This hotel was a disaster... We've booked 3 person room which was nice, but we had to wait 4 hours to receive bath towels, breakfast was a joke(scrambled eggs made from a packets) orange juice tasted like leftovers from yesterday. Lastly the so called "spa" that costs 25euro per person! In a 5 star hotel! You can't even check swimming pool without paying for it....

This Definitely not really a 5 stars and this is not a charming hotel. Rooms are clean, staff is nice and breakfast is (just) ok but this is a big building without charm and neighboring a big mall. Ok for business purposes with a big group of people but probably not the right choice to visit the very nice city of Granada.

Enjoyable stay. Nice sized room with nice view. Weak response from reception on the phone. Weak printed details in the room on how to contact various hotel sections by phone. Parking was easy in the basement below. Very clean. Slept well. Still recommendable. However, the restaurant was weak - maybe 3 stars out of 5. The gnocchi very ordinary. Wild boar was good. I cannot even find the restaurant on TripAdvisor.

We didn't actually book into this place. We chose to stay in a different hotel closer to the city, but due to an issue with the rooms on the day of our booking we were offered a transfer and were sent a little further out of the city centre to the M.A Nazaries Business and Spa Hotel. On first impression this hotel is far more Business than it is Spa, it's an unattractive slab of near windowless gloom parked within audible distance of a motorway but on the inside it's quite nice. Service on the d... Read more

I arranged this spa experience by telephone as I wanted to give a surprise treatment for my wife's birthday. I also checked out their changing room arrangements as I have a visual impairment and need a little assistance. They were very accommodating. They had a Mon-Thurs offer of 1 one hour spa circuit for two, for 30 euros and we went on Wednesday and practically had the place to ourselves. My wife then received her Ritual Massage treatment and loved it. The staff and facilities are excellent. ... Read more

Had good night's sleep here and found staff helpful and the breakfast very good. Room was good. We were fairly busy in sight seeing, so did not spend a lot of time in hotel. But it was good and we would return.

A nice hotel for business and conferencing. Good service and very affordable food and drinks. The bar serves huge sandwiches and yummy tapas. I didn't get to use the spa but I enjoyed my very large room with a nice view. It's close to shopping centres but far from the main town centre of Granada. A taxi to town would cost around 8 Euros. I was very lucky during my stay that the soccer team, Atletico Bilbao stayed there and mingled freely with fans. I got some photos with them.

A very nice hotel with lots of beautiful extras in the room! Not in the heart of Granada, but within easy access! Comfortable rooms, bathrooms well appointed! Lovely breakfast and dinners available! The grounds that surrounded the hotel were nicely done! Large comfortable lobby!

This hotel claims to be a 5 star hotel, however, the overall rating I can give cannot exceed average. The price we paid was very good and relatively cheap, and amenities were very much in line with the price and not with the rating. Hotel breakfast had a good variety, but some of the pastries were somewhat dry. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned, but I hated the orange dull decor. The reception area was also very dark and seemed at times to be dimly lit, just as the piano bar was too.... Read more

Only stayed here one night but still a pleasant stay. Foyer and room was very clean. Breakfast was good with hot selection available. Rated a 5 Star but more like a 4 Star. 20 min walk to main part of town which was very handy. Easy access from motorway also as we had a hire car and there was parking available.

The room was large and red...unique. 4 stars because the Buffette breakfast was cold. Not near the historical centre. Employees answer the questions with enthusiasm. Good light for makeup. Large TV. Limited space to place personal items near sink. Hi tech shower.

We stayed here as guests of a wedding so we're weren't expecting much, however we were presently surprised. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms renovated. Spacious rooms and a nice large counter in the bathroom for toiletries. The hotel supplied all the essentials, including toothbrushes and razors. Staff was friendly and helpful in locating our missing bag. The location was a bit remote but we were able to walk into parts of town. We probably wouldn't stay here again because of the location ... If you are traveling by car this hotel is conveniently located just off the A44 near the city centre (Calle Recogidas exit). The city centre is nearby (straight down Calle Recogidas) with shopping within 5-10min walk, Cathederal within in 20 min and Alhambra within 35 min. Taxis are abundant and cheap if you don't want to walk. Hotel M.A. Nazaries, Granada Spain. This is a beautiful 10 story hotel located near a freeway exit close to the Alhambra. You are greeted by a very large reception area with seating and art on the walls. The hotel was clean and exceptionally quiet. Room 1006 was large with plenty of closet space and a fully tiled bath with tub/shower combo. The shower had 6 water spay nozzles that worked in pairs along with an overhead rain shower head. An engineering degree is advisable for using the show... Read more

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We were part of a group visiting various locations in Andalusia. Our programme specified that we were booked in to a 4-star hotel in the centre of Granada, which has a rooftop terrace with magnificent views of the Alhambra. The agency, however, changed this at the last minute and "up-graded" us to this so-called 5 star hotel. Why is it terrible? First, the location near a motorway in a concrete jungle of run-down commercial buildings. Not a place ... Read more

The Hotel looks impressive, front lobby and bar all nice. The problems start when you get past the front of house. The waiting staff not happy neither are the bar staff, the hotel spa is dirty and expensive, the rooms are not well cleaned and everything is a bit broken, on the up side is Granada itself which is fantastic and well worth a visit, the Hotel is a 5 to 8 euro taxi ride to the centre, the old town is beautiful with slight echos of Rome.

Recently I have stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. When I saw it I was impressed, but later I was disappointed on several accounts. The room I stayed in was spacious with modern design, but it was missing some basic amenities you can find in most of the 5 star hotels: there wasn't an iron in the room (basic thing that is highly appreciated by someone who is on a business trip) and hotel doesn't provide you with such even if you request (they are ready to iron clothes for an additional charge, ...
