This has to be the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff just cannot do enough for you. Conveniently located to everything. Clean and fresh looking, bathrooms are a little small but manageable. We will definitely be back!!!!

I have been staying at the Queens for a number of years (13), and I have seen many changes. It has had a chequered existence, from the Levi years, to the recent new owners. Since January, when the hotel was closed for refurbishment, it has re opened with a totally new look, both in the Bar/Reception area to the rooms. Each room has a 32" tv with some UK channels AND Radio 2. A Kettle and Iron are provided in each room, although you need to supply your own consumables . Each room has a much bett... Read more

A wee bit noisy being right in the centre of town but enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and tidy if a wee bit small. The roof terrace reopened during our stay, beautiful views in a chilled out area on the top floor washed down with a drink or two, fab. Friendly and helpful staff too.

Just returned from our annual trip to Benidorm(28/5/16) staying once again at the Queens Hotel in the old town. The new owners have spent a few bob on making the place look more like a hotel and less like a flea pit. On the whole it's been money well spent, the rooms are looking a lot nicer, with decent new mattresses and bedding, iron and ironing board, flat screen T.V. kettle and air-con. The roof terrace has also had a fantastic make-over and is an excellent place to spend a few hours soaking... Read more

I spent 5 days in Benidorm and the Queens has been a fantastic base. 1 minute to the beach, right in the centre of the square. Really friendly staff. A lift to all floors and the fabulous rooftop bar area. Only slight downside is the noise from the square but overall not a big problem. Probably going back later in the summer !

Stayed for four nights mid week. Fab location in the centre of the old town. Just a few steps from the start of the Benidorm prom. Newly refurbished with small ensuite rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Roof top terrace bar (8th floor) with great views. Breakfast (0830-1100) included in my room rate which is to order rather than buffet. But beware of the noise! It's right in to the centre of the nightlife and the internal hotel noise is not softened at all. Walls are thin!

Terrible price quality relationship, it worth around 30â?¬ per night and they charge you as it was a 4 star hotel, which is very far from reality. It's extremely noisy, it was impossible to sleep. The terrace is nice at least.

Stayed in this hotel in may for 10 nights. From the beginning to the last day of our stay everything was brilliant. The room we,ve had was lovely and clean. The food was good, plenty to choose. Overall we,ve had a wonderful time in a wonderful place, would recommend to anyone, thank you to all your staff.

Just booked in and were given a room with a tiny window that looks onto a wall. Booked with Booking. com and there website reads 'rooms with balconies'. I would have been happy with a street view rather than a wall. We had a hotel in Blackpool during the '70's and ours then was far superior. When we asked if all rooms were the same price the answer was yes. We live in Spain I feel ashamed that customers could arrive for a weeks holiday (or longer) and have to stay in such a dark and dismissal ... Read more

Absolutely brilliant little hotel. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. We were a group of 40 - 50 year olds on a stag weekend and all of the staff gave us a great welcome and helped make our stay a memorable experience. Food and drink were as good as you could get, with reasonable prices. The rooms were kept immaculate, as was the rest of the hotel and the location was ideal for whatever we wanted to do or where we wanted to go. I would personally, highly recommend this hotel and w... We visited the Queens Bar on a number of occasions whilst in Benidorm. It is one of three bars in the shadow of the Queens hotel. The other two are Bar 69 and Oliver's. There is a large air conditioned inside area and about 6 tables outside on the patio where it is great to sit and people watch. Several times a week there are cabaret shows put on by the 'girls' which are very entertaining. This is a LGBT bar but there was a nice mix of customers of all ages. A great atmosphere and reasonably pri... Read more

Booked for a quick 3 night break and found this place by chance. We noted it's previous history, but decided to make up our own mind. Small room, but perfectly acceptable and with a lovely large balcony, with amazing town and sea views. The newly refurbished facilities include a superb roof garden, with incredible views and first class service. The management and staff were exceptional. I normally stay in 5 star accommodation where possible, but this little place beats many of these hands down w... Read more

Great little hotel but very small! Only one PowerPoint in the room and no hairdryer but on the plus side you get a iron and ironing board, kettle and air con oh and free wi fi!! Comfortable bed and a flat screen TVs. To sit on our balcony was very difficult as it had two chairs and a table bit you had to move the table to get to the other seat!! The staff were amazing and the breakfast was lovely. You couldn't fault the location right next to tapas alley! I would stay again for a couple of nigh... Read more

We are staying in Valencia and booked this due to the price and excellent location, for a two day visit to Benidorm. The location could not be better and the staff are extremely friendly, particularly the helpful manager on the reception desk. I am a tall, well built person and the room was very small, there was only one socket and the aircon was a trickle, but everything was clean and does anyone really spend much vertical time in their room whilst in Benidorm? We had a few problems with the... Read more

Hidden in the middle of the Old Town this is a small intimate hotel with a big heart. The rooms are small but still manage a large king size bed and feature everything you need. The only downside is the hotel backs onto a nightclub which keeps going to 4am and which doesn't appear to have effective soundproofing. Get allocated the wrong room and you'll know about it. But don't let that put you off the Queens. This is Benidorm and if you take advantage of all the entertainment around you'll be ... Read more

If you only visit one bar then make this place it,the cocktails are the best I've tasted anywhere in the world and I get around a lot.The time and care the bar staff take to prepare these drinks is amazing and only fresh fruit and alcohol is used no syrups. The roof garden is a great place to enjoy your drink with great views over the bay and away from the noise below. All the staff are brilliant and the drag show is worth waiting for

The hotel is suited in the old centre of Benidorm close to restaurants, shops and near the sea (2 minutes walking). The staff is very friendly and will do everything for you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast is very nice! You definately must go to the roofterrace and drink at least one cocktail. I can reccomend the Mojito! I suggest you book a room at the side of the hotel. At the front of the hotel there's a square with terraces and restaurants which causes a lot of nois... Read more
