Hotel is spotless, near the beach, supermarkets and restauarants. Can hire fridge, kettle and safe for a couple of euros per night. Coffee and vending machine in lobby. If you're getting the train from the airport get off at torreblanca, not fuengirola, costs ‚?¨2.70 and hotel is 5 minutes walk. Can't wait to go back

I would've gave it 5* had we not been sent to abother hotel on arrival due to burst water pipe in our room but things like that can't be helped and sometimes happen! When we let the tour operator know we wernt very happy with the temporary accommodation the hotel bumped us up to half board and gave us a suite on the top floor which was greatly appreciated for the hassle so thanks for that, rooms are lovely cleaned everyday and the hotel and pool area spot less, food wasn't great at the buffet bu... Hotel spotlessly clean... could do with more storage space but very large room and the best shower I've ever had........ Air conditioning could do with being a bit better but apart from that fab location close to beach and bus stop in town.

Room was ok, very clean. The shower was excellent, probably the best one we've had abroard, our towels were only changed once, but that might have been our fault for not putting them in the bath/floor.We were on the 4th floor over looking the pool & had a partial sea view which was nice. The 1st night traffic on the main road bothered me but after that didn't really notice it.Fridge hire 2 euros a night & 19 euro for safe per week, also I was able to use internet in my room for free [?] probably a flu... Me & my cousin stayed here for a long weekend. We'd booked a cheap holiday so wasn't expecting much from the hotel but I can say I defiantly had a pleasant surprise! Much more than I was expecting. All staff were friendly & helpful. Rooms were always clean. Breakfast was lovely good verity. There was entertainment on every night we were there. The balcony are massive & the rooms are very spacious & comfortable & the best part fuengirola is on your door step. Everything you want is just a 2 minut... Read more

Our first time to Fuengirola area and we chose this hotel because it had good reviews for the price on offer. It is a lovely hotel, very clean with maid service everyday. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated 5 mins from the beach front, at the quieter end of Fuengirola. There is a bus stop right out side, or just around the corner behind the hotel is the train station for easy trips into Fuengirola or Benalmadena both options very cheap. A taxi from the centre of Fu... Read more

Great spacious room, great location, near to bus stop, beach and trains. Food was good, in my opinion, some people didn't think so, but what do you eat at home? Pool area clean, plenty of sunbeds an parasols.

This hotel is completely and obviously uneducated in running a hotel business. Firstly The rooms are clean, I cannot fault that.. but very shabby and old fashioned. My curtain poll was broke and fell apart whilst in the shower so I had to spend my time showering with no shower curtain. The air con worked when it wanted too..the tv is tiny and only has Spanish channels. Very limited storage space in the room and complete rubbish WIFI connection throughout the hotel, especially in room. Food is... Read more

Nice, clean, modern hotel. Only ate here once a d wasn't impressed. Over priced food. Expect to pay for any extras. Eg. Safe/ fridge. Close to the sea but no sea views. Pool doesn't get sun until the afternoon.

We stayed here for one week, on HB basis, the food is quite poor, and if I was to go again I would just do B&B. Hotel very clean and tidy, close to the beech and train station. It's a great hotel for the money. But not great for children. The pool is all the entertainment they will get.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location 2 minutes from the beach and 30 minute walk or 45 minute stroll into Fuengirola and numwrous bars and restaurants nearby.Easy to get to from Malaga airport via train to Torreblanca with an easy 1o minute downhill stroll. Good maid service however the food is rotten... I have been to many and it was no use as was shown by the very limited numbers who bothered to even try it. So if you want a nice clean basic beachside hotel with no entertainment boo... Read more

Check in very quick, beautiful large room with big balcony & sea view, hotel staff very friendly, spotlessly clean, the only downside would be the food, breakfast wasn't too bad, but evening meal was very poor, hardly any choice, one night it was few fish dishes or a burger, not 4 star at all, the desserts were non existent, was just little dish of tinned fruit in jelly or little blob of lemon cream, no cakes, ice cream, cheese board, it really does let the hotel down , such a shame, we enjoyed ... This hotel was faultless from our perspective. It was extra clean and we had a maid service everyday. We also had free WiFi and air conditioning. Our room was a street side view which was a bit noisy but nothing too much. The only down side was the charge to use the fridge and safe in the room but it was not that expensive but it could be free. We did not eat in the hotel so we cannot comment on food, however the bar area was nice and they have happy our daily from 5-6. In the bar area they also... Read more

Location, hotel itself, room, bathroom, swimming pool : VERY GOOD. Very positive that we were able to check in early. We arrived at 9.30 a.m., and at 10.30 a.m. we had a room! Staff: they do not know how to smile. All of them look down. Sorry, there was ONE lady in the restaurant who was very friendly. The rest of them look like they do not care. The food is very bad. If you read the comments and you have doubts, i have one piece of advice: DO NOT BOOK HALF BOARD. We paid for half board which wa... Read more

Booked a triple and a double room. Both rooms excellent with electronic safes and fridges at a same daily charge. Air-conditioning as standard in the rooms which had balconies with views of the pool from our side of the hotel. Pool and loungers cleaned each day. The hotel was spotless and we enjoyed the food although it may not suit those who want a diet of pizza and chicken nuggets. Only one street back from the beach, shops & restaurants with a crossing at the hotel and a pedestrian path to ... Read more

The hotel was very clean and the rooms large and clean, air con was great. After reading great reviews I booked in January for myself and my daughter to stay here for 1 week at end of July. Unfortunately we had booked with Low Cost holidays. I knew and was willing to repay the hotel cost again so I contacted them to see if our room booking was still valid. They confirmed it was but that I would have to pay another 1200euro which is more than double the amount I had originally paid and now lost. As this was way out my price range I unfortunately have had to cancel. I th... Read more

The hotel it's self is nice, the pool area and bar are great. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Hotel location is on a road and 2 streets to the promenade with a lovely sandy beach. The only issues with our stay were the noise from outside the hotel as it is on a road it was quite noisy when trying to sleep,we went half board and the food was fine but very similar every night, flamenco dancing was great but any other entertainment was lacking really.

Great location for every where in the costa del sol and reasonably priced. Really big rooms and a bus stop just outside. Maid came frequently. A lot of kids so probably not ideal for couples alone! I would recommend this for families. Breakfast isn't up to scratch but it didn't cost much more to add it on l. I would avoid paying for breakfast.

This started off as a cheap hotel booking but ended up costing us double what we originally paid plus 30% more after the low cost fiasco!! Stayed half board with family 5 adults and 3 teenagers. Large modern rooms. Hotel on busy main road but We stayed in a room with a pool view. Daily maid service. Nice pool Area but doesn't open till 1030 and not a lot of sun beds. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is very nice. Beds made everyday, although dirty sheet put on floor was put back on bed but after a visit to reception that was sorted. Went bed and breakfast but one day was enough to put me off. One waitress with red hair was a nasty piece of work, felt extremely belittled when she almost chased us up the dining room saying we must give our room number at the door before we come in, very hard to do when there is no one there. What are we supposed to do, stand and wait and wait and wait. ... Read more

We have stayed in the hotel a few times and I have left positive feedback, I stand by the previous comments, but, these where all based on the hotel being a budget Hotel in the region of ¬£30-35 a room per night. I have never paid more than that. Now the management have turned into money grabbers, the cost of breakfast has gone up to ‚?¨9 and the dinner is ‚?¨19. My friend and I have just come back from a week staying at this great hotel. We went bed and breakfast option because we wanted to explore other options for dinner. Breakfast was the usual buffet style, hot and cold choices, and a chef who made omelettes, fried eggs, and crepes freshly when asked. The hotel is situated a 2 minute walk, ( across a main road and down a small side road), to the beach, where most of the supermarkets and restaurants are found.
