This is a Four-star hotel in the centre of Cordoba's brilliant old town. It couldn't have been a better location, but there are flaws in this offering. It was noisy with doors slamming open ad shut all night; the reception was a bit average on arrival and they tried to charge us twice for parking. The picture you see on the website is misleading - it looks like an old Spanish courtyard, but this is a modern hotel.

While the location across from Mezquita is super, to reach the hotel is a challenging drive. The roads around hotel are old, narrow and confusing. Have a good GPS and nerves of steel. There is a parking garage ( for a fee) next to hotel. The put the car away and walk around lovely Cordoba.

You simply cannot get any closer to the mezquita than this! Pay for a room overlooking the mosque and relax against the moorish headboard and just take it all in. It's obviously not cheap but it's a great experience with a lovely clean room which has been tastefully decorated and is thoroughly comfortable. When we arrived the foyer was being redecorated and the staff were operating from a trestle table, surrounded by bags of cement - with dusty builders shouting on their mobile phones. I did ... Pleasant stay in a very central area for all the main attractions. It's directly opposite the cathedral so can't get more central to the old town. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated although a little on the small side. Presumably the hotel has recently been modernised as all the paintwork throughout is very good and fresh and the tiles shining. The courtyard is a lovely place to enjoy a drink, snack or just relax. It's very fitting with other courtyards in the old town. There's a co... Read more

One persons room is nothing more dan expect, it is a depressing room and de vieuw is terrible, a inside graden with death trees. Two times on a row my entrycard wasn't activaded so I had to walk back a long way back, to the frontoffice to re-activaded the card again, always glad after a day visit to the town. Furthermore the WiFi is difficult to reach on. The personal do there best, but It is young and understaffed. It's a big hotel, and you're one of few guest . Take another hotel for the mo... Read more

Four stars hotel opposite the mezquita with own parking facilities against very fair price. Excellent breakfeast, patio with coffee, tea and lunch services. We had a room at the patio. Very quiet. Beds are very comfortable. Whole city centre in walking distance. Receptionists speak different languages and are very helpful.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better - its across the street from the Mezquita de cordoba (like right across the street). It's very very central to everything else and perfect if you want to take a little break mid day and have a siesta. The staff were friendly and our room was ready early which was great. The price was great. I do have to say - from the photos I expected a little more glam in the room, but it was a very nice comfy clean room. So no complaints really.

This is certainly the place to stay when you go to Cordoba for tourism. About 20 steps from the hotel door you find the most important attraction from the ancient city, The Mesquite, everything else is around there walking distance. Full of nice restaurants and shops. Breakfast buffet is mediocre. Rooms are OK Wifi not good at all. Kept disconnecting

We recommend this hotel to all travellers. Superbly situated for visiting the Mezquita and the old part of Cordoba. Quick service at the reception with friendly and efficient staff. The rooms are generous in size with up-to-date facilities. The hotel is situated on the quiet side of the mosque square therefore missing the main hustle and bustle of tourists visiting the Mezquita.

Our third visit in this hotel. The main reason to choosing this hotel is it's excellent location next to the Mesquita and the old town. The hotel offers good and clean air-conditioned rooms with fast free Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet is good and comprehensive. A bit annoying was that during our three day stay we were two times asked twice our room number on breakfast. The hotel has own parking.

The location couldn't be better, right by the Mezquite. It is a pleasant hotel, most of the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, well appointed, decent bathroom and good standard of cleanliness. We had a balcony overlooking the Mezquite. Free wifi which was OK most of the time and a free safe deposit box was a plus. It was strange that there was no information booklet in the room but then on the evening after we had been there a few hours they brought to the room some printouts abo... Read more

I loved this hotel. Lovely rooms, clean, comfortable beds with soft linens. In the heart of the historical district of Cordoba with parking and across the street from the Mezquita. If I ever go back to Cordoba I would select this hotel again.

This hotel is across the street from the Mezquita, in the old part of Cordoba. The rooms are comfortable, clean, modern, and well air conditioned. Be sure to check out the conference room on the ground floor, it has glass floors so you can see the archaeological remains under the building.

Clean average sized room with comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Good location across road from Mezquita and close to main sights. Additional bonus was on-site parking. Ate evening meal here, delicious. Highly recommend.

The hotel is immediately adjacent to the Mesquita and an easy walk to all the main attractions in Cordoba. There are also many food and drink options in close proximity. The hotel itself is nicely appointed with a very pleasant courtyard for relaxing, drinks and meals. We did have an issue with our room as the lock was not working, but we were immediately given another room and the staff were helpful.

I echo the other positive reviews. Great hotel, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms (I had an adaptable room - the shower room was spacious and fully accessible). Fantastic location: opposite the Mosque Cathedral and a very short walk from the Roman Bridge. Good restaurants on your doorstep - we tried Los Patios which was situated in a quaint covered courtyard. Only criticism: the car park entrance is steep and bays are tight.

We stayed at the Eurostars Conquistador at the end of June, can't really fault the hotel for the price. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the common areas were also very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting the Cathedral, Alczabar and old town, it's excellent. I recommend taking advantage of the parking, the rates are reasonable and you don't need a car in Cordoba. Having breakfast in the courtyard is a great way to start the day... Read more

This hotel is near the mezquita and the staff is very nice. But for a four star hotel it should be a lot better! The shower had little pressure, wifi was very slow and the room was small. The restaurant however, set in a beautiful patio, was the worst, as its very over priced, did not have 2 courses on the menu that I wanted, serves tiny portions and mediocre desserts. And we hear everything from the hallway! Hope they get better, for they have everything to go wright. But I could have bad a be... Read more

The location of this hotel couldn't be any better. It is right next to the Mezquitta. It was great value for money, not at all expensive but large clean and reasonably modern rooms. The staff were very friendly and kindly stored our luggage for us after check out so that we could spend the day in Cordoba. There is car parking next to the hotel door entrance if you're game enough to drive into the town. The streets are so narrow that in some spots you could barely fit a credit card between the mi... Pros: Best location, right by Córdoba Mosque. Breakfast was included and had hot items and overall was of high quality. Wifi was good most of the time. The hotel room has a view of the mosque. I recommend this hotel for those who like to be in the centre of most attractions in Cordoba Cons: One server in the morning breakfast was a bit rude to us and another table too. We were taking an apple from breakfast to eat it in the room. She said no food can be taken outside the breakfast room. In all ... Read more

Great location and nice hallway, but that's all about it. Uncomfortable bed, slow shower water that constantly changes between cold/hot based on neighbors usage, extremely slow and almost unusable internet (haven't had to load basic html for gmail in ages), rude personnel (kicked me out from the only terrace as she was cleaning at 8 am, yes, 8am), terrible breakfast and cheap coffee making machines. We absolutely loved this hotel. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast with loads of choices, beautiful rooms and located next to the mezquita. Good wifi as well. We've booked a room without a view and later (by extending our trip) booked a room with a view (on the Mezquita). Both are equally recommended! It's not easy finding the hotel by car (since the city centre is a pedestrian zone) so make sure you get directions beforehand.

Very central, with very good service in reception and room. Excellent breakfast. Would recommend highly the hotel as you can walk also from there to major cities in the city. The hotel helps You even with touristic attraction with a plan. Will repeat for sure the visit ! August is not best month in Cordoba due the heat, but hotel has good air conditioning.

We drove from Malaga and by luck found an easy way to the hotel. Take the northern route not the first exit for the centre. It is clearly signposted on the yellow signs so keep following them and they will change as you get closer to the individual hotel Ther is a no entry road which is only accessible to local traffic and simply follow it around the fortress wall and the hotel is on the left Be warned you need a small car as the entrance to the underground car park is tiny and a test of your dr... There is a garden patio, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner which is quite delightful and with very good prices. One of the most impressive all-around hotels we have discovered on our recent travels. Scored on all fronts. Totally refurbished a year or so ago so, although with the original exterior, the interior has been restored to immaculate condition - spotless throughout. But perhaps the most appreciated of all is the location - literally across the street from the unmissable Cathedral, with its fascinating history, architecture and small, but so impressive, display of priceless artifices. This is a rather difficult hotel to find, despite being opposite the Mesquita. On site parking seems to be limited, and we had to park some distance away from the hotel. But overall the location is the biggest selling point, it couldn't be more central. One other gripe is that I think there is a bar but it is part of the restaurant and there only seems to be four tables where you can have a drink, and while we were there they were always occupied, didn't see any bar staff either to ask whether t... This location couldn't be beat - right next to the Mesquita. There is parking next door, but we opted to park our car on Avenida del Aeropuerta (in a parking garage) and walk to avoid the narrow streets. We likely could have driven it in our small car, but it made it less stressful getting into the city. Our room was spacious with a couch. We ate breakfast both mornings, which was definitely worth the 7 euros. It was a large buffet and made it easy both mornings. We'd stay again!

This hotel is opposite the Mesquita a geat location. The other plus is they have their own secure garage which the two nights we stayed was free. This hotel is literally right across the road from the amazing Mesquita-Cathedral right in the heart of Cordoba so you can't beat it for location (see further in review). What struck us was the elegance of the hotel, the attentive and caring staff, their great courtyard cafe, on site parking and the room. The room made this trip wonderful. It was large, the bed super comfortable, the sound was almost nil and we faced the Mesquita too! So the view was amazing and that just added to the experienc... Read more

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into this hotel, not fully realising how close it was to the Grand Mosque/Cathedral of Cordoba. Though it was hard to navigate with a car through the one way (and tiny) cobblestone streets of old Cordoba, we reached the hotel finding it directly opposite the grand Mosque.
