I would rate this hotel a 3-4 on any given day solely based on the normals (friendliness, cleanliness, location, service, parking, access, etc), but we were there for one night during the San Fermin Festival (running of the bulls), so the price was jacked up, wayyyyy up to 300 euro for one night. Let me qualify that this room is essentially a dorm room / hostel room for three people. It was my wife and I, but left with the choice of a bunk bed or a single bed, we weren't exactly cozy. I checked ... Read more

This is a new but utterly basic ‚??overnight‚?? hotel sited in a garage forecourt in an industrial estate. It‚??s all clean and shiny, but there is no wardrobe, no drawers - you really do live out of your suitcase. Absolutely not recommended for more than one night. The price paid was a total rip-off, exploiting the extra demand during the San Fermin festival. OK, I‚??m a marketer and I‚??m supposed to approve of charging whatever people are prepared to pay, but that‚??s a short-term strategy... Read more

We stayed here for two nights, and found this place to be absolutely perfect for the price point. The host (Katya) was incredibly helpful and friendly, and we didn't really mind that we were next to a garage. We spent most of our time in the city itself, and were happy to come back to sleep here. The breakfast was a good value as an added bonus.

Good points - room clean, beds comfortable, breakfast generous and tasty. Not so good the glass shower screen was cracked, being ina family room meant yes there were four beds but virtually no space to move around, parking was far from adequate for the number of rooms - if it really matters to you to have your car parked next to the hotel this is not a good property for you in busy times - we were told our car would be 'fine on the road anywhere'. Checking in took a very long time to administer... Read more

On arrival, the hotel looks strange located by a garage, but inside the staff are friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable - especially the bed! We had dinner at the hotel which was really good value with 3 courses (including generous helpings of the starters) + glass of wine for 12 Euro per head. Breakfast had a good selection of breads, pastries, cold meats & cheeses. At 57Euros for bed& breakfast for the two of us we thought the hotel was good value. We'd be happy to stay there again.

The hotel is modern, the furniture are functional so that even the very tiny rooms are quite comfortable. Fair ratio price/quality. We were initially given a room that had a strong smell of smoke although the hotel claim to have a smoking free policy but the desk staff was quick and professional in changing it for a different one. The mattress is very very hard so we, personally, didn't like that

I've read some of the negative reviews about HotelBed4U and all I can say is that this was not our experience at all. We stayed here while passing through Pamplona in June 2016, three weeks before the San Fermin Festival, and were very happy with the price (around 50-55 euros if memory serves). The free parking was a plus, too. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the bright and cheerful modernist decor and the comfortable beds. I was surprised to see complaints about the staff because they w... Read more

Clean & comfortable hotel, great location if you have a car - off-street parking spaces around hotel. Actual hotel parking spaces are VERY small but there is other parking available. Newer, modern building, nice lobby & breakfast area. Room itself was on the small size, but rather typical for a European hotel. Good breakfast buffet: included eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, pancakes, churros, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries. Great staff - helpful & friendly.

We stayed here the night before the San Fermin madness began in Pamplona. So my review may be a little inn fair as it may not usually be this bad... The fellow guests were up and down the corridors being rude and noisy until gone 2am. Walls were very thin, so parties in nearby rooms were audible. Also, its location is about ‚?¨10 from the centre of town and it's on an industrial estate with a petrol station as the main front view. Not pretty! Having said that, the rooms were fine, the staff ... Read more

Nothing fancy here. We stayed for San Fermin, so prices were insane, but it's that way all over the city. It's about a mile walk to the old town, they recommended the bus (1.35 euro) but the bus was slow and crowded so we mostly walked back and forth (stopping for a beer on the way from a convenience store). It's clean and simple, and the staff is great. Downside is it's loud (if there's a conversation in the hall, it's in your room) and the whole hotel feels like they bought it at Ikea. You are... We stayed here for 1 night in July, 2016....during the San Fermin festival. Location - Not center of the city but don't be put off by the location. It is a 8 Euro cab ride and it's worth it to be out of the city during the festival. Reception: very friendly...easy and uncomplicated check in and out. There is free wifi and it was a good speed. Very clean. This is a basic hotel but very clean and efficient. Not recommended for long stays. Next to/behind a gas station if you need treat... Read more

We stayed here for two nights in what was supposed to be a family room. There was a mattress stuffed under twin beds for a third person. Having seen the pictures and videos from the hotel website, there was not the feel of this as a family room at all. The staff were super helpful and cheerful. We paid close to what a 4 star hotel would have cost at the same time in the same city. The reason I chose the hotel was because of what I saw online. I would not go back. They have a long way to go to ... Read more

Nothing fancy, but certainly adequate and clean. The beds were reasonably comfortable. It is a bit out of town, but not unduly so. We were here during San Fermin, and many of the guests were young adults having a good time.

We used this hotel for short stay during the night only and we was very satisfied from hotel service. There is 24hour open snack-bar with good price. Parking is opposite the main entrance - free of charge. The room was small but very clean and newly furnished, small bathroom with shower, TV with lot of channels.

This was a great stop off hotel whilst we travelled through Francce to Spain. We arrived in an area we did'NT know. Sign posting was not great on first approach. But we both laughed when walking out, to see HUGE sign for HotelBed4u. We had just missed it. Staff were extremely friendly. Our vehicle was parked outside very secure with cameras, and the fact that its situated next to a petrol station forecourt so well lit. We drove through the forecourt to get to front of hotel.
