Really nice hotel, easy walking distance to taps bars/restaurants for lunch and dinner. We had a slight problem finding as had the hotel position down wrong, but resolved by calling the reception who spoke good English. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn't working in the spa (which we were not informed about before staying) which kind of ruined the spa experience. However the sauna and pool were fun. Great corner view over the street/courtyard restaurant and very friendly staff.

Our stay was only for one night but it was very clean and modern elegant room! It was quiet and good service. Awesome! Has a restaurant, a very nice garden, spa and a bar. Centric to find shops and good restaurants! I will stay again! High recomended!!!

This hotel was offering a good value package deal for an overnight stay in an area of Granada that we wished to explore in more detail. The package included a room for two people, breakfast, a circuit of the spa and late check out. From the outside and first glance inside it was an impressive looking hotel, but this was not sustained throughout the hotel. The indication by ‚??reception‚?? that the lift was ‚??over there‚?? left one wondering where ‚??over there‚?? actually was. Having tracked do... Read more

A very nice place to stay. Off the beaten track, in the middle of a charming town. Very welcome and exciting staff. I loved the original yet modern room. So nice to enjoy a non main stream hotel. Close to the shops and bar - of course a plus.

We enjoyed our two night stay in the lovely hotel. The location is perfect and close to all the main sights in Granada, and the restaurants/shops. Valet parking is available. Our reception was efficient and informative. We ate at two of the places recommended by staff and enjoyed our meals. Room (201) was spacious and comfortable. The layout of separate shower, toilet and vanity areas worked well for us. Bed large and comfortable, air conditioner worked efficiently. The bar and garden areas are... Read more

We, a couple of two, spent two nights in this nice hotel. We were warmly welcomed at the reception, an our car was parked by the bellboy. Our room, equipped with a king-size bed, was rather small and dark, and the furniture not very functional. There was no separate bathroom, just a wash basin in a cabinet, WC and shower behind glass-doors. Consequently, there was not much privacy possible. In the morning, the free WiFi was fast enough for downloading our newspaper in less than a minute, it beca... Read more

I was so impressed by this hotel, given the recent negative comments about lack of staff, poor breakfasts etc. Myself and a friend stayed here for four nights and loved it. There were plenty of very helpful and friendly of staff around whenever you needed them. The breakfast was excellent (and included, even though not stated on our receipt). The coffee was great, from proper beans, with plenty of warm milk available. The buffet consisted of bread, pastries, fresh fruit, fruit juice... Read more

Beautiful villa with Moroccan style fountain in the middle of the hotel. Very tastefully decorated, marble staircase, all new and pristine. Very cosy lounge, a real quality place. It is in the centre of town so very convenient to get around with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Fantastic reception on arrival, gave us full details of how to get around, where to find restaurants etc. Excellent breakfast.
