite happy with our room with excellent soundproofing. Breakfast was calm and with a very varied selection. The hotel staff were excellent. The only problem was that on arrival it was stressful trying to find the parking and then we went round in circles trying to find the way in to the hotel. When you are hot, tired and do not know the city it is very difficult.

The hotel is well located for eating but is a 25 min walk to Alhambra. Our room was very spacious and included a private courtyard area. The king sized bed was great. We didn't eat breakfast as it was an additional 21 euro per day. Would stay again.

I have mixed feelings about NH Collection. It provided standard services, in a great location. The standard room, was just that, the hotel small, but clean, the hotel personnel were warm and welcoming, but under staffed. Breakfast was available, but not that special. However, the room rate was reasonable. On the positive, the concierge was great at arranging special tours and transportations and ensured we made our connections. On the negative side, the wifi was horrendous (even the premium wi... Read more

We were also asked if we would like to book breakfast as we were on a room only basis but we declined as this was ‚?¨21 each and there were many places to choose in close proximity to the hotel. this hotel was at an very convenient location, city centre. if you're staying Granada for just 1-2 days, this is your best pick as it saved you time in travelling. located in a main street, you can have easy access to most restaurants nearby. hotel room was neat and nice. due to the low-rise building, rooms were set at lower floors (1/F-3/F), there could be some noise from the streets. hotel staff were not too fluent in English, so seems not too helpful. as raised by other reviewers, the pa... The hotel is minimalist but very warm and appealing in its decor and the rooms very comfortable The Breakfast served is excellent with exceptional variety which is overseen by Susanna who has great pride in making sure your day gets off to a good start .
