Def not 4*. Wi-Fi useless so got my money back (grudgingly). Reception said it was my device yet it worked in reception! Hotel is in the shade most of the time but lovely views. Food was edible if not varied. Staff were mostly unhelpful and surly. Sun terrace was expensive to use therefore empty. New management need to have a re-think on how to better exploit this hotel. At present, seems like they are only trying to get as much money as possible from guests. Won't be back.

Great hotel ,friendly staff , fantastic location really enjoyed our stay there the only thing I would surgest to management is the new sun terrace 20 euros per person per day is unrealistic they should give at least one day free to all inclusive guests or lower the price if they want to retrieve some of the money spent upgrading this area

Hotel rooms are lovely. Food is mixed sometimes absolutely gorgeous and sometimes not so great but on the whole good. Pool always freezing because it is mostly in the shade. Hotel is definitely not for kids there is nothing at all for them. We spent two weeks at the hotel and there was entertainment on 4 times 3 of which were awful. We were all inclusive, so ended up going out most nights. The hotel also now allows stag and then parties to stay which is ridiculous as the average age at ... Read more

My wife and i visited this hotel again as we do every 2 years. It has had a refurbishment and the results are very good indeed. They have put a vip terrace on the roof and this is luxury, thick mattresses on the top class sun loungers , 2 jacuzzis, curtained bed loungers a great shower and a view to die for. You can really spoil yourself if you wish at this hotel. All rooms are seaview and if you eat on the outside part of the restaurant and drop your folk it will probably land on the beach, thats ... This is an absolutely fantastic hotel, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, the reception is superb, special mention to "Nico" who went the extra mile. The place is so clean, nothing is ever out of place, or dirty, congratulations to everybody who works there, they are obviously so proud of their workplace. Also special mention to "Sergio" and "Carlo" (Charlie), great bar-staff, and the young girl too, I never did catch her name, though I believe she was on reception before. They di... Read more

Having stayed in this hotel last year for 1 week we decided to re-book and stay for 2 weeks this time on an all inclusive rate. We were so excited to return to our favourite hotel. We arrived just before noon and to our surprise the reception area, lounge and bar had been totally renovated to a clean, bright and modern style. It looked great. Our rooms were ready and we were located a room on the 4th floor. Our room was again very modern, clean and equipped with everything we needed including a ... Read more

We stayed here for 10 days from 5th June. Weather was very hot (35) most days. Hotel is a stone throw from the lovely beach where you can hire 2 sun loungers and umbrella for 13.50 euros per day. We preferred the beach to the pool as the pool was freezing and quite shaded. You could also use the sun terrace with jacuzzi for 20 euro Per person for a full day or 10 euro for half day. Meals were lovely. Always fish, meat And pasta dishes to choose from. Rooms were modern and cleaned every day. Room... Read more

It's in a great location next to the beach it's close t the nightlife but far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise.i would recommended the Welsh cafe on the promonarde loverly food and very economical.

The hotel is dated but clean. A huge disappointment for us was the fact that the pool area closed at 6pm....and even worst so does the sun terrace that you pay ‚?¨20 euros to go on. At 6pm this is some of the nicest time to sit around the pool and relax after a day out and about but we were not even allowed to do this giving you the only option of paying for sun loungers on the beach! Stayed here for a week and I must say this is a fantastic place to be based, the hotel is clean and in the process of being modernised and the ground floor areas are very smart. The vip sun roof is well worth the money for a day but for the week it would work out expensive and for this reason I think they need to look at a deal for all inclusive guests, I am sure the take up would be better. The hotel is fantastic, the staff helpful and very friendly. I'm quite picky when it comes to cleanliness bit I couldn't fault this hotel. I took my son as part of his 18th birthday present which meant that I was sometimes on my own as he went off down Magaluf strip. The hotel is clean and nice however the staff are extremely rude and the hotel is always trying to find a way to get money out of you, the food is absolute Disgusting and the all inclusive ends at 11pm... You also have to pay 20 euros if you wanto sunbath at the jacuzzis shown in the pictures (every time I saw it it was dead so pretty much a waste) and it's near impossible to get a sunbed at the normal pool as it is tiny.

Four star as in accomodation and location good was standard alright for bed and breakfast cleanliness was good as for service it was standard not a 4 star service and the terrace was a lovely area but wasted as people were not paying 20 euro's to use it no bar area no toilets up there people were coming up and using it who had not paid you had a towel from reception to show you had paid and it caused people to argue about it. Enjoyed our stay as a base and the accomodation location.‚?ļ

The scenery is amazing, the cleanliness is brilliant, the Food is great, they have a V.I.P area which is excellent but it warrants a charge of 20 euros a day. It is at the top of the strip just around the corner and we never heard any noise from there at all.
